00:00It isn't just one guy on Team Venezuela.
00:03I mean, for Italy, you could say it was Vinny Pascatino
00:05who really carried them.
00:06For Team USA, you know, it's Aaron Judge has participated
00:10and done a really good job,
00:11but it feels like it's really a group effort
00:12from everybody on Venezuela right now.
00:15Yeah, that's spot on, Craig.
00:17And when you see all the wins that they've had in this tournament,
00:21Javier Zanoha was a protagonist in the first day
00:24against the Netherlands.
00:26Michael Garcia had a great day against Israel,
00:29obviously had a great deadline last night.
00:31But it's been Mikel, it's been Luis Arraes
00:34with another two-homer game early on in the tournament.
00:37So it's been a collective effort.
00:39And when I say that, I obviously mean the coaching staff as well.
00:44They have done an incredible, outstanding job preparing those games,
00:49and especially on the pitching side
00:51because the pitching matchups have been so good.
00:54Venezuela's bullpen, which was a doubt heading into the tournament,
00:58and I think we mentioned this in one of the shows,
01:02is that they didn't have the big names like Luzardo,
01:06like Robert Suarez, like Bruce R. Granlou,
01:09or Jose Alvarado, who got denied by the insurance.
01:13So when they got those hits from outside, I tell you,
01:20they weren't that confident.
01:21But Omar Lopez said, listen, I have men instead of names,
01:26and I trust these guys, and I think I can get to the end with these guys.
01:34So he's definitely proven it.
01:36Obviously, tonight they have the toughest matchup,
01:40but with the way they've been playing
01:43and with all the support that they're having here in Miami,
01:45I wouldn't be surprised if they win tonight.
