00:03When I created the Game Awards last year I really spent a lot of time thinking about how could we
00:07create value for the people watching the show.
00:10And last year we partnered with Steam for a pilot program called the Game Awards Sale.
00:15Where a lot of the nominees were put on special discount during the show live on Steam.
00:19It was incredibly successful for the developers but also for the fans who participate in Steam sales all the time.
00:25This year we're expanding that Game Awards Sale concept across all platforms.
00:30So both on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network and Steam there will be special discounts on nominees and other games.
00:37And during the show you'll be able to unlock those special offers and download those games in and around the
00:43Game Awards.
