00:54In this event, you'll see
00:55New York taken over by racers in a way
00:57you never could have imagined.

01:03for the best pilots and drivers
01:05of today and tomorrow.
01:07Welcome to MotorNation.
01:15There's a contest happening right
01:17now in New York City.
01:19It's being run and commented
01:21by Live, MotorNation's

01:29So this is where your story begins.
01:32Your goal?
01:33To become the greatest champion of

01:44We're starting off with a
01:46nighttime street race challenge.
01:48Street racing is at
01:50the core of The Crew DNA
01:52and one of the many disciplines
01:54of The Crew 2.
01:55But this time we're shifting from
01:57underground street racing
01:58to bring you a more accessible,
02:01festive and competitive take on the genre.
02:09Speaking of which, this race is about
02:11to get a little spiced up.
02:12How would you like to take this party
02:14to the rooftops?
02:26Now that was just a small example
02:28of the way we've redesigned the
02:30US cities to offer you more freedom
02:33for spontaneous challenges.
02:35In The Crew 2,
02:36your whole environment has been shaped
02:39and tweaked so that you can enjoy
02:41the very best experience.
02:43Whatever the vehicle or the discipline.
02:48But before I tell you anymore,
02:50I think Live Sportscast has something to tell you.
02:54And now,
02:55Live goes to the extreme!
03:11Now the second part of the competition
03:13is a powerboat race.
03:15You're piloting a DCB M31.
03:19One of the fastest boats ever created.
03:23These little beasts are traditionally used
03:25to race offshore and in straight lines.
03:28But we've decided it would be more fun
03:30to have them speed up along the Hudson River.
03:32Because, hey, why not?
03:35Right now, we're having it pretty easy.
03:37But you'll occasionally have to deal
03:38with 10-foot waves on our shore races.
03:40Not to mention the waves created
03:42by you and your competitors.
03:52We've also been messing around
03:53with the good old Hudson River.
03:54Adding ramps and buoys for you to handle.
03:58And as you can see,
03:59your next competitors are waiting
04:01for you to take off.
04:02Everything is completely seamless.
04:04So anything can happen in motivation
04:06at any time.
04:09But for now,
04:10let's stay focused all the way up
04:12to the finish line.
04:25We kick it up a notch
04:26for the grand finale.
04:41We are literally taking the challenge
04:43to new heights in this third
04:45and last part of our New York challenge.
04:48While some of our competitors
04:49are still having fun down there on the water,
04:51let's enjoy some new perspectives
04:53over Central Park.
04:55Now that you can fly across America,
04:57through two is built to allow you to see
04:59all the way up to the horizon.
05:02This is one of the many technical feats
05:04our team had to achieve
05:05in order to offer a game experience
05:07that would perfectly fit
05:08the new vehicle types.
05:10This raises the game's
05:11exciting potential for exploration
05:13even more.
05:15Here, you're embracing the city skyline.
05:17But now, imagine flying over the Rockies,
05:21buzzing the ground in the Grand Canyon,
05:24piercing the clouds,
05:25or just admiring the city nightlights
05:27from your cockpit.
05:29But I digress.
05:30We're still trying to win a race here.

06:19But the Crew 2 is also about freedom and exploration.

06:27and we've joined some friends for a free flight session in co-op.
06:31Let me show you what this Zivco Edge 540 V3 has under the hood.
06:36This light plane is the star of many air races
06:38and aerobatic shows around the world.
06:40And right here in MotorNation.
06:43That's another one of the Crew 2 innovations.
06:46Not only does it offer an incredible variety of disciplines,
06:49but each gameplay has its specificities and unique appeal.

07:26That's what we call dynamic freestyle.
07:29Every stunt and feat achieved anywhere in the open world
07:32will contribute to your overall progression in the game.
07:35Doing aerobatics tricks, car and bike stunts,
07:38or just speeding up on your boat.
07:40Literally anything you can show off
07:42will get you closer to becoming a renowned champion of MotorNation.
07:47Now it's time to race in the great outdoors.
07:49This is Rally Raid, an off-road discipline focus.
07:54The objective here is simple.
07:55Get from point A to point B as quickly as you can
07:58by making your way through muddy tracks, rocks and vegetation.
08:02And of course,
08:03the organizers at Live have added their two cents to the challenge
08:05by throwing in a few surprises.
08:08The Buggy A1 is a perfect choice for that challenge
08:12with its bouncy suspension,
08:14unconventional look and easy handling.
08:16After all, Rally Raid is all about enjoying total freedom
08:20to choose your path,
08:21to test the limits of your environment,
08:23and the pure fun to go full speed into the wild.
08:30Now I'm excited to share with you
08:32how we'll be dominating the waterways in Jet Sprint.
08:35This will have you slalming and jumping into swampy waters
08:39in tiny but highly responsive boats.
08:43As you might have guessed,
08:45this gameplay is a bit more challenging
08:47than the ones I've been introducing so far.
08:49The contests usually take place
08:51in a lush and pretty unpredictable environment,
08:53and it requires high-speed mastery
08:55as well as some freestyle abilities.
08:59This is one of the great things
09:01about having the whole USA as our open world.
09:04Every terrain is a perfect spot for specific disciplines,
09:07with its own ecosystem, road network, facilities,
09:11as well as some surprises.
