00:10will help pay for 36 additional zero-emission vehicles, replacing older diesel buses. It

00:21franchise network. Services are due to begin later this year in St Helens and Wirral. Metro
00:28Mayor Steve Rotherham says cleaner vehicles will improve journeys and air quality. In
00:33embracing the public ownership model, the Liverpool city region is only the second
00:38area outside London to run a publicly operated bus network.
