00:00First of all, welcome to INS.
00:02Hello.
00:03And talking about your journey in the 50s show,
00:07you have entered the 50s as an international actress
00:09competing with many strong Indian television and reality show personalities.
00:13So how challenging was it to adopt the environment and dynamics inside the house?
00:18Obviously, it's not easy to be an outsider, I would say.
00:24It's easier to connect for people who are from the same country, speaking the same language.
00:30Many of the people in the 50 house, they did shows before together,
00:35and they are friends from the outside.
00:37So that was the game of the alliance.
00:39And the alliances were built in the first days.
00:43And there were few people like me who were not really having friends from the outside.
00:49And that was the task, the hardest part, to actually get people to know you
00:56and become a part of a team.
01:01But I'm an easy-going person.
01:04And obviously, it feels like it's a 200% more job for me to become a part of the team.
01:12But I kind of stayed for almost the finale, so I think I did my job well.
01:18Your gameplay appeared more strategic and diplomatic rather than aggressive.
01:21Was it a conscious decision to focus on alliances and relationships instead of collaboration, confrontation?
01:27So, first of all, my drama Queen Nehi.
01:31And who knows me from Big Boss House knows that I don't like to fight much.
01:34I'm rather a diplomatic person.
01:37And this show is not about the drama, and this show was more about tasks.
01:44Obviously, it was about alliance and about the relationship with people.
01:48Some people like to play it aggressively.
01:51Some people like to play it calm.
01:53I'm one of these people who rather like to talk than to shout.
01:58And I was just myself in the show.
02:02Throughout the show, you were seeing building friendly relations with both actors and influencers.
02:06How important do you think social bonding and networking is in a competitive reality show?
02:11And show like the 50 is the most important thing to actually be friends with people and want them to
02:22want you in the house.
02:24Otherwise, they will vote you out.
02:26So, the show was task-based, but the tasks were not most important.
02:30At the end of the day, it was about who will save you from the danger zone.
02:35You have shared a good rapport with digital actors like Mr. Faesu and Faes Woroci.
02:40So, was it like interacting with them?
02:42And did those relationships influence or gameplay in any way?
02:46I became friends with people that I genuinely liked.
02:50And obviously, I didn't know most of them from the outside.
02:53I knew Nilem, I knew Nehal and most of them I saw for the first time in the show.
03:03I really liked Fezu, Fez, Adnan team.
03:06I found the boys really nice and they saved me a few times.
03:10I've saved them a few times.
03:13When Adnan and Fez were out with Fezu, I feel like we became friends too and we were supporting each
03:21other.
03:21But that was not a strategy or game plan.
03:26It was very natural.
03:28I also bonded with Manisha.
03:29I also bonded with people in the Prince team.
03:33I was close at the beginning with Krishna.
03:36So, I feel like everything was very natural.
03:39Many viewers noticed that you maintain a cordial relation with influencers in the house.
03:43Do you think influencers bring a different kind of energy and strategy to reality television compared to traditional actors?
03:51I don't think so.
03:53I don't think that influencers, creators are different than the actors.
04:00We are all human beings and it's more about the personality and what kind of person you are.
04:08First of all, I don't like people to think that they are better than others.
04:13That's the most important part.
04:15Because I'm an actress too.
04:17But it doesn't give me the right to act like other people are below me just because they are not
04:24actors, for example.
04:25We are all working in the same industry and also digital industry is getting very strong, big.
04:33And it's kind of outtaking old-fashioned movies and cinematic moves now.
04:42We have short things coming like, you know, everything is becoming digital.
04:49So, even we actors know that times are changing and you just need to move forward.
04:56I believe that digital media are the future.
04:59Let's be honest.
05:01The discussion about actors versus influencers has become quite prominent in today's environment industry.
05:06So, from your experience on the show, do you think that this divide really exists or is it just a
05:11perception?
05:13I think it's just point of the view and it's not a point of the view of everyone.
05:19Some people have this kind of view.
05:21I have different kind of view.
05:23I feel like we are all equal.
05:25We are all working in the same industry.
05:28And I actually feel like this is a big achievement if you're not a singer, not a dancer, not an
05:34actor, to build a following, to build a fan base.
05:40And I'm having social media too.
05:42And I know this is hard work.
05:44This is not an easy thing.
05:45And it's so easy to drag everyone in the influencer box.
05:50But everyone starts somewhere.
05:55And some people that you call them today influencers, tomorrow they can be the biggest actors in this country.
06:02So, don't underestimate anyone.
06:05Looking back at your journey on the 50s, is there any moment where you felt you could have played the
06:10game differently?
06:11I had one moment in the 50s that a bit broke me and that was the moment when Siddharth were
06:17out of the show.
06:19Because I know he had my back and I also wanted to have his back.
06:24And when he was nominated, he was nominated with Adnan, who was also my friend and who also saved me.
06:29So, I was between two people who saved me.
06:32I wish I had the chance to save them both.
06:36And if I found a way to do that, I would be happy too.
06:41So, this is something that was heavy on my heart.
06:48And I think also the moment when I was asked to vote for Dino.
06:57And I said yes, although I didn't.
07:00Only because I felt like they tried to play me.
07:03And I wanted to see how far is it going.
07:06So, I said yes.
07:07Waiting to see what happened.
07:09Because first of all, I was asked to vote for Dino by Divya who didn't like me.
07:14And she never came to me with anything.
07:18And then having Krishna asking me the same thing.
07:21And I considered her a friend, good friend.
07:25It made me feel like people want to use me because Dino was always saved first.
07:30And at the end, I found out that Dino was saved anyway.
07:33And that whole idea was for me to ditch my team.
07:36And then to out me in front of everyone when Nehal came to my room saying that,
07:41Oh, you're supposed to vote for Dino in front of Nikki.
07:43So, that moment was hurtful because I felt like people were trying to play me.
07:49And I was called a liar just because I was smarter and I found that game quicker.
07:57So, the only thing in my mind is maybe I could just leave it and say,
08:01No, I'm not going to do it.
08:03But on the other hand, I wouldn't learn what's there for me.
08:07And how other people want to play me.
08:10I think that's it.
08:13I'm glad that I make my own stand.
08:15I'm glad that I switched the team from Prince to Rajat.
08:19That I understood that I need to change the team in the name of surviving in the show.
08:26So, I think at the end of the day, it played really well.
08:31Another day, we just want to know that there are any other contestants who we have interviewed
08:34and they told that the 50 shows, there are many physical fights going on between the boys.
08:40So, it's not for women especially.
08:42So, what do you have to say about that?
08:43I really don't like this woman card being pulled in so many shows.
08:50So, everybody knew that this is a task-based show and it's not about men or women.
08:59Some people were bringing it up, I think, to cover either their mistakes, either the lack of their power to
09:06win the tasks.
09:09Because the tasks were mixed and not all of them were made for guys.
09:15Not of them were made to be strong.
09:16We were having girls winning the tasks that people are thinking are made for men.
09:23So, I don't buy it, to be honest.
09:25And I kind of feel like we were all in the same game and just using this men and women
09:32card.
09:33It's just an excuse.
09:37Lastly, we want to know that there are media reports that you are married to Danish.
09:41So, tell us something about that.
09:44So, I don't have wedding ring on my finger and I would say I'm married to my job.
09:50And that's the thing and I think everything will be clear in next two weeks.
09:56So, just watch and wait.
09:57So, is there any changes that you find after getting married or after getting married?
10:04Well, I would tell you when I get married.
10:10Nothing changed in my life for now.
10:13Finally, if you have to describe your overall experience on this show in one sentence, what would it be?
10:18And what did this journey teach you about yourself?
10:22Well, I would say fun.
10:24It taught me that I'm a good actress because I outsmarted the snake in the last game.
10:32And everybody, I made everyone think that I'm a snake.
10:34And that was my, that was the thing I wanted to do.
10:38Because I believe that if people will think I'm a snake and they will out me and I won't be
10:43a snake, then the snake will save me.
10:46And that will happen.
10:48So, I'm, I also, it also taught me that I'm able to survive in a Indian TV show, even with
10:57Matorisi Hindi Baltihu.
10:58And then also showed me that I need to work harder on Mary Hindi.
11:02But overall, it was a great experience.
11:05And I'm glad that I said yes to the 50.
11:08You have become an expert in reality shows.
11:11So, now, will there be more reality shows or acting only your focus?
11:15So, this is my fifth TV show.
11:17It's my Dusra TV show in India.
11:20Well, I would be honest, I love to dance, sing and act.
11:23And this is my number one.
11:25If you will give me the show where I can dance or where I can sing, I would love it.
11:29But somehow, I'm doing reality and I'm kind of surviving.
11:35So, I'm not saying no.
11:38If that would be the show that will challenge me, then I will definitely say yes.
11:44Okay.
11:45Lastly, what one message do you have to give to the audience?
11:48Um, for all the love, for all the PR I'm getting after the 50.
11:56It means a lot for me.
11:58Thank you everyone so much.
11:59Last one thing we want to know that if given a re-entry,
12:03what is the one thing you will do inside the show if you will go again then?
12:08Oh, if I re-enter, I will win.
