01:43We have to enhance authority of the United Nations, multilateral institutions.

02:01There are many, many people who are escaping, who are trying to escape from the war.
02:07It causes another problem.
02:09And it's a very, very huge humanitarian problem as well.
02:13That's why he even fears a third world war.
02:16This type of war tends to generate new wars, especially when superpowers are interested in development, like Russia, like China

02:25So I'm really afraid that the possible scenario is also the global war.
