00:13And I'm here to break it down for you, old school styles. Like and subscribe. This is my new job.
00:26Today we're going to play with Bumble the Weird. They're pretty rad. And here we go.
00:42I still have a bit of the sniffles, so excuse my sniffliness. Or when I clear my throat.
00:52Alright, so Bumble the Weird is strange. They're all about killing as fast as possible.
01:03Their super power, or their passive ability, is that they get to gain moves every time they kill something.
01:12So if I can deal two damage, even to the poop, three damage to the poop, two damage to these
01:16guys,
01:17I'll get another move, and you can kind of chain them together.
01:21And the two spells that they have are, they have this magic marker, which allows me to add two more
01:29of a selected type of tile to the board at random.
01:33And then this one deals a lot of damage, usually.
01:37It costs a lot, but it removes all of the same type of tile from the board,
01:43and then deals damage equal to the number of tiles removed divided by two running down.
01:49So we want that as well.
01:50I'm just going to take these two moves, and get two more moves, and yellow mana.
01:57Oh, let me chain that.
02:04Now, I'll save my magic marker.
02:07I'm just going to start whittling something down.

04:31The game also isn't full random.
04:33It actually looks at what you don't have.
04:36So it's going to try to generate
04:38items that have mana costs
04:40that I don't already use.
04:42And it's going to try to do that
04:43to the best of its ability
04:44until I have one of each type.
04:49It makes for a much more
04:50enjoyable experience.

10:37so plus 3 movement
10:39with Bumbo the Weird can be pretty busted
10:43it's a lot of mana
10:44but it's definitely usually worth it
10:45especially when you're chaining and going crazy with all this stuff
10:50this one deals damage equal to
10:52so this is a charged item or a usable item
10:55it has two charges
10:56and when it fills up
10:57you can use it to deal two damage to all enemies on screen
11:00every two rooms
11:01which is pretty crazy
11:03and you can actually
11:04there's mods that lower charge
11:07so you can be dealing one damage
11:09every room right away to everybody
11:11which could be also busted
11:16I'm gonna take
11:17I'm gonna take the leaky battery
11:20here comes the duke
11:22the duke is ideal
11:24with bumbo the weird
11:26because you can
11:27deal some nice damage to his fly
11:29so he's gonna
11:30he has three different states
11:33every time you hit him
11:34he goes down a state and he gets smaller
11:36and more vulnerable
11:36all the damage I do to him now
11:38no matter what it is
11:39even if I dealt seven damage to him
11:41with this tile flick
11:44puzzle flick
11:45it will just deal one damage to him
11:47when he's in this state
11:47when he's most vulnerable
11:49is when he's really little
11:50and then you can start dealing full damage to him
11:52but every turn
11:53he has two action points
11:55which is what this little lightning bolt is
11:57and he'll either use them to prime, attack
12:00generate flies that kind of block him
12:03or he'll puff back up
12:06so I want to deal

12:15hopefully three flies

12:18to gain a bunch of movement off of it

12:39which is kind of interesting
12:40that might be a bug

12:44but now I have a bazillion moves
12:47so this shouldn't be too hard to

13:04now he's a little
13:05he's just a little guy
13:09he's gonna be the biggest smash in the world
13:14look at that
13:16and that's Bumbo the Weird
13:18so usually
13:20bosses are quite difficult
13:21with Bumbo the Weird
13:22but we ran into an obvious bug there
13:24that gave me
13:26way too much
13:29way too many movement points
13:31but whenever you kill a boss
13:33you get your choice of a trinket
13:38and I either want to gain yellow mana
13:39or green mana every turn
13:41both of these are really good
13:43green more green
13:43I'm gonna take yellow mana every turn
13:45to more green tiles
13:48and I'll explore the casino a bit
13:51since I have got some coins
13:52we've got Skullguy here
13:55he's an easy place to gain some more trinkets
13:59costs five coins
14:00this is the key thing you want
14:04it's basically your level up state
14:06you drop 15 coins and spin the wheel
14:08every character has different probabilities
14:15ooh I got lucky
14:16so now I'm re-rolling it again
14:18see if I can keep going
14:21one more time
14:22and I can double up on this

14:30didn't actually get the HP up there
14:32but that's a bug
