00:15ang resolusyon ng Metro Manila Council bilang tugon sa hiling ng Department of Energy

00:23Ayon kay MMDA Chairperson Don Artes,

00:26layo nito ang tuloy-tuloy na pagbiyahe ng petrolyo at maayos na kalakalan ng mga paunahing bilihin.

00:34Makikipag-ugnayan niya ang MMDA sa DTI para tukuyin ano-ano ang mga produkto na pasok sa exemptions.
