00:00I'll just tell you a little bit about the day. This day has been an absolute disaster.
00:04Well, not a disaster. It's just been a nightmare. Non-stop, a little bit of anxiety, a little bit
00:09of stress, lots of traffic in LA. It was crazy. Started at midnight last night, 10 minutes before
00:16midnight, when Denise woke me up and said the debate's canceled. And I really didn't know if
00:24I was asleep or awake, but I went back to sleep and didn't really care and woke up. And then
00:30she
00:30said, no, it really was canceled. So that was a little alarming. So, but I, we had a busy day.
00:35We had a long scheduled day. We knew that this was happening and we were going to turn it into
00:40this and a little get together anyway. And then they say it's on again in just a different location
00:47and an hour later just to get timing and everything else. So then we scrambled to try and make it
00:52to
00:52that. And as we're making it to that, to that area, they cancel us again. So it's kind of crazy,
00:59but I want to talk about why it was canceled. And it truly, to me, this is the epitome of
01:06what's
01:06broken with California and California politics. Xavier Becerra probably had the best argument
01:14of why it was not fair. I mean, I'm not a fan of saying what's fair. I remember my kids
01:21used to
01:21say what's fair and I'd smack them and say, that's not fair either. And life's not fair. Move on. It
01:27makes you tougher. Move on. And all those things. But the argument was that he, based on polling and
01:32everything else, the criteria, he should have been that last person. And instead he was moved out
01:40and the mayor of San Jose, Matt Mahan or Mahan, he was placed in there. And for me, that's the
01:49number
01:49one corruption part of California politics, because that's billionaires buying the election.
01:57That's billionaires influencing USC to be unethical, change the rules, change the people
02:06and put someone else in there that the billionaires want, the establishment wants. And they did it.
02:13So Becerra obviously became angry. He got the other people with him, the other four that came up and
02:19rised up and said that we're against this. But here's the next part about politics that,
02:25and California really, and almost society that really bothers me.
02:31The rest of them, they all got together. And instead of, they know what it is. They know why
02:37this happened, because every single one of them have been on the side of the billionaires.
02:42And every single one of them have had the billionaires that got them into office and kept
02:46them into office. And they're all career politicians that put us in the position that they're here today.
02:51But now they're all has-beens. And they're all on the side and the billionaires aren't behind them.
02:57So instead of calling out the billionaires, which is the system that they're in, they're hoping to get
03:03the billionaires next time, next week. Instead, they say it's because we're all racist. And USC is
03:11racist. And then the president of USC, I think he should absolutely resign because he has absolutely
03:20no courage. He has absolutely no ability to just stand up for principle and not be afraid to be
03:28called a racist. That's what happened. So that's why this got canceled, because he was afraid to be
03:34called a racist.
