00:00And in terms of his joke about you and the t-shirt getting on so well and he's going to
00:05potentially propose a merger,
00:06do you take that just as a joke, it's just a bit of banter?
00:09Okay, look, it's absolutely just a bit of banter.
00:12Anybody who watches his speeches knows that he does.
00:15He highlights people in the room and he has a bit of banter with them.
00:17It's very much his style.
00:18But what I think it does indicate is that he recognises that Northern Ireland is in the room.
00:23He recognises a bit about the political context of that.
00:26And I think that has come about because of that political engagement, that engagement of Northern Ireland being present, being
00:33here,
00:34turning up, standing up, speaking up, championing Northern Ireland.
00:37Of course, we can never control what the President thinks or what the President will say.
00:40Of course, we don't.
00:42Many, many people have very strong views on the President.
00:44Many people, including myself, a number of times will disagree with what he says on a range of issues.
00:51But ultimately, I am here to champion Northern Ireland.
00:53And I think that we've done that very well this week as we've done in previous years.
