President Donald Trump's doctor addressed a neck rash spotted in recent weeks. In a statement to Cable News Network on Monday, March 2, Dr. Sean Barbabella said Trump is using a common cream on the right side of his neck as a preventative skin treatment. Barbabella said Trump is using the treatment for one week and the redness is expected to last for a few weeks.
