00:00We recently launched, sort of in honor of the country's 250th, a Pledge America campaign.
00:05We're inviting broadcasters to, you know, once again, highlight the great wins of the
00:09country and to run patriotic programming, maybe starting off with Pledge of Allegiance,
00:13which we used to do, but just lots of ways that you can run pro-America content.
00:17We think it'd be a great thing for broadcasters to do, particularly this year.
00:20Why do you think these broadcasters lost their way in the way that they have and have become,
00:27as you say, almost like anti-American?
00:30I mean, Disney in particular was made a lot of money from clean, wholesome family fare,
00:35and it's gone the opposite way.
00:39You'd think they just would want to make money.
00:41That's a surefire way of doing it.
00:43Why have they gone down this niche, kind of sorted route?
00:47Well, New York and Hollywood have never been known for really having the pulse of the cross
00:51section of the country, but it got worse in the late, you know, 20 teens and into the
00:56early 2020s.
00:57We saw this just significant explosion of DEI and woke ideology, and it was just fully
01:04embraced hook, line, and sinker by New York and Hollywood.
01:08I think as a country, as a general matter, you're seeing course correction.
01:11Again, you see the businesses regulated by the FCC abandoning some of that invidious form
01:16of DEI discrimination.
01:17So I think we're going through a much needed course correction.
01:19But New York and Hollywood were part and parcel of, you know, a really weird bent in this
01:25country for a number of years there.
