00:40and upended their lives and the lives of their families.
00:44They both resigned from their positions.
00:46She was the tech company's head of HR.
00:48Kristen now claims that both she and Andy were separated from their spouses at the time
00:52and that the kiss cam was actually the first time they touched,
00:55although Oprah's live studio audience seemed skeptical.
00:59And get this, Kristen's ex, Andrew, was also at the concert.
01:04She says her daughter texted her on the day to let her mom know.
01:07This is what I did not know before the story, and y'all obviously didn't know either,
01:13that she was separated from her husband, and that her boss was also separated,
01:22or said he was separated from his wife. Did y'all know that?

01:27Perhaps the biggest reveal of all, she's no longer a Coldplay fan.
01:31She joked that the ordeal kind of ruined it for me, I gotta be honest.
01:36Kristen also dished to Oprah that she had a crush on her boss at the time,
01:39that she was going through a tough time coming out of a separation,
01:43and that it felt really good to get attention and affection from a quote, awesome man.
01:48I had a really big crush on him, Oprah.
01:50Yeah.
01:51And so did he. These were really incredible feelings.
01:55This is not the first time Kristen has spoken out.
01:58In December, months after the fallout, she told the New York Times that she and Andy
02:02were not seeing each other anymore, and that there was never a sexual affair.
02:07After talking for months, they saw each other for the last time in September.
02:11Here's what she said about the whole shebang.
02:13I made a bad decision and had a couple of high noons, and danced and acted inappropriately with my boss.
02:19And it's not nothing, and I took accountability, and I gave up my career for that.
02:24That's the price I chose to pay.
02:26I want my kids to know that you can make mistakes, and you can really screw up,
02:30but you don't have to be threatened to be killed for them.
02:33She also shared her frustrations about Andy not speaking out to help clear up the situation,
02:38after she received all of the hate online.
02:41So the question is, did he get the same kind of vitriol?

02:52Attacking him, attacking his children?
02:53No. No. The entire trajectory of this would have changed if he would have just
02:56made a quick statement to say my wife and I were separated at the time of the concert.

03:03poking fun in her situation, and Ryan Reynolds for producing it.
