00:07motorcycle gangs from wearing or displaying items that signify their gang
00:11membership. There is an RNCG event scheduled here in the ACT over the
00:16weekend, so these proposed reforms and why we're in this meeting today is really to
00:21send a clear message that organised crime has no purpose here. There'll be a
00:26significant police operation designed to disrupt their activities of this
00:32motorcycle gang as they do their runs through the Territory.
