00:00Hey, space fans. We're riding along with NASA's Perseverance rover today as it explores the
00:05Jezero crater on Mars. And our space image of today is a recent image it took of the
00:10Hazyview Mega Ripple. Now, these are landscapes that are created in Mars's sand dunes, and it's
00:18mainly due to wind. And it's really cool because the wind actually traps certain particles in
00:23so that it locks in kind of the older particles that they can use to study how Mars's geologic
00:29structures like Mega Ripples formed. Read more about this image of the day and also read
00:35more on our website about other Perseverance rover stories.
