00:06Zaldi Kho sought infrastructure projects in Bulacan. Ombudsman prosecutors say the connection
00:11of the two allegedly proves that Kho is a contractor of government projects. Alcantara
00:16and Kho allegedly met in 2019. The prosecutors also say Alcantara knows Kho and personally met
00:22him at High Street. Under many laws, including the 1987 Constitution no less, conflict of interest
00:27is strictly prohibited. Alcantara's testimony is key to the prosecution's case before the
00:32Sandigan Bayan 6th Division which alleges Kho committed malversation over irregularities
00:37in a 289.4 million peso flood control project in Nauhan, Oriental Mindoro. In his affidavit submitted
00:44to the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee in September 2025, Alcantara claimed that he delivered kickbacks
00:49to Kho at his residence in Pasig City and at a hotel parking lot in Taguig City.
