00:00:06The End
00:00:34The End
00:01:12Bush Country, the Canadian Northwest.
00:01:16Here man may still be awed by nature's presence.
00:01:20Few roads lead into these wild reaches.
00:01:23Railroads are unheard of.
00:01:25Even trails are rare.
00:01:28And yet much of the world's wealth lies within these boundaries.
00:01:31Fish and game abound.
00:01:33Gold, silver, copper, oil, and other valuable minerals are there for the finding.
00:01:39Yet surface transportation is so slow, dangerous, and expensive
00:01:43that such trips into the bush have been rare, until bush flying.
00:01:48Airplanes came to the bush country about 40 years ago.
00:01:51And the bush pilot rapidly developed a reputation as a daredevil, explorer, weatherman, mechanic, cook, guide, woodsman, hunter, fisherman.
00:02:01The bush pilot had to know a little bit about everything in order to survive.
00:02:06Above all, he had to be a skilled flyer who could do ingenious things with an airplane.
00:02:20Hey, what's that bleeding pipe?
00:02:22What are you trying to do?
00:02:22Blow us both up?
00:02:24Make you nervous?
00:02:25It'll do you good, Sam.
00:02:27You'll sweat off a little of that beer.
00:02:28Hey, you've been busy all along.
00:02:30Where are you flying off to this start?
00:02:31Oh, some guy from Vancouver's taking his wife fishing for a couple of days.
00:02:36As a matter of fact, it's been a hell of a good season so far this year.
00:02:42Hey, what does Vixen think about you flying, being away from the large so much?
00:02:46Oh, she knew I was a bush jockey when she married me.
00:02:49But I'll bet she didn't know she'd be separated so much.
00:02:52You know, a young girl can get kind of restless when her husband's away all the time like that.
00:02:58What's that supposed to mean?
00:02:59Nothing. I was just saying that a young girl gets lonely when her husband's away.
00:03:05No kind of entertainment, nothing to do.
00:03:08Why had I get that way myself?
00:03:12Sam, I've never seen you look so horny.
00:03:15Hey, no offense to me, Tom.
00:03:18I just think that you have something special going on, Vixen.
00:03:22And I'd hate to see any of these rugged outdoor types try to take advantage of her when you're away.
00:03:27Vixen's full of fun. She likes to tease a lot, but she knows where to draw the line.
00:03:32Marriage is a big responsibility to her, especially since her kid brother came to live with us.
00:03:37Taking care of him and the lodge at the same time is a pretty big order.
00:03:41Well, I didn't know Vixen was all that responsible, Tom.
00:03:45Vixen's full of fun.
00:03:51Oh, my God.
00:04:33Oh, my God.
00:04:50Oh, my God.
00:05:21Oh, my God.
00:05:37I have to go.
00:05:39I have to go.
00:05:40So soon?
00:05:41Don't grab my arm like that.
00:05:43I'm sorry.
00:05:44Why must you leave so soon?
00:05:46Because Tom's due any time now, stupido.
00:05:50Can't you just stay for another half hour?
00:05:52I want to talk to you.
00:05:54Seriously.
00:05:55Don't talk to me.
00:05:56Seriously.
00:05:57Fix her.
00:05:58Look, we've had our fun.
00:06:00Playtime is over, and now it's business as usual.
00:06:02So this has just been fun and games to you.
00:06:10You bitch.
00:06:13You cold bitch.
00:06:16Come on.
00:06:17Let's get dressed.
00:06:26If you could do anything you wanted to me, what would you do?
00:06:31Turn you over my knee and spank your bare butt.
00:06:35What a funny policeman you are.
00:06:38Come on.
00:06:39Let's go.
00:07:00Where you been?
00:07:01Walking.
00:07:02Running to the constable out there?
00:07:03Well, if I did, it's none of your business, little boy.
00:07:07Oh, I think my sister's trying to get me mad.
00:07:10Where's the Baron von Richthofen?
00:07:12He's on his way back to the lodge with some guests,
00:07:14so why don't you just get along?
00:07:16I'll bet the constable caught something a whole lot better than poachers
00:07:19out in those piney woods.
00:07:21You've got a dirty mind and a mouth to match it, Judd.
00:07:25Make way, Rufus.
00:07:26I'm coming through.
00:07:29My name ain't Rufus.
00:07:31Vixen.
00:07:33It's Niles.
00:07:34You keep forgetting that.
00:07:36You know, somehow I just keep thinking of you as Rufus.
00:07:40Will you remember my name is Mrs. Palmer to you, boy?
00:07:45What's wrong with Niles calling you Vixen?
00:07:47Seems a lot friendlier.
00:07:48How in the hell do you expect me to be friendly
00:07:50when the smell keeps getting in the way?
00:07:53Maybe it's my smell that excites you.
00:07:55Ha.
00:07:55Ha.
00:07:56Maybe she smelled you coming, but she couldn't wait,
00:07:58so she ran off with the constable to satisfy a little twitch.
00:08:01Now look who's talking about twitches.
00:08:04Last time you saw me in the buff, you couldn't even stand up straight.
00:08:08Oh, Vixen, are you suggesting something?
00:08:10You said it.
00:08:12What's on your mind?
00:08:13If you still got hot pants and the constable wasn't enough,
00:08:16give old Niles here a roll.
00:08:18He's really the man of your dreams.
00:08:20He's got about as much chance getting to me as finding a watermelon in the winter.
00:08:24What makes you think I want to get in your lily whites?
00:08:27Everybody knows a black just can't keep his hands off of white stuff.
00:08:30I thought it was the other way around.
00:08:32I thought it was the white chicks who like to sneak away from their husbands
00:08:35and get some of that dirty, primitive kind of loving
00:08:39we all supposed to be famous for.
00:08:41The only thing I know spades are famous for is rioting.
00:08:44And we're good tap dancers, too.
00:08:47Got a natural sense of rhythm.
00:08:48And since you are of draft age and a United States citizen
00:08:51and for some mysterious reason refused to go back to your own country...
00:08:55There ain't nothing mysterious about my reasons.
00:08:57Like how you got so black on the outside when you're so yellow on the inside?
00:09:03Cool it, Vixen.
00:09:05You're forgetting again.
00:09:06It's Mrs. Palmer to you, boy!
00:09:09You're stretching your luck, chick.
00:09:11I ought to...
00:09:11You ought to what, black boy?
00:09:15Just think about it.
00:09:17You just let your mind dwell on the possibilities.
00:09:21You coming, Judd?
00:09:22Oh, I'm disappointed.
00:09:24I was hoping you two were going to get together.
00:09:26Then I can watch.
00:09:30So that's your bag, Judd, watching.
00:09:32I've been known to participate when interested.
00:09:34I asked if you were coming, Judd.
00:09:36Hey, just a minute, man.
00:09:37My sister's trying to give me a rise.
00:09:38Well, you're going to drive old Niles up a tree.
00:09:41Come on, man, let's home.
00:09:42Hey, how about the three of us make it?
00:09:44How about just you and me?
00:09:47We'll let the shine watch,
00:09:48so we'll have something to tell his grandchildren about.
00:09:51And how about a free ride, Judd?
00:09:54Is there anybody you wouldn't make it with?
00:09:56Only spades and cripples.
00:09:58How about shettling ponies?
00:09:59What do you say to chicks?
00:10:00I know two tender young things down at the academy.
00:10:02Introduce me.
00:10:03You've got to be kidding.
00:10:04How about that free ride, Judd?
00:10:06You really don't turn me on.
00:10:07Don't I?
00:10:08Let's go, Niles.
00:10:09I've got your number, Judd.
00:10:14Adios, chicks.
00:10:15Let's hope the Red Baron doesn't find out about King of the Royal Mountain.
00:10:21If he did, he'd apologize for prime.
00:10:47How long are we going to stay here before we go on to Toronto?
00:10:50Let's just cool it and enjoy the weekend.
00:10:53Shall we go?
00:11:04The chief's right over there beside the hangar.
00:11:06I'll get your bags and meet you.
00:11:24You know what I like about those academy chicks?
00:11:26You tell me.
00:11:27When they finally find out what it's all about, they can't get enough of it.
00:11:34Ain't nothing better than a chick who finds out just how long she's been depriving herself
00:11:40of a good baby.
00:11:44Did you ever have a chick beg you not to stop?
00:11:47Yeah.
00:11:50Say, man, what are we waiting for?
00:11:52Let's go downtown now and check them out.
00:11:55We can't get at them till tomorrow.
00:11:57They got strict rules in that academy.
00:11:59They'll be in town on Sunday.
00:12:01We'll check them out then.
00:12:02Hey, man, do they know who I am?
00:12:04What do you think they're so excited about?
00:12:11Who's excited about what?
00:12:15Nothing that concerns you, Bixen.
00:12:19Why, everything my baby brother gets into concerns me, Judd.
00:12:24You do have a way of phrasing things, Bix.
00:12:27You don't know the half of what your sister can do, lover.
00:12:32Get your big suitcases off my table, Sambo.
00:12:36Someday you're gonna get your butt whipped, hunky.
00:12:39You and who else, yellow belly?
00:12:41Knock it off, Bixen.
00:12:42You knock it off, Judd.
00:12:47Here's Tom with the new guest now.
00:12:48Get lost.
00:12:54This is it, folks.
00:13:02That's my wife's kid brother and a friend of his.
00:13:04They're really not as bad as they look.
00:13:06Hi, honey.
00:13:07Hi, sweetheart.
00:13:08That's my wife.
00:13:09Come on, let's meet her.
00:13:14Honey, honey, I'd like you to meet Dave and Janet King.
00:13:17Dave's a lawyer.
00:13:18And his wife are gonna spend the next couple of days fishing with us
00:13:21before they fly on to Toronto.
00:13:23Well, how do you do?
00:13:24It's not often we have such an attractive couple.
00:13:27Shall we go inside?
00:13:29Sounds good, huh, babe?
00:13:30Follow me.
00:13:30Well, how do you do?
00:15:21Come on, Vixen.
00:15:22This moment's been on my mind all day.
00:15:24So you can wait a few minutes longer.
00:15:27Well, I can.
00:15:28But you're a pretty little butt in here.
00:15:30Baby, you're so impatient.
00:15:38It's been a long day.
00:15:42I like it when you're impatient.
00:15:46We'll have a long night.
00:15:49Come over here.
00:15:51Shall I undress?
00:15:53Or will you do it for me?
00:16:20I'll be right back.
00:16:33Come on, honey.
00:16:34Let's hit the sack.
00:16:36Don't think I don't know what's on your mind.
00:16:39What are you talking about?
00:16:41That pilot's wife.
00:16:42What did you think I was talking about?
00:16:44You didn't look exactly bored yourself.
00:16:46Maybe you're just too used to me.
00:16:48Babe, what you've got, nobody could ever have enough of.
00:16:51So far tonight, you haven't shown the least bit of interest in what I've got.
00:16:55Babe, I'm tired.
00:16:56It's been a long day.
00:16:58Let's go to bed.
00:17:07You wearing those to bed?
00:17:09Any objections?
00:17:11Well, uh, if you want to, uh...
00:17:14You think they'll get in the way of anything?
00:17:16Okay, honey.
00:17:16Let's cool it.
00:17:17Oh, please.
00:17:18Oh, lovely.
00:17:20Please.
00:17:21Oh, Tom.
00:17:23Tom, hurry.
00:17:25Please.
00:17:26Oh!
00:17:28Oh!
00:17:30Oh!
00:17:31Oh!
00:17:31Oh, Tom.
00:17:33Oh!
00:17:34Oh!
00:17:35Oh!
00:17:48Hey, what are you, what are you doing?
00:17:51Guess.
00:17:56You really don't want to sleep, do you?
00:18:00I was just wondering if there was any life left in you.
00:18:05Come on, Johnna, you know better than that.
00:18:08Do I?
00:18:12Let's find out.
00:18:16All right, babe, you asked for it.
00:18:18Oh!
00:18:20Oh, now!
00:18:25Now, Tom.
00:18:27Now!
00:18:28Now!
00:18:29Oh!
00:18:31Oh!
00:18:33I just can't wake up, honey.
00:18:38Maybe you have your mind on too many things.
00:18:42What's that supposed to mean?
00:18:49I saw the way you were looking at that woman's fanny this afternoon.
00:18:53And knowing you, you've got plans for tomorrow.
00:18:57I have no intention of cheating on you.
00:19:02And wait a minute, supposing I did, that wouldn't set any precedence.
00:19:06You've already admitted to making it with two other guys.
00:19:09How many more are there that I don't even know about?
00:19:12That's not fair, Dave.
00:19:15That's one of the conditions we agreed on when we got married.
00:19:18So what are you complaining about me for?
00:19:20Because I'm jealous.
00:19:23When you want to make it with someone else, you can't make it with me.
00:19:27But I told you, it's not because of that other girl.
00:19:30I'm tired. I'm exhausted.
00:19:32All right, then.
00:19:33I'm just jealous.
00:19:36Wow.
00:19:39So?
00:19:41Nothing, nothing.
00:19:45Good night.
00:19:46Good night.
00:19:47Oh, baby, you're still number one.
00:19:52Oh.
00:19:56I'm still number two.
00:19:58Oh, honey, you know what I mean.
00:20:03Nobody could satisfy me like you do.
00:20:12I wonder how Dave and Janet are doing.
00:20:16What do you think of them?
00:20:18I didn't pay that much attention to them.
00:20:20He's pretty well healed.
00:20:22He's only 30 years old, and he's making over $50,000 a year.
00:20:26So?
00:20:27So, that's a lot more than I've made in the past five years.
00:20:30Yes, but you please me where it counts most.
00:20:54So, here's the thing.
00:20:57How do you think of them?
00:21:41You won't find a better spot for fishing within a hundred mile radius.
00:21:58I think I'm going to go further upstream. I don't seem to have much luck here.
00:22:02What do you call luck? You've got three nice ones.
00:22:05Yeah, but nothing's happened in the last hour.
00:22:07You're too impatient.
00:22:09Impatient. My wife usually has the opposite complaint.
00:22:12She says I'm too lazy.
00:22:14Say, I know a great spot. It's only about a hundred yards upstream.
00:22:18I'll show you. I mean, it's very easy to get lost around here.
00:22:22Is that okay with you, honey?
00:22:25Sure, Dave. You can take care of yourself.
00:22:28And I'm sure Mr. Palmer can take care of me.
00:22:42How far is this place you're taking me to?
00:22:45It's just around the bend.
00:22:49Think we'll do any good?
00:22:59Well, this is the place.
00:23:04Now it's your room.
00:23:08I have a feeling a girl like you does not belong in a fishing lodge.
00:23:12I do okay here. If I didn't like it, I'd leave.
00:23:15Where would you go?
00:23:16Maybe Toronto or Montreal.
00:23:20South to San Francisco.
00:23:23How long have you been married?
00:23:24A couple of years.
00:23:25Well, you sure do add to the landscape.
00:23:30Before I'm through, you'll be sorry you couldn't have stayed longer.
00:23:38That looks like a beautiful spot.
00:23:42You don't lose any time.
00:23:44Is there a better way?
00:23:45You're a gal of few words.
00:23:47I'm just a plain and simple chick, Mr. King.
00:23:50You attract me.
00:23:51And when I'm attracted, I respond.
00:23:56Well, what are you waiting for?
00:24:10You're either the shyest man I've ever met or had too much of a good thing.
00:24:16Yeah, that's just about right.
00:24:21Why don't we go on upstream and catch up to Dave and Vixen?
00:24:24I'd prefer to relax a bit first.
00:24:27Sure. Sounds like a good idea.
00:24:37Mind if I use your lap for a pillow?
00:24:40Sure you'll be comfortable?
00:24:42I will.
00:24:43How about you?
00:24:46Sure.
00:24:57You certainly don't believe in any added encumbrances.
00:25:00I didn't think I'd need any.
00:25:03How do I love you?
00:25:05Sensation.
00:25:08Now it's your turn.
00:25:10You take care of everything, don't you?
00:25:14I've just had a good teacher.
00:25:17And I am a responsive pupil.
00:25:23What if your husband should intrude?
00:25:25You're afraid.
00:25:26Well, there's no sense in looking for trouble.
00:25:30And I do hate to be interrupted.
00:25:33Well, in that case, let's go a bit upstream.
00:25:37Okay.
00:25:38You lead.
00:25:40Come on.
00:25:55Not much luck with the fishing today.
00:25:58Now Dave and Vixen are doing.
00:26:00Vixen knows all the best spots.
00:26:02She'll make sure Dave has a good time.
00:26:14guitar solo
00:26:45guitar solo
00:27:09Oh, I just knew it could be a wonderful idea.
00:27:16I can't move.
00:27:20Poor Janet.
00:27:24Why?
00:27:27Well, she's so damn jealous.
00:27:32What's she got to be jealous of?
00:27:36She has you all the time.
00:27:40Well, we didn't make it so good last night.
00:27:43She figured this was going to happen.
00:27:47Maybe she had some problems of her own.
00:27:49Oh, no, no, no.
00:27:50But she'll make it with your husband.
00:27:52Want to bet?
00:27:53You're betting she won't or he won't.
00:27:56Well, I don't know your wife.
00:27:59That's what I mean.
00:28:01You don't know my wife.
00:28:05Mrs. King, I'm your host and official guide, not your alternate stud.
00:28:11But your button-up, I've got enough to handle as it is.
00:28:14So is my husband.
00:28:15And you're not even concerned that he's making it with your wife.
00:28:18Your imagination's working overtime.
00:28:27Hi, how'd you do?
00:28:31Well, the fishing was lousy.
00:28:33Now, should we go back?
00:28:35Okay, by me.
00:28:37What do you think of these, sweetheart?
00:28:38Beautiful.
00:28:39Let's grab some lunch.
00:28:41Now we can shoot some birds this afternoon.
00:28:42Great.
00:28:43How's that sound to you, honey?
00:28:44I think I'll stay at the lodge this afternoon.
00:28:47The three of you can go.
00:28:48It might make it more interesting that way.
00:28:51Oh, babe, come on.
00:28:52No, you guys go ahead, really.
00:28:54I'll stay at the lodge and keep Janet company.
00:29:16I don't want any company.
00:29:18Janet, it's me, Dixon.
00:29:20What do you want?
00:29:22All the men are gone.
00:29:24I know.
00:29:26Well, what do you want?
00:29:27Are you all right?
00:29:34I'm getting stoned.
00:29:35I said, are you all right?
00:29:38No!
00:29:41May I come in?
00:29:44Not unless you like bourbon.
00:29:51I thought you could use some company.
00:29:55Nobody likes to drink alone.
00:29:58I'm sure I won't be as entertaining as my husband.
00:30:02But you're welcome to the bourbon anyway.
00:30:04Bye.
00:30:05Bye.
00:30:09Bye.
00:30:15Bye.
00:30:20Bye.
00:30:23Bye.
00:30:26Bye.
00:30:27Oh, dear.
00:30:48There's another boat out here somewhere.
00:30:51I'll get it to show off.
00:30:53Over there in the dresser. Top drawer on the left.
00:31:01Janet.
00:31:05What?
00:31:07Nothing.
00:31:10You do okay for yourself.
00:31:17You mean with men?
00:31:19I don't mean with monkeys.
00:31:24You angry about this afternoon?
00:31:27Did something happen this afternoon?
00:31:31Don't be so damn cute.
00:31:34I don't mind Dave making it in the bushes with you.
00:31:38It's just that I haven't had any fun for over a month now.
00:31:43Look at me.
00:31:45I got a sexy body.
00:31:49Don't I have a beautiful body?
00:31:52Actually, you're in better shape than I am.
00:31:54Of course, you've never seen me naked though.
00:31:57A lot of women look good till they take their clothes off.
00:32:00For me, I look even better without my clothes.
00:32:04Here, I'll show you.
00:32:05What?
00:32:06Let me help you.
00:32:07It's very simple, you see.
00:32:09Let me do it.
00:32:14Darling, let me help you.
00:32:17I can't even get my own clothes off.
00:32:20I'll get them off for you.
00:32:21I'm ready.
00:32:23Take my clothes off, senor.
00:32:26Senor.
00:32:27Okay, I'll pretend I'm a big man and I just can't wait to get your clothes off.
00:32:32Here, turn over.
00:32:47Here, lift up.
00:32:57Wait a minute.
00:32:59Wait a minute.
00:33:01You gotta take your clothes off too.
00:33:08So that's what my husband was after.
00:33:12Not bad.
00:33:16Not bad.
00:33:19I gotta admit, that's not bad at all.
00:33:22What you need is some cheering up.
00:33:27Oh, stop.
00:33:29Oh, stop.
00:33:32Oh, stop.
00:33:33What's that?
00:33:37That's nothing.
00:33:39A mole.
00:33:40A mole?
00:33:44Your skin is so soft.
00:33:49How do you keep it that way?
00:33:52I don't use anything special.
00:34:01My skin isn't nearly as soft as yours.
00:34:06Feel.
00:34:12I feel funny.
00:34:14It's touching your skin that makes me feel funny.
00:34:22I feel fantastic touching your skin.
00:34:27You do?
00:34:30How?
00:34:32I...
00:34:32I know it's strange.
00:34:38But your body really turns me on.
00:34:47Is there something wrong with us?
00:34:49Wrong?
00:34:51Why?
00:34:53Why?
00:34:53Your hands sure feel good.
00:35:04Turn it over.
00:35:17Well...
00:35:18What do you have...
00:35:24Boy.
00:35:31No one else knows...
00:35:33Look at me.
00:35:34That was far away.
00:35:35So nice.
00:35:46guitar solo
00:36:23Turn it over.
00:36:27Have you ever made love to a woman before?
00:36:34No.
00:36:36It's a change of pace.
00:36:39A girl could learn a lot from you, thanks, ain't it?
00:36:43So could a man.
00:37:13It's a change of pace.
00:37:22guitar solo
00:37:55guitar solo
00:38:05Want to come in for a drink?
00:38:07No, thank you, Tom. I'd better see how Janet is doing.
00:38:10She was none too happy this morning.
00:38:13What's the matter?
00:38:14Shh!
00:38:16Because you're a husband.
00:38:19And my husband?
00:38:23Hi.
00:38:23Fancy meeting you here.
00:38:25Yes. Janet wasn't feeling too well,
00:38:27so I decided to spend some time with it.
00:38:29How does she know?
00:38:31We both got a little, uh, stoned.
00:38:34Well, maybe you should have come with us.
00:38:36Janet and I had a nice time.
00:38:38Have a pleasant meeting.
00:38:41Uh-uh.
00:38:43Not tonight, Mr. King.
00:38:45It's your wife's turn.
00:38:51Yeah, I guess she's got to come tonight.
00:39:03I'm glad you both had a good time.
00:39:07We may be back sooner than you think.
00:39:08Oh, say goodbye to Vixen for it.
00:39:10I certainly will.
00:39:15How long are you going to be, man?
00:39:16Half an hour.
00:39:17Stick around, huh?
00:39:18No, man.
00:39:19I think I better split before that...
00:39:22sex machine comes in here and starts making trouble.
00:39:24No problem, buddy.
00:39:25She's usually out getting laid somewhere this time of day.
00:39:28Joe.
00:39:28Uh-oh.
00:39:29Time cut up.
00:39:30Hey, don't split, man.
00:39:31I'll be ready in half an hour.
00:39:32You can stay, Rufus, as long as you keep your place.
00:39:35Well, now, that's very kind of you, little white lady.
00:39:41But I've already contaminated your white kitchen.
00:39:44Well...
00:39:45My goodness, he's finally seen the light.
00:39:49Now, why don't you just go into town and rape a white girl?
00:39:55No, ma'am.
00:39:57No, ma'am.
00:40:00You see, it's the white chick that's always trying to get into my pants.
00:40:05You know what they say about us blacks.
00:40:07Why don't you two just sort of hold a temporary truce until I can take a shower?
00:40:10I'll be outside.
00:40:13Don't take too long.
00:40:15I've got to take a shower.
00:40:17Oh, I know that.
00:40:21Oh!
00:40:26This time, you're going to finish what you start, little brother.
00:40:35Judd?
00:40:35Hey!
00:40:36Cool it, fix.
00:40:53Hey, Vix.
00:40:55Hey.
00:40:55I didn't mean to scare you.
00:40:57You're not scaring me.
00:40:59It's been ten years since we've been naked together.
00:41:01What are you doing?
00:41:02Niles is waiting for me outside.
00:41:04Fuck, we can wait.
00:41:05Vixen, I don't want to wash your...
00:41:06Remember how you used to wash my back, Judd?
00:41:09Yeah.
00:41:09How we used to cuddle in the tub together.
00:41:11We quit doing that when you turned 12.
00:41:13You said to yourself it wasn't right.
00:41:14I don't care what I said then, Judd.
00:41:16This is now.
00:41:17You're just putting me on.
00:41:18Just wash my back and I'll wash yours.
00:41:21All right.
00:41:22But don't try any funny business.
00:41:25You know me better than that.
00:41:28Yeah.
00:41:29Well, are you going to do me first, Judd, or do you want me to do you first?
00:41:33Give me the rag.
00:41:48Easy, Judd!
00:41:53Easy, Judd.
00:41:55Not so rough.
00:41:56Vixen, do you want to do it yourself, or do you want me to do it?
00:41:59Just be gentle, darling.
00:42:01Yeah.
00:42:02Gentle.
00:42:17Is that enough?
00:42:19Enough!
00:42:23I thought we were just getting started here.
00:42:26Yeah, well, it's kind of crowded in here.
00:42:28We're not kids anymore.
00:42:30They certainly are.
00:42:33All right, Vix, I'm blowing the whistle on you.
00:42:36Why, I believe baby's brother's all excited, and he's afraid to do anything about it.
00:42:42I know what to do if I wanted to.
00:42:44I dare you.
00:42:46I dare you, baby.
00:42:50Baby!
00:43:00You've been asking for it.
00:43:04I certainly have been, brother.
00:43:07Here we go.
00:43:41So come on, baby brother, show me how good you are.
00:44:09Oh, my God!
00:44:19Oh, my God!
00:44:29Judge, you in here?
00:44:30He's going to come in here.
00:44:32So what?
00:44:33So what?
00:44:33What if he squeaks to Tom?
00:44:35Tom would probably throw him out of the lodge.
00:44:38He wouldn't believe him.
00:44:39Judge, what's happening?
00:44:40Why don't you tell him to get his black butt out of here?
00:44:48Well, well, well.
00:44:49Come on, Niles, get lost, huh?
00:44:51You're going to take all day.
00:45:00Why didn't you go find yourself a pickaninny, Sambo?
00:45:13You know, isn't that something else?
00:45:16I've had better.
00:45:26I think my baby brothers suddenly developed a sense of morality.
00:45:35You didn't put anything over on me.
00:45:36I knew what I was doing.
00:45:38I'm the bad girl now, right?
00:45:40You said it.
00:45:41I didn't.
00:45:42Yeah, okay.
00:45:46Yeah, this is your bad sister, baby.
00:45:49Just can't keep her hands off any man or anything.
00:45:52How about if I send in Niles?
00:45:53He might show you a thing or two.
00:45:54You've got a big fat nerve, Judd.
00:45:56You and your watermelon.
00:45:58Don't get all uptight, Vix.
00:45:59You're passing up a good thing.
00:46:01You've always wanted to make it with a big blue.
00:46:04Oh, God, Judd, no!
00:46:07Come on.
00:46:08Come on, let's throw him in the pit.
00:46:10He'll give you a rumble you won't forget.
00:46:12I don't want that chocolate drop in here.
00:46:14Judd, get him out.
00:46:15Come on, Vix.
00:46:16Just think about it.
00:46:18Think about that black stud with his shiny teeth just grinning at you.
00:46:22You've been setting him up all week.
00:46:24You're both ready.
00:46:28Judd, get him out of here.
00:46:30Judd!
00:46:31Oh, no, you're a goddamn pig.
00:46:37You're a goddamn pig.
00:46:38Oh, no.
00:46:43Oh, Judd.
00:46:44Okay, no more, huh?
00:46:45If I let you up, you're going to stop fighting, huh?
00:46:50Well, shall I let you up?
00:46:53No.
00:46:55Well, what are we going to do?
00:46:56Stay here forever?
00:47:01Judd!
00:47:02Oh, no, you don't.
00:47:03Oh, no.
00:47:09This seems like a familiar position.
00:47:15No, Judd, no!
00:47:16No, no, Judd, don't go!
00:47:19Oh, oh, oh, oh.
00:47:23Come on.
00:47:25I'll send in Niles and he'll finish the job.
00:47:43Now I've seen everything.
00:47:44Oh, no, not everything, buddy.
00:47:46She's in there waiting for you.
00:47:47What?
00:47:47A knife?
00:47:48Oh, she could stand an encore.
00:47:50Come on, man, let's split.
00:47:51You're going to pass up an opportunity like this?
00:47:53Man, she's your sister.
00:47:55Didn't stop me, did it?
00:47:56It's bad enough she's a white broad.
00:47:58But she's your people, too.
00:48:00Man, you should have heard the name she was calling you.
00:48:05She was even making up new ones.
00:48:08Look, good buddy, I left the States because I didn't want any part of the mess down there.
00:48:13I didn't come up here to find more trouble.
00:48:15No trouble, buddy.
00:48:17You'll just be getting even.
00:48:18Humping your sister ain't going to get me even.
00:48:22All right, all right.
00:48:23She's a hunky chick.
00:48:24That gives you another way to go.
00:48:26That's just what she wants.
00:48:28I'm supposed to be the bad guy.
00:48:30That's right, stud.
00:48:32And five minutes ago, while she was putting her pants back on,
00:48:35she told me to get you out of here or she'd have Tom throw you off the place.

00:50:55Oh, nothing much, Tom. We're keeping busy, you know.
00:50:59Mr. O'Banion.
00:51:01This is my brother-in-law, Judd.
00:51:03And a friend of his, Niles...
00:51:06What's your last name, Niles? I keep forgetting your last name.
00:51:09Brooke.
00:51:10That's right, Brooke.
00:51:11Niles is a U.S. citizen, but he left the country
00:51:13because he was politically and morally opposed to the war.
00:51:16Damn right I did.
00:51:17And I'd do it again, too.
00:51:19When my country wants to protect me, I'll protect it.
00:51:21Take it easy, Niles. I wasn't attacking you.
00:51:26Sorry, Tom.
00:51:28Sorry, Mr...
00:51:29O'Banion.
00:51:30Yeah.
00:51:30Where's Vixen? She home?
00:51:31Home as usual.
00:51:41Honey, this is Mr. O'Banion.
00:51:43Mr. O'Banion, my wife Vixen.
00:51:45Please, ma'am.
00:51:48How long do you plan to be with us, Mr. O'Banion?
00:51:50Well, actually, I'm...
00:51:52Mr. O'Banion isn't looking for fish, honey.
00:51:54We're gonna fly him to San Francisco.
00:51:56Charter flight.
00:51:57He's paying us $750.
00:52:00We're gonna spend the night on the town.
00:52:02Well, what do you mean, we?
00:52:04I'm taking you with me.
00:52:07Sensational!
00:52:08We'll leave you in an hour.
00:52:09We just came back to pick you up while the plane's being serviced.
00:52:11Will you help me pack?
00:52:12Sure.
00:52:14Oh, and Mr. O'Banion, make yourself at home.
00:52:19The place is yours.
00:52:20You're very kind, ma'am.
00:52:25Well, come on, man.
00:52:27Wait a minute, will ya?
00:52:29Well, what did you do to it?
00:52:30It was running before.
00:52:31Nothing.
00:52:32Stop bugging me.
00:52:33Don't take it out on me.
00:52:34It's your machine.
00:52:36I was ready to leave an hour ago.
00:52:39Come on, cut out.
00:52:40I'll see you in town.
00:52:41I'll wait.
00:52:52Not only did you crap out with Vixen, but you're gonna blow it with the Academy Chicks,
00:52:55too.
00:52:56Make it, hunky.
00:52:57I'll be at Mickey's beer joint, if you can make it.
00:52:59If you can't, I guess I'll just take on those two tender young broads myself.
00:53:08Watch out, Vixen.
00:53:09Don't come out and start laying some new names on you.
00:53:11So long, Rufus.
00:53:40Hey, it looks like you're not too appreciated around here.
00:53:43What's that supposed to mean?
00:53:45You don't mind the names they call you?
00:53:47Nobody calls me names.
00:53:48The young lad did.
00:53:50The woman does, too.
00:53:51I can handle it.
00:53:52And you can handle the fact that you're inferior, too?
00:53:58Who says I'm inferior?
00:54:00I didn't mean to intrude, but I understand your situation.
00:54:04Yeah?
00:54:04You left the States because of racism.
00:54:06I left because I wasn't joining no hunky army to get wiped out for nothing.
00:54:10Ah, but you come up here and you find that the white people behave the same way to you as
00:54:14they do in the States.
00:54:15What's your angle?
00:54:16I hate racism as much as you do.
00:54:18So?
00:54:19There are countries where there is an equality between the races.
00:54:22Where is that?
00:54:23Ireland?
00:54:24Much closer than you think.
00:54:26Where?
00:54:27Cuba is one place.
00:54:28There are others farther away.
00:54:32Hey, man.
00:54:33You know, I read you as a commie.
00:54:37You cats really crawled out of the woodwork.
00:54:39I am a communist.
00:54:40And I am proud that you have called me that.
00:54:43But first, I am a man.
00:54:46A name which you cannot give yourself because your prejudice and bigoted friends won't let you.
00:54:52I don't buy that noise.
00:54:54To me, you're as much my enemy as anyone else.
00:54:57How can I be your enemy when you don't even know me?
00:55:01I think I know what you cats stand for.
00:55:03Do you?
00:55:04Do you really?
00:55:05Yeah.
00:55:06Why don't you tell me how good it is in Russia?
00:55:09No, my friend.
00:55:10But I will tell you how you would be accepted in Cuba where you would be treated as a man.
00:55:15I'm listening.
00:55:23Cigarette?
00:55:26Thanks.
00:55:26Is there any place where we can go talk without being overheard?
00:55:30There's nobody here except Vixen and Tom.
00:55:34What in the hell am I gonna wear?
00:55:36I have nothing to wear.
00:55:39I've got to get some clothes.
00:55:44Excuse me.
00:55:45Oh, Tom, we have to go, don't we?
00:55:49We don't have to leave this minute.
00:55:51It is not that the communist world is perfect by any means.
00:55:54After all, in many ways Russia has become a reactionary country.
00:55:57That is why the schism with China.
00:56:00But in Cuba, which is the youngest of all of the communist countries, there is no such thing as a
00:56:04color line.
00:56:06There is a revolutionary fever in the air.
00:56:08And men sense that what they are doing now is the wave of the future.
00:56:11The Cuban brand of national liberation is spreading throughout all of South America.
00:56:16And the black peoples of the Western Hemisphere will be the first benefit.
00:56:19Your country cannot win because it is still living in the past.
00:56:23While the communists are looking to the future.
00:56:25Why don't you go to Cuba? I'm sure Castro will be glad to have you.
00:56:29My friend, that is exactly where I am going.
00:56:32And Mr. Palmer's airplane will take me there.
00:56:36What makes you think Tom's going along with your idea?
00:56:43This.
00:56:47You are not kidding along, are you?
00:56:49You want to get to Cuba pretty badly.
00:56:50I have merely reason.
00:56:52What do you have to gain by taking me along?
00:56:54A defector is always an excellent propaganda weapon.
00:56:58I think I will stay right here, thanks.
00:57:00You don't intend to speak to Mr. Palmer about this, do you?
00:57:03I play everything by ear.
00:57:06Tom's in trouble? That's his problem.
00:57:08I have even less to say to his wife.
00:57:11Well, think about it in any case.
00:57:13I've thought about it.
00:57:14You may want to change your mind.
00:57:16If I do, I'll send you a telegram.
00:57:32We're all set, Mr. O'Banion.
00:57:33Good.
00:57:34You know, you're a very fortunate customer for us, Mr. O'Banion.
00:57:37Shall we go?
00:57:55Bye-bye, Rufus.
00:57:57Vixen.
00:58:00Niles, there's plenty of food for you and Judd in the icebox.
00:58:02Please take care of the lodge for me.
00:58:04We'll be back day after tomorrow.
00:58:06Mr. O'Banion.
00:58:07I think I shall accept your offer.
00:58:09Excellent.
00:58:10Mr. Brook has decided to join us.
00:58:12Join us?
00:58:13Aye.
00:58:14I've invited Mr. Brook to come along.
00:58:16Not in the same airplane with me you don't.
00:58:19Vixen.
00:58:21I don't care if you're the king of England.
00:58:23That spook is not going to sit next to me.
00:58:27Tom, you know I don't even want him in this camp.
00:58:29Mrs. Palmer, I have invited him.
00:58:32I make no such distinction as to his color.
00:58:36He is a human being as we all are.
00:58:38It is prejudice and decadence which produces this totally irrational behavior in you.
00:58:42It is your weakness and the weakness of your country.
00:58:45The entire western world is crumbling and rotting to its very foundations
00:58:49because of this disease of the mind.
00:58:52You are incapable, all of you, of perceiving the truth though it strikes you down.
00:58:58Forgive me.
00:58:59It is a matter of some importance.
00:59:01I should like to have Mr. Brook accompany me.
00:59:03Otherwise, I shall try to find another flight.
00:59:06It's okay with me.
00:59:08We've got room for four in the plane.
00:59:10Okay, Vixen?
00:59:13Vixen?
00:59:16Oh, come on.
00:59:18Come on.
00:59:21Hop in, Niles.
00:59:42You'll be in Frisco in six hours. Honey, you want to fly it?
00:59:45I'm not in the mood for flying, Tom.
00:59:48You fly also, Mrs. Palmer.
00:59:49Only if I have to.
00:59:50I told her when we first got married.
00:59:53How nice.
00:59:54And now, let's all try to make our trip a little bit more pleasant than its beginning.
00:59:59I agree.
01:00:00We might as well all relax.
01:00:02After all, we're going to be spending the rest of the day together.
01:00:05Relax.
01:00:09You ever fly before, Niles?
01:00:11A couple of times.
01:00:12No great distance though.
01:00:13Never been in a light plane before.
01:00:15We won't be in the air long.
01:00:16We have to land after we cross the border for custom and immigration check.
01:00:19Is that really necessary?
01:00:21Standard procedure.
01:00:22We have sufficient fuel to fly non-stop to San Francisco, do we not?
01:00:25We do, but we have to land at the border.
01:00:27We could stop in Sacramento, couldn't we?
01:00:28We'd be violating international law.
01:00:30Then I suggest you violate it.
01:00:32Huh?
01:00:32If I am correct, with six stops for refueling, we shall be in Havana in approximately 30 hours,
01:00:38at which time you shall be returned, control of your airplane,
01:00:42after you have deposited Mr. Brook and myself with the authorities.
01:00:46Niles, are you in on this?
01:00:47You knew about this all the time, didn't you?
01:00:50Didn't you?
01:00:51Look, mister, I don't know what your game is, but piracy in the air is an international crime.
01:00:55I am fully aware of the consequences, Mr. Palmer.
01:00:58You will do as you are told.
01:01:00Niles?
01:01:07I am landing at the border.
01:01:09You do, and it will be the last landing you will ever make.
01:01:12I will not hesitate to use this gun.
01:01:14It won't be the first time.
01:01:16You will have a hard time landing this plane with a dead man at the stick.
01:01:19Your wife would be only too happy to take over the controls,
01:01:22rather than imitate any futile or heroic gestures on your part.
01:01:26It's too bad you don't have a few military secrets you could lay on the Cubans.
01:01:31You gonna give a few speeches?
01:01:33I mean, about the terrible conditions in America.
01:01:35And Canada, for that matter.
01:01:37Maybe.
01:01:39Well, I'll be.
01:01:41He speaks.
01:01:42Did you hear that, Tom?
01:01:44I thought Mr. O'Banion cut out his tongue.
01:01:47Now tell us, Rufus.
01:01:51Tell us about what you're gonna tell the Cubans.
01:01:55About how much worse it is in America than it is for the Cuban peasant.
01:01:59Hell, in America they even ask you to fight for your country.
01:02:03That's right.
01:02:04That's right.
01:02:05You said it.
01:02:06They're spending 30 billion dollars a year to bomb peasants.
01:02:09And they're asking me to do it.
01:02:10They're asking me to kill or be killed when they won't even let me get a job.
01:02:14Or eat in a restaurant.
01:02:15Or keep people like you from crapping on me.
01:02:17The communist countries have far less money than America.
01:02:20But the people work together as equals.
01:02:22Yes, but some of your kind are a bit more equal than others, Mr. O'Banion.
01:02:28The only thing America ever did for me was to not stop me from getting out.
01:02:32You know, it's funny.
01:02:33But there's 50,000 other black men sitting in foxholes who don't seem to feel that way.
01:02:38Well, now they're just not awake yet.
01:02:41Oh, but you are.
01:02:44Oh yeah, you're really smart.
01:02:47It takes half an hour for a commie to convince you to renounce your country.
01:02:51You're really wide awake. You think all the time.
01:02:55That's right, baby.
01:02:56I don't think so.
01:02:58I think you're just trying to get back at me.
01:03:01You're no damn good.
01:03:03Just like the rest of your tribe.
01:03:06Hey! Hey! That's enough!
01:03:10You wouldn't have the guts to do that without a gun sitting next to you.
01:03:14What do you know, you little white pig with your hot pants?
01:03:17Oh, for heaven's sake, school it, Niles.
01:03:19We have enough trouble as it is without you and Vixit raving at each other.
01:03:22And quit punching her out.
01:03:23That's very intelligent advice, Mr. Palmer.
01:03:26And Niles, take it easy. That's exactly what she wants from you. Hang her.
01:03:30Well, I'm better.
01:03:32I'm sick of hearing about communism and democracy.
01:03:36What I do, I do for myself.
01:03:39Niles Brook takes care of Niles Brook.
01:03:42You're all pretty good at taking care of yourselves, right?
01:03:44Right!
01:03:45Well, my little pea-sized brain tells me that's really what it's all about.
01:03:50Everybody looks out for himself.
01:03:52You will find, my friend, that in Cuba, the peasants work together for the good of each other.
01:03:57Well, it just so happens I'm not a peasant.
01:04:01That's right, Rufus.
01:04:02You're a black prince of the Congo.
01:04:05You know, maybe if you're nice to Castro, he'll step down and let you take over the country.
01:04:11Maybe he'll understand you better than we do here.
01:04:15Isn't that right, Mr. O'Banion?
01:04:17I don't see any point in discussing that now.
01:04:19He don't see any point in discussing this now.
01:04:22You know what that means, don't you, Rufus?
01:04:26You've heard that one before, haven't you?
01:04:31That means shut your black mouth.
01:04:33Commissioner Brook, one of the first duties of a citizen is to the people's leaders.
01:04:38Support the people's leaders.
01:04:41Now, where have I heard that before?
01:04:45What are you, man?
01:04:46One of the people's leaders?
01:04:48That gun makes him a leader, Niall.
01:04:49Shut up!
01:04:50Mr. O'Banion doesn't seem so friendly anymore, does he?
01:04:53We shall continue this voyage in silence.
01:04:55Now, wait a minute, man.
01:04:57Are you telling me to shut up, too?
01:04:59I am saying I do not want any more discussion.
01:05:01So you're telling me to keep my mouth shut?
01:05:03If you please.
01:05:04You commies.
01:05:05You commies are pretty damn cute, aren't you?
01:05:07Aren't you?
01:05:08All right, shut up!
01:05:09That's it.
01:05:10That's it.
01:05:11Shut up what, huh?
01:05:13Shut up what?
01:05:14Shut up what?
01:05:15Shut up what?!
01:05:16Shut up, Niall!
01:05:21Shut up!
01:05:33Shut up!
01:05:37Shut up!
01:05:40Shut up!
01:05:41Shut up!
01:05:42Shut up!
01:05:45You're taking back!
01:05:47Take over! Take over!
01:06:02Okay, I'll take over.
01:06:05How's Niles?
01:06:12Seattle Tacoma Tower.
01:06:13This is Cessna Charlie Foxtrot 3169 Tango.
01:06:19Five miles north, request permission to land. Over.
01:06:24Cessna 6-9, you are cleared for straight-in approach, runway 111.
01:06:30Wind is from 180 degrees at 13 knots. Report three miles out. Over.
01:06:36Cessna 6-9, Wilco.
01:06:39We won't be landing here, Palmer.
01:06:41We've got to land here, Niles. International law requires it.
01:06:44This says we head back to Canada.
01:06:48Once a Mau Mau, always a Mau Mau.
01:06:51Shut up! Come on!
01:06:53Put that damn gun down!
01:06:55We're 5,000 feet up!
01:06:59Tom and I are the only ones who are gonna get you down in one piece.
01:07:04If you harm Tom, I won't be responsible for my actions.
01:07:12No matter what you may think.
01:07:17He's damned important to me.
01:07:20Sure, I can fly this crate.
01:07:23But I just might not do it.
01:07:30Cessna 6-9, I have you in sight.
01:07:33Due to heavy traffic, you are now cleared to land on runway 106, Northern Airport perimeter. Over.
01:07:53This is Cessna 6-9, Tango. I read you loud and clear. Northern runway 106.
01:08:02You're doing the right thing, Niles.
01:08:17All right, stop the ship right here.
01:08:20I said stop it!
01:08:37Thanks for helping me to breathe back there.
01:08:41That IRA cat's all yours.
01:08:43Got pretty hairy there for a minute.
01:08:45That chap's bad news.
01:08:48Yeah, but you're the lesser of the two needles.
01:08:55Niles?
01:09:07That's okay.
01:09:10Thanks.
01:09:55Hey, John, this is Palmer.
01:09:57Hi, George.
01:09:58Hi, George.
01:09:59Hey, what the hell happened to your charter then?
01:10:02Too much sauce, huh?
01:10:03No.
01:10:04No.
01:10:04No.
01:10:04Undesirable type.
01:10:05You better call U.S. Customs right away.
01:10:07Oh, yeah?
01:10:09Okay.
01:10:10Oh, hey, I almost forgot.
01:10:12I got a couple of live ones for you.
01:10:13Fishing charter if you're interested.
01:10:15Here they come now.
01:10:17Thanks, George.
01:10:18I can use the money.
01:10:34You gayin'
01:10:35You well yeah, no.
01:10:50Um, no.
01:10:59You
