Jack Draper a signé l’un des grands coups de ce mercredi 11 mars 2026 à Indian Wells. Le Britannique, tête de série n°14 et tenant du titre, a fait tomber Novak Djokovic en huitièmes de finale au terme d’un énorme combat, 4-6, 6-4, 7-6(5), pour rejoindre les quarts de finale du Masters 1000 californien. Au-delà du résultat, c’est surtout l’émotion de Draper après la rencontre qui a marqué. En conférence de presse, le gaucher britannique a reconnu être "submergé" après avoir battu pour la première fois un joueur qu’il regarde, admire et idolâtre depuis l’enfance.
