00:14We decided to add more showcase content
00:16to the DLC. For a long time,
00:17our showcases were very broad.
00:19We've never really done things that were really focused.
00:21Now that we're doing more focused stories,
00:23we decided that this was a perfect time to start doing DLC
00:25as well as focused on characters and
00:27situations and moments in time that fans
00:29really would enjoy and love to play.
00:35So we decided to use Christian in our storylines
00:37this year because the man's been around forever.
00:39He's been in WWE since 1998.
00:41He's had his ups and downs with tag teams
00:43and championships. He's never
00:45been able to grasp that one thing
00:47and that's the World Heavyweight Championship.
00:53If you're a core wrestling fan,
00:55you appreciate everything he's been through
00:57over all the years and then when you actually
00:58feel and live through the pain
01:00and the suffering and the almost being
01:03there on so many different levels,
01:04it means that much more.
01:10Every superstar wants to
01:11climb to the top of that mountain.
01:12Christian's one of the greatest performers
01:14to ever set foot in the ring.
01:15seemed like Christian got close at times
01:17and then was never in his grasp
01:18and getting closer, getting closer
01:21and then taking it away.

01:28He finally got his opportunity
01:29and he finally clutched it and got a hold of it

01:33and it's about his story of trying to get it back
01:36and ultimately having a giant roadblock in his way

01:47The matches were awesome.
01:48Randy Orton and I just had unreal chemistry in the ring
01:51for as much as we didn't like each other.
01:52We brought out the best of each other.
01:54They were some of the most memorable matches of my career.
01:56Everything we did seemingly turned to gold
01:58and I'm really proud of that time in my career.

02:19and then finally got this opportunity to be the guy.
02:22It was great to see Christian finally kind of reach the pinnacle of this industry
02:25because he truly deserved it.
