00:00Well, by the way, it's also one of the things that people don't talk about being outside of the insurance
00:05system.
00:06If you are covered by insurance, then for an imaging facility, the insurance is the customer, not the patient.
00:13So there's a lot of comforts and things that I think people really appreciate in the imaging that we do.
00:18The size of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, the televisions, the snacks that we give people afterwards and
00:24so on,
00:25that you wouldn't get in an imaging facility were it to be covered by insurance because the insurance company would
00:30not value that.
00:31Okay, that's actually so interesting that you look at the incentive structure.
00:36If you're actually targeting a consumer, you're going to provide a service that they want to reach.
00:41And in a way, so if you brought an insurance company in, it might kind of change the experience.
00:46And then the crazy thing is, and this I refuse to understand, is that we have patients that come to
00:54us.
00:54They needed to get a back MRI, and they were quoted $20,000, and their out-of-pocket was maybe
01:00$3,000,
01:01which was more expensive than doing an entire whole-body scan with us.
01:05What?
01:06So it's also not necessarily true that if something is covered by insurance, it's going to be less expensive.
01:10It may, in fact, be more expensive.
01:12Just for one part of the body?
01:13Correct.
01:14Yeah.
01:14Do you do individual parts, or is it always the whole body?
01:17We do the whole body.
01:18That's what we're known for.
01:19Probably one in every five people come to us because it's more expensive for them to get a single body
01:25part screened at another facility.
