00:17They're doing that in a number of ways.
00:18One is a very limited Navy, but it also has to do with their ability from land-based munitions to
00:25be able to hit ships.
00:26And all you have to do is hit a couple ships, cause the fear, and then you basically close the
00:34Strait of Hormuz until the U.S. and other nations are willing to have their naval vessels escort tankers and
00:45ships through there, which right now the U.S. is not prepared to do.
