00:07Actually, you see, in the Shri Sampradaya, for example,
00:12you see, we don't have Radha as an aspect, you know.
00:19When we talk about in the Shri Sampradaya, we talk about Rukmini and Satyabhama.
00:24And Radha, when we look, for example, you see, it comes later with Jayadeva Goswami,
00:32you know, in Gita Govinda Jayadeva Goswami wrote about Radha.
00:36This is the first time Radha's name was mentioned, you see.
00:42But in Bhagwat, of course, there is Aradhana.
00:45That word Aradhana symbolises bhakti, devotion,
00:49but not just superficial bhakti, not just superficial devotion, but single pointed minded devotion,
00:56a devotion without any equal to it.
01:00And this is Aradhana, this is Radha itself.
01:05So, whoever comes to that state, you know,
01:10if you know, of consciousness, they rise above,
01:18then Radha awakens inside of them, Aradhana awakens inside of them.
01:22That devotion, a single pointed mindedness awakens inside of them.
01:28So, this is the point of view that in South India
01:33there is no temple for Shrimati Radharani.
01:38But, you see, everybody has their own understanding of things, you know.
01:45It can be that devotion is pictured in the form of Shrimati Radharani.
01:51Like often, you see, when we look at Hinduism, all the divinity,
01:57you know, all the saints who incarnate, very often they are aspect of the Lord Himself,
02:03you know, some incarnate as the sword of the Lord incarnate
02:06or the Sudarshan chakra of the Lord incarnate or the Gada incarnate
02:11or any aspect of the Lord incarnate, you see.
02:15So, you see, it's not that Radha doesn't exist.
02:20For sure, maybe She exists, but in Bhagavata it's not mentioned that She exists, you know.
02:29But there is a story, you know, in Bhagavata itself, Canto 10,
02:35where there is one of the gopis
02:40which is mentioned that She
02:47had a special relationship to Krishna
02:51and She served Krishna in a very special way.
02:57Her name is not mentioned, but they knew that She was the daughter of Vishubhanu.
03:03So, they used to call her Vishubhanuja.
03:07So, Vishubhanuja from that, you see, as you know very well, Radha's father was Vishubhanu.
03:15You know, so, on that context Srimati Radharani is there, you know,
03:24and serving Krishna in a special way.
03:26Who else will serve Krishna in a special way if it is not her?
03:32So, you see, throughout history many things have been changed, you know,
03:39so, also Vishubhanuja becomes Shrimati Radharani.
03:43Radharani is Mahalakshmi.
03:46You see, to be near to the Lord, of course, we know that Mahalakshmi
03:50in Her incarnation during Krishna's time, She incarnate as Rukmini.
03:57Now, Rukmini Maharani was the incarnation of Mahalakshmi.
04:02But Mahalakshmi has many aspects of herself, you see, it's not one aspect, you know.
04:08So, we have Ashtalakshmi itself, you know, which eight aspects of Mahalakshmi which manifest
04:14into the eight aspects of the, how say, the queen also.
04:23But does she have only eight aspects? She has a multitude of aspects, you know.
04:27So, to be with the Lord, of course, Shrimati Radharani is also
04:35an aspect of Mahalakshmi.
04:40So, next to Shriman Narayana there is always Lakshmi.
04:44In all incarnations whenever you see, you know, there were no other.
04:50You know, when she comes in the form of Sita, you know, she comes in the form of
04:55here, she comes in the form of Shrimati Radharani,
04:58you know, for sure, you know, there is an aspect of her also into her.
05:06So, like that, that potential, you know, that potency of her
05:13did manifest also there.
05:34And, you know, last thing this changed to me was a long
