14:19Me dealing with mental health struggles
14:21And going to therapy to try to figure it out
14:22And he read the book
14:24And my cousin had completed suicide that week
14:26And he calls me
14:27And that's when he told me that
14:29He tried to commit suicide 30 plus years ago
14:32But he stuck around for me and my older sister
14:34And he was on 10 to 12 different medications
14:37For his mental health
14:38And he was going to therapy
14:39Two and three times a week
14:40And I'm like
14:41Well holy shit
14:42Well this could have been

14:48When I was younger
14:48When I was having panic attacks
14:50And didn't know what they were

15:10But he was going through his
15:11His own stuff

15:13He couldn't be there for me

15:16Everyone's going through something
15:17And it's never really you
