00:09One of the things we always kind of laugh about is
00:11every minute of the whole week
00:14somebody, somewhere in this world, is working on
00:15Assassin's Creed IV.
00:17When you're just receiving emails from someone who's
00:19several thousand miles away, you know nothing about
00:21the person. It's hard to
00:24read between the lines. And if you've met
00:25the guy, had a couple of years or gone for lunch
00:27then you'll understand his personality.
00:36We have seven studios working in collaboration
00:39on Assassin's Creed IV Blackjack.
00:41It's not Montreal versus Singapore
00:43versus any other studio, it's us
00:45working on the same game.
00:47When we met to form the team
00:50we really decided to be focused
00:51on delivering a game which
00:53would be really fun, fluid
00:55and epic, and focus on the quality of it.
00:58Working on Assassin's Creed
00:59is very exciting, very dynamic.
01:01There's a lot of collaboration, communication
01:03and we're all working very hard to make the best
01:05possible game we can.
01:07We test every day, everywhere around the world.
01:10We have a studio dedicated to testing
01:11and we also double the number of tests.
01:14I'll be the first to tell you
01:15this is one of the hardest things to do in game development
01:17is to create a vision and have people believe in it.
01:20It's very difficult.
01:21When it happens, it's gold.
01:24The thing I'm the most proud of
01:26is probably the achievement
01:28to create this huge, very varied
01:31and diversified world
01:32that will really push the exploration feeling
01:35to its limit.
01:38It's incredible when you have so many employees
01:42like we're talking hundreds
01:44when they all believe in the vision
01:45and all push behind it
01:46the results are spectacular.
