00:40There are two ways to obtain battle-ready Pokémon

01:05The second way is via Recruit
01:11Choose one Pokémon to recruit once per day
01:14from a random selection of Pokémon that appear in the game
01:20Recruited Pokémon can only be used
01:23in Pokémon Champions for a certain amount of time
01:33After you've gathered your Pokémon, choose six of them and form your team
01:42Before battle, you'll be able to see your opponent's team and vice versa
01:47and choose the Pokémon you want to use for the impending match
01:51Consider which Pokémon your opponent will use
01:55Then select your own Pokémon to start the battle
