00:00I think having having power is having options.
00:13Your character is is like hope because really she gives him the strength to carry on.
00:22So I'm asking you it's a difficult question, I know.
00:24But since we need so much hope nowadays, how can we be how can we have hope, in your opinion?
00:32Oh, my goodness. I think there's hope in I think we hear so much of the terrible things going on
00:38in the world.
00:39But I think there's also a huge amount of good of people doing good things and helping people.
00:48And I think we forget that sometimes.
00:50And so I think I also think sometimes feeling hopeless is a way of feeling.
00:58It's if you if you feel hopeless, it means you don't feel like you can implement any change or do
01:03anything about anything.
01:04So I think a way of fighting hopelessness is to volunteer, to donate money to if you if you're able
01:12to.
01:13Yeah, just getting involved in causes you you care about, because I think that's that's how you fight hopelessness.
01:19And the relationship between Julia and Erie really is an example of the power of written words.
01:28Do you write nowadays, even if we are always on cell phones?
01:34And do you love to write letters with your hand? And do you love that?
01:39I actually do. I try and write.
01:42I write to my grandpa because I think he likes he's very much a letter man and I call him
01:50as well.
01:50But yeah, letters, I write him cards and postcards and letters and I write thank you letters still.
01:56I think that's really important. You know, if you if you go for dinner with someone or like a wedding
02:01or whatever,
02:02I always will write after that because I think it's a totally different medium and I think it's much more
02:09touching to receive a letter than anything else.
02:12And Julia says that nature always find a way, find a way. Do you agree with her?
02:18Yes, I do. Yeah, I think I think nature is one of the most powerful things.
02:23And I really notice it when I'm when I spend a lot of time in a city and then I
02:27go home because I grew up in the countryside.
02:29I always notice how calming it is to be to be around nature as opposed to being in the hectic
02:36kind of sensory overload of a city.
02:40I think nature is very healing.
02:42She and Erie really are people who often ask themselves why, why this, why that.
02:48Are you the same? Do you often ask questions to yourself and do you have answers?
02:55I definitely question things. Yes, I would say I'm I'm I think about things a lot in quite a lot
03:01of depth.
03:02And I think Julia has an inquisitive mind, also a very busy mind.
03:06And I think I'm similar in that respect.
03:09This is a great love story, really romantic, very romantic.
03:13Do you believe that a love such this one is only a thing that we can see in movies or
03:20in a TV show?
03:22I think it emulates that initial initial passion that you find, you know, in relationships in real life.
03:30I think I think love stories like this do happen and I think they do endure time.
03:37I think, yeah, I think my grandparents met when they were 14 and they were together until they were, you
03:43know, until my grandmother passed away and they were deeply in love through that whole time.
03:47And so that to me is like that's a real that's a real love story.
03:51And yeah, so I think they can exist.
03:54Yeah, there's also an interesting take on power in this TV show, especially for for women in European.
04:02What's real power and especially for for for for women?
04:07Yeah, I think real power is choice.
04:11I think I think having having power is having options and I think particularly for women, you know, throughout time,
04:24I think the thing that held women back from from having autonomy and power was not having the choice and
04:30the ability to make those choices.
04:33So, yeah, I'd say the more options we have, the the more powerful we are.
04:38Thank you so much. Thank you.
04:40Great job, by the way.
04:41I really love your character.
04:42Thank you so much.
04:44Lovely to meet you.
05:02Thank you.
05:02Thank you.
05:03Thank you.
05:04Thank you.
05:07Thank you.
05:09Thank you.
05:09Thank you.
05:10Thank you.
