La nuova espansione di EVE Online includerà nuovi vascelli, novità nelle meccaniche di progressione, strutture e diverse novità legate all'intelligenza artificiale che dovrebbero rendere molto più chiaro e intuitivo orientarsi nello spazio e nelle infinite battaglie che ospita. 00:28Rubicon is part of our vision for EVE Online, where we want to give more and more control and things
00:34to do for players in the New Eden universe.
00:37And for capsuleers themselves, they'll get their hands on some of the technology that might just take them to entirely
00:44new places eventually.
00:46And even if some people would want to turn back, there really is no turning back after Rubicon.
00:51EVE is a complex, darkly dystopian, futuristic world.
00:55We try to maintain the integrity of that science fictional setting so that when an expansion like Rubicon comes out,
01:05when we introduce some of its features, we do our best to ensure that those features play in with the
01:10game setting
01:11and that various events, even written elements like New Chronicles, deepen the experience of those features.
01:21For Rubicon, we're very excited to be introducing the first ever of our new mobile structures.
01:26These structures will allow individual pilots to have great influence over the space around them.
01:31They'll be very easy to deploy and very affordable.
01:33We're introducing four new mobile structures in Rubicon.
01:37Three of them are the responsibility of my team, Team 5.0.
01:40The first and most basic of them is the new mobile depot.
01:43This is a structure that can be used as your own home base in deep space.
01:47It can be deployed anywhere away from the gates and stations.
01:50And you can use it to store your items and to refit your ship, including for the first time ever,
01:55allowing you to refit Tech 3 subsystems in space.
01:58We're also introducing another structure called the mobile tractor unit,
02:02that will allow you to automatically tractor beam wrecks and cans in from 125 kilometers to one place.
02:08It'll then loot all of your loot into one convenient container.
02:11You can scoop easily and move along with your mission running or mining.

02:48Team Game of Drones has been working on the ISIS project,
02:51the Interbus Ship Identification System,
02:53to better improve the visualization of ships in the game.
02:56We're creating high-level icons
02:58to make sure that players can easily understand the factions,
03:02the ship groups and the ships at a glance.
03:04The feature is mainly geared around new players,
03:07but we think veteran players will enjoy it as well,
03:09viewing their Masteries in the Ship Tree.
03:12The Mastery is a collection of certificates
03:14which are related to a certain ship in the game,
03:18broken down into levels.
03:19The ISIS will include high-level information
03:22about factions, ships and ship groups
03:25which have not existed in the game before.
03:28We're hoping these will give players
03:30the high-level information they need
03:32to choose the ship they want to fly.
03:34We want to expand more on these type of features in the future,
03:38making it easier for users to understand the concepts
03:41that exist in the game currently,
03:43making it more visual and easier to understand
03:46through these type of visualization projects.

04:08Looks like some kind of a new propulsion system.
04:10Overall concept had to fit the Sisters of Eve concept,
04:15which is ships that are able to travel long distances
04:19into deep space.
04:21And we got the influence from some classic designs
04:25from 70, early 80 designs,
04:32some classics from there.
04:33So we came up with a different look,
04:37which is a white ship.
04:39And we have never gone that way even before.
04:43I think this is the only white ship in the game.
04:46We decided to try to keep more cleaner look on these ones
04:49and by minimizing the use of dirt in the textures
04:53we accomplished that.
04:54So it gives a much fresher look.
05:00also fits the Sisters of Eve concept quite well.
05:04It's totally different process
05:07than designing something for the races
05:10because this has to be completely different
05:15and unique also.
05:17Yeah, I'm very happy with the look of it in general
05:19and the Sisters of Eve concept in general.
05:23It came out very well as a fresh new element in the game.
05:27and I hope everybody will like it.
