00:00Today's a dark day for London. Jewish Londoners who volunteer to provide a
00:06service for all Londoners have been attacked for no other reason than
00:11because they are Jewish. This is an anti-semitic hate crime and it's really
00:17important for all of us to show alership to the Jewish community. I'm in close
00:23contact with the police including the Commissioner, with the Community Security
00:28Trust, with local leaders, with the Jewish community, with the ambulance service, the
00:33fire service to make sure those responsible for this despicable cowardly
00:38attack are brought to book the full face of full force of the law used to bring
00:44justice about but also to reassure the Jewish community. They will be seeing
00:48additional visible police officers in and around Jewish communities but also all of
00:54us who are non-Jewish should remember the fear Jewish Londoners are feeling.
