The EFT Z80 agricultural drone was recently tested in a fully autonomous spraying operation to evaluate its real-world efficiency. Using a standard 18S 35Ah battery, an 80L payload, and an application rate of 3L per mu, the drone covered 26.79 mu (approximately 1.79 hectares) on a single charge, demonstrating strong performance for large-scale field operations. Designed for heavy-duty agricultural use, the Z80 supports spraying, spreading, and lifting functions with its high-strength metal truss frame, capable of carrying up to 80 kg. Its spraying system, equipped with a flexible impeller pump and centrifugal nozzles, ensures consistent coverage, while the platform can be quickly converted for spreading or lifting tasks, improving efficiency in both fieldwork and “last-mile” transport scenarios.
