00:08particularly on seafetters, the fact that the freedom of navigation needs to be uphold, respected, a call for de-escalation,

00:21There's a need to provide assistance to the seafetters for the health and well-being, to respect the rights of
00:29the seafetters, to even remotely support them when they are dealing with low supplies, with mental health, stress, as well
00:39as fatigue, the fact that ships cannot be left unattended.
00:44And because of the situations, including the disruptions on air traffic, even crew change is difficult.
00:52But whenever possible, the Council also called on all the countries in the region to provide the necessary assistance to
01:00seafetters and to the ships.
