00:02Have you ever sat with yourself for two hours?
00:12I mean sitting, I am not talking about sleeping.
00:18Because very often when you tell people to sit quietly with themselves,
00:22Swamiji, I have been trying, but I always fall asleep.
00:34You can't even bear to sit alone with yourself.
00:41You feel bored, no? Quickly.
00:45Hmm, Swamiji has said two hours, still one and a half hour to go.
00:51So, imagine, you can't sit two hours with yourself.
00:59How much boring must be if two bored persons come together?
01:05Huh?
01:07Two persons who can't sit with themselves, you know, for two hours, quietly, in silence,
01:18that come together,
01:21there must be a great boredom.
01:26And that's what we are looking for, you know.
01:29We are running, you know, everybody is bored with each other,
01:33everybody is bored with themselves,
01:35and yet they want to be in great peace and happiness.
01:42Learn firstly
01:45to be with yourself, you know.
01:47Learn firstly to find that Supreme Lord of Love,
01:52not outside, but inside of you.
01:57and make sure that that Lord becomes your strength,
02:04not weakness.
02:07And if you can sit two hours with Him
02:13without getting bored,
02:15knows one thing,
02:17you will be successful in your life throughout.
02:21and you will be successful in your life throughout.
02:22So, would you try it?
02:28How many of you will try it at least?
02:34Ah!
02:36You promise?
02:37Yes!
02:45At least try it.
02:46Even if you do that for five minutes, even ten minutes, it's okay.
02:51But the whole point is that you don't get bored with yourself.
02:55There are so many mysteries inside of you to rediscover.
03:00So many beautiful things, you know,
03:03that you don't know about yourself,
03:05which is hidden deeply inside.
03:08Once your mind is open,
03:11and that mind, which is always
03:15finding excuse, you know, like it's,
03:17our mind is our own enemy, Krishna said it, you know, in the Gita.
03:22Your best, a controlled mind is your best friend,
03:25and an uncontrolled mind is your worst enemy.
03:29He didn't say it's outside there, it's inside.
03:32And it is the mind itself, you know,
03:36which never wants you to be happy.
03:39You think that your mind is working for you.
03:43Your mind is not working for you.
03:45Your mind is doing everything to make you unhappy.
03:50And this is the role of the mind.
03:53But, and then we are very good friend with that mind.
03:56We like to listen to that mind.
03:59We like to dance in the tune of that mind.
04:03We like to fulfil every wishes what that mind is doing.
04:08When the mind is telling you to run, you run.
04:10When the mind is telling you to do this, you do it.
04:12You are enslaved to that mind.
04:17And then you think that, yes, I am in control.
04:20No, you are not in control. Your mind is in control of everything.
04:26The mind becomes controlled only when it is fully centred.
04:35Have you read the Bhagavad Gita?
04:37Yes.
04:38How many of you have done?
04:41It would be lovely for you to read it and see the psychological behind that, you know.
04:49Not just reading it, understand, you know, what Lord Krishna is giving and telling us.
04:56It's a deep psychology how to transform
05:00the mind from the mind to the mindless state.
05:07It's possible that you have done so much before you go to the mind.
05:15And the moment I read it, it sounds easy.
05:15It looks very different.
05:16I thought it did.
05:18It sounds easy.
05:25You
