00:04Hello everyone, you're watching Access, unless of course you're not watching Access and are busy playing the Destiny beta, both
00:10of which are acceptable things to be doing with your time, well done.
00:13For those of you lucky enough to be indulging in Bungie's epic, you've probably noticed how wonderfully beautiful the game
00:20looks, and seeing as how I'm nothing if not a mad evangelist for the Church of Awesome Graphics, may we
00:26present to you the seven most jaw-dropping sights in the Destiny beta.
00:30The first one, unlike the wizard, comes from the moon. From the lunar surface, you can peer deep into the
00:36heart of the Milky Way galaxy. The sun bleeds golden light, the earth hangs silent and broody, and the majestic
00:44dust lanes of nebulae, gas and star stuff ripple across the darkness. Just look at it. Incredible.
00:54Next up, we've got Venus, which in all my school science books look like a brown smudgy hellhole. Well, you
01:00were wrong, school science, because it turns out Venus looks the absolute bomb. Lush vegetation, cool streams of liquid water,
01:07and in the distance, the massive real-life volcano Matt Mons, which looks absolutely awesome.
01:16The Tower is a great place to kick back and ogle everyone else's combat gear, while also showing off your
01:21own, but it's also a great place to ogle the magnificence of the Traveller and the last remaining human city
01:27sprawled out below. We recommend coming up here at night for the best view. Enjoy.
01:36One of my dreams has always been to see the Northern Lights. Now, thanks to Destiny, I don't have to
01:41bother anymore because they're never going to look as well.
01:44Beautiful as the Aurora above the Cosmodrome. Spectacular. Drink it in.
01:51Did you notice the towers at the Cosmodrome too? Well, look what happens when an enemy ship warps in a
01:57little too close. Down they go. Slow and huge. Amazing.
02:09If you fancy a bit of classic blue sky, golden clouds, a sunset and some gorgeous water reflections, then we
02:15recommend this little spot just outside the wall.
02:18It looks stunning. If we're ever in your fire team, then we can only apologise. Come here and find us.
02:24We'll be idling and slowly panning the camera around, just like this.
02:30And finally, here's a look at Destiny's day-night cycle, which is so long you probably won't notice it in
02:36-game.
02:37So we went back to our favourite spot at the tower and did a lovely time-lapse for you. You're
02:42welcome.
