00:40He is the god of thunder. We really want to express the power that he has as a superhero. He's
00:47going against big demons and giant trolls scattered across the nine worlds.
00:51The bosses of each of these worlds are these monstrous titanic entities with all sorts of different powers capable of
00:58tremendous destruction.
00:59It's been great to take ideas and concepts, not just from the comics, but from Marvel themselves, building enemies that
01:05are worthy of Thor.
01:06The game is not a play the movie game. Our narrative is very different. We worked with Matt Fraction, who's
01:11one of the scribes for the Thor comic.
01:13When we first started talking about the music for Thor, Inaan pulled together all the different concept art, the videos
01:17from the game.
01:18What we actually wanted the music to do is play like a thread that is tying the game together from
01:24a dramatic point of view.
01:26What Inaan has done is really bring each world to life and makes them feel distinct, but at the same
01:31time part of a greater whole.
01:33Music is always the emotional dimension.
01:35The Thor game is a real opportunity for gamers to finally get a chance to have a dedicated experience where
01:40they can play as Thor the entire way through and really get that sense again of being a god.
01:44The main part of the game is your melee combat. Using your hammer, he has many different combos, and then
01:49you also have your god powers.
01:50We worked the god powers into the combos. He's got thunder, he's got wind moves, which are kind of his
01:54people mover, and then lightning, which is obviously one of the key iconic things about Thor.
01:58There's a grapple system. Thor literally climbs on top of his enemies in order to get the best vantage point,
02:03to bring the hammer down.
02:04There's something just fun and visceral about playing with a character with a giant hammer, smiting people left and right.
02:10It's such a gratifying experience, you know, I think people are going to be really excited about being able to
02:14get their hands on it.
02:15One of the key things to think about in terms of Thor got a thunder for the Wii is it's
02:18not a port of the next gen game. It is its own unique game.
02:22I don't think the Wii has ever had this kind of title on it before. It's much more action driven.
02:27I want the player to be able to take away the feeling that they're able to wield the power of
02:31Thor.
02:31A young gamer can just enjoy swinging the Wii world around, breaking things, and then a more hardcore gamer will
02:37be really impressed with the depth of the combat and the depth of the player progression.
02:40We've got a few unique levels that don't appear in the next gen game. We've got our own unique flying
02:45levels, which are an entirely different form of gameplay.
02:48We feel that you get a better game out of building a project from the ground up, rather than bringing
02:53it over from a different system.
02:55It's given us the opportunity to have unique characters, unique flight levels, and a completely unique ending to the game
03:01that features a new experience that you wouldn't get on any of the other consoles.
03:04is a beautiful sport.
03:05I hate to be able to use the걱 that has to be maintained and a completely unique legwork.
03:10Now, I'm glad I'm glad you're listening to this.
03:10I'm glad I'm glad I'm glad you're listening to this.
03:10I chose the other one, but we do the other one.
03:10I'm glad you're listening to this.
03:10It's because we're on a list.
03:11Grazie.
