00:12When we came out we said we gotta do
00:13skateboarding justice. It was a feeling
00:15to skateboarding and we had the controller
00:17that everybody's played with and
00:19Flickit ended up being the place we ended up.
00:22The games that we make we like our
00:23control schemes to be easy to get into
00:25but really hard to master.
00:28Overdeveloped thumbs after
00:30years of playing with two
00:32sticks. Now I actually might
00:34get some arm strength. It's starting to become
00:36more hand boarding instead of practicing
00:37with my thumbs.
00:39The Wii remodelism is actually the
00:41perfect implementation
00:44of our control scheme. Just like
00:45flicking it up and that's how you ollie.
00:48Flicking it down is how you nollie off the front
00:50of your board. Twists for tricks, rotating
00:51it, how you're gonna get some different shapes.
00:53Twisting and rotating, 360 flips.
00:55You can go and play with the balance board too.
00:58It's kinda like your remote just became your skateboard.
01:00And on the DS, you can play with the
01:02stylus. Skate in is the
01:03purest representation of skateboarding
01:05you're gonna find in a video game console.
01:08So it's really about capturing those great
01:09controllers and making that a way to skate.
