00:30Definitely I don't want to play it alone at night at home

00:35I couldn't even, I almost fell out of the chair a couple times

00:38And you know they put in things that are scary to jump out of

00:55I mean I turned around
00:57And saw something that wasn't there
00:58But then it was there
00:59And then I was like oh, oh snap

01:05It was scary as hell
01:08It was so scary
01:09It made my stomach so nervous
01:11It made me kind of sick
01:12The scariest Resident Evil I've ever played
01:18So I'm with Bison
01:19And Bison just tried Resident Evil 7 Biohazard in VR

01:35Except for Resident Evil 7
01:38I think it's great
01:39I'm actually pretty impressed with how the VR works for the PlayStation
01:43I was expecting it to not be as cool as I thought it was
01:46It was actually really, really good
01:48I got a little too comfortable probably at the beginning
01:52You know, kind of exploring, looking around, seeing what's around me
01:55And then when you, I think kind of right when you settle in
01:58That's when, that's when they get you

02:13Oh man, there's a few
02:16This part where I don't want to ruin too much
02:18There's like a guy disappears
02:19The other guy's run off
02:20And you're just kind of sitting there alone
02:21You're looking around the whole house
02:23It's just really creepy
02:24For me it was the atmosphere
02:25Just being immersed in this old creepy house
02:29The texture and the details of the graphics is amazing
02:32You know, you really feel you're there
02:33You see the texture in the floorboards
02:36The moths hovering around
02:38I mean, it's a really beautiful piece of work
02:40Very immersive atmosphere
02:42And very scary, a slow creeping horror
02:44There's a lot of us who are exploring the idea of doing movies in VR
02:48I'm definitely very excited about the possibility
02:50I think maybe next year I'll do a short VR film
02:54As practice for maybe a full one at some point
02:57This Resident Evil, it's a great VR experience
03:00And I would hope that at some point I could deliver a great movie VR experience as well
03:04Resident Evil is just ominous and scary in general
03:07But the lighting and the mood
03:09I feel like the graphics, it just feels real
03:12The brain doesn't know it's in a game
03:14Because you're so surrounded by it
03:16So you actually feel fear
03:18It's so much more real and intense
03:20You can almost smell the rotting carcasses in the room
03:23It was crazy
03:24You can tell it's still a Resident Evil game, of course
03:27But you're actually in there
03:28You are in the game
