00:00I'll just tell you a little bit about the day. This day has been an absolute disaster. Well,
00:04not a disaster. It's just been a nightmare. It started at midnight last night, 10 minutes before
00:09midnight, when Denise woke me up and said the debate's canceled. And I really didn't know if
00:17I was asleep or awake, but I went back to sleep and didn't really care. And woke up and then
00:23she
00:23said, no, it really was canceled. So that was a little alarming. But we had a busy day. We had
00:29a
00:29long scheduled day. We knew that this was happening and we were going to turn it into this
00:33and a little get together anyway. And then they say it's on again in just a different location
00:40and an hour later just to get timing and everything else. So then we scrambled to try and make it
00:45to that. And as we're making it to that, to that area, they cancel us again. So it's kind
00:51of crazy, but I want to talk about why it was canceled. And it truly, to me, this is the
00:58epitome of what's broken with California and California politics. Xavier Becerra probably
01:03had the best argument of why it was not fair that, I mean, I'm not a fan of saying what's
01:09fair. I remember my kids used to say what's fair and I'd smack them and say, that's not
01:14fair either. And life's not fair. Move on. It makes you tougher. Move on. And all those
01:18things. But the argument was that he, based on polling and everything else, the criteria,
01:23he should have been that last person. And instead he was moved out and the mayor of San
01:31Jose, Matt Mahan or Mahan, he was placed in there. And for me, that's the number one
01:41corruption part of California politics. And they're all on the side and the billionaires
01:46aren't behind them. So instead of calling out the billionaires, which is the system that
01:51they're in, they're hoping to get the billionaires next time, next week. Instead, they say it's
01:57because we're all racist and USC is racist. And then the president of USC, I think he should
02:06absolutely resign because he has absolutely no courage. He has absolutely no ability to
02:14just stand up for principle and not be afraid to be called a racist. That's what happened.
02:20So that's why this got canceled because he was afraid to be called a racist.
