00:01No, I'm going to pour my drink on her.
00:03Can you muzzle me, woman?
00:05You're not coming for my husband.
00:08Dinner is served.
00:11Welcome to Mavs after the dinner party.
00:14And if they're all going to be like that one,
00:16what the hell have we just signed up for?
00:18Let's face it, we all love a little married at first sight,
00:20chaos and carnage, so you have come to the right place.
00:23But if you think the dinner parties are wild,
00:26what happens off camera is way more unhinged.
00:30I'm not convinced we're ready for it, but here we are,
00:31so let's get into it.
00:32We have explosive unseen footage that never made it to air.
00:36No-one has access like we do.
00:38So welcome to the Inner Circle.
00:40We're asking all the questions that you want answered.
00:43It's Mavs like you've never seen it before,
00:45and nothing is off limits.
00:47I'm Jules, joined by these two superstars, Laura and Brittany,
00:50as we sift through the chaos for your viewing pleasure.
00:54And tonight, it begins with a bang.
00:56I mean... Doesn't it?
00:57We're going to be dissecting that diabolical dinner party.
01:00Chris is going to be in to address Brooke's pregnancy news.
01:04And we have Danny.
01:06He's coming in, who we all have quite a few questions for.
01:09Now, we need to talk about Brooke,
01:11because she has had such a change in her personality,
01:14and I think it was like a bait-and-switch.
01:16No-one saw that coming.
01:17It was definitely a plot twist.
01:19I know when she came into this series at the start,
01:23I thought, wow, this woman was beautiful and stunning,
01:26and she was so lovely.
01:27And then over the past week, I have been shooketh to my core.
01:31The character assassinations that we've seen her behave
01:35towards other people,
01:37the way she is so malicious and so much intent,
01:42it was shocking and actually really hard to watch for me.
01:45Like, I was...
01:45It took me back.
01:46I felt like I was at school
01:48and there was just bullying in the schoolyard.
01:50I saw a really good comment today
01:51that described it as a personality transplant.
01:53It was like a completely different version.
01:55I've had one of those.
01:55You know, no, that's a hair transplant.
01:57Jeez, I like you.
01:59Sorry.
02:00It looks great, though.
02:00No, it's fine.
02:01Well, Brooke is a hot topic on the internet right now
02:04for a number of different reasons,
02:05which we'll get to later.
02:06But first, her behaviour tonight at the dinner party was appalling
02:09and Stella and Alyssa faced the brunt of it.
02:12It was a hard watch,
02:13so I can't even imagine how they're feeling.
02:15But before they join us on the couch,
02:17let's take a look back at where this tension all began.
02:21I can say this whole experiment so far,
02:25I was all for caring about what people thought
02:28and I've just thought, you know what?
02:29I don't care anymore.
02:31Because I just see so much fakeness going around
02:33and I'm over it.
02:34Red flags.
02:36Surely it gets on your nerves at times.
02:38No.
02:39I don't believe you.
02:40I don't believe you.
02:41100% agree.
02:42I liked the way that you guys were interacting
02:45at the dinner party
02:46when you were talking about each other.
02:48But I also think that...
02:48Hang on, babe, I'm not finished.
02:49When I...
02:50That's a burst.
02:51When you were sitting together...
02:52Do we want to be here all day?
02:53Because Alyssa will finish then.
02:55You need to have a clue
02:57and realise that I'm standing up for myself
02:59because I see someone like you.
03:00I'm so deep, I'm so deep.
03:01I don't think you're deep,
03:02I just think you're dumb.
03:03Hey, hey.
03:05This is very not productive
03:06and if you want to...
03:07Don't touch me, please.
03:08If you would like to have a chat...
03:10No, babe.
03:10Okay.
03:11Hey, babe, while you're at it,
03:13get the stripper boots off, babe.
03:15Get the stripper boots off.
03:17Like, you know what?
03:18If you're going to buy stripper boots,
03:19buy 100% land,
03:20join by faux leather.
03:22Excuse me.
03:23That's not nice, babe.
03:24Alyssa, shut up.
03:26Shut up, Alyssa,
03:27you ratchet idiot.
03:28Wait, wait, wait.
03:29What's going on me?
03:30It's going to be a fake relationship, babe.
03:31You're in a fake relationship.
03:33Clap, clap, clap.
03:35And I hope your parents
03:36are really proud watching this.
03:38I really hope they're proud watching this.
03:41Like, I'm done with your bullying.
03:42Out.
03:43Oh, my God.
03:46Do you know what?
03:47I'm not everybody's cup of tea.
03:49Leave me alone.
03:50Loser.
03:53Loser.
03:56Oh, my God.
03:59Alyssa, Stella,
04:01welcome to the hot seat.
04:02That is, I mean,
04:03for everyone,
04:03that is so hard to watch.
04:05Like, it's so hard.
04:06I can only imagine
04:06what it was like
04:07for you to experience that.
04:08How did you manage
04:09to keep your cool
04:10throughout all of that?
04:13I'll take a minute
04:14and you start answering.
04:15Or did you?
04:17Look,
04:18I feel like
04:19for me personally,
04:21I just couldn't believe
04:22the behaviour
04:22that was in front of me
04:24and that was going on.
04:25I actually had to take a minute
04:26to,
04:27is this really happening?
04:29Am I sitting here?
04:30Are these girls
04:30that don't even know me,
04:32don't even know Stella,
04:33are they literally
04:34coming at us?
04:36Yeah.
04:36Do they know us?
04:37No.
04:38And how dare they?
04:39How dare they?
04:40It was utterly disrespectful.
04:43You know,
04:44we're there
04:44to work on a relationship,
04:45to build a relationship,
04:47to find love.
04:48And these girl gang
04:50are all sitting together.
04:50We're sitting next
04:51to our husbands
04:53and they're just
04:54ganging up on us.
04:55Do you know
04:55what your problem was?
04:56Your problem was,
04:57for them,
04:58that you handled it
04:59too well
04:59because you gave them
05:00nothing back.
05:01You were grace under fire.
05:02I just want to say,
05:04I thought you looked great,
05:05loved the boots.
05:06It looked to us
05:08like it came out
05:09of nowhere,
05:10like you were
05:10minding your own business,
05:11having your parmigiana
05:13and then Brooke
05:14just came at you
05:15out of nowhere.
05:15What are we not seeing?
05:17So,
05:17that is the question
05:19that baffles me
05:20because these girls
05:21don't know me,
05:22they don't know who I am,
05:23but obviously I'm a confident,
05:25I am a bit loud,
05:26I have a lot to say,
05:27but I'm not a nasty girl.
05:29Alright,
05:29well look,
05:29we're talking about
05:30behind the scenes stuff
05:31and we do have more,
05:32I mean there's so much more
05:33on this show.
05:33Love it.
05:34Show it.
05:34Show it.
05:36You're afraid to deny
05:37that she returned
05:37because she had
05:38some unfinished business,
05:39but we have come across
05:40some exclusive footage
05:41that didn't make the episode.
05:43Roll the tape.
05:44Let's go.
05:46Should I start it now?
05:48Where should I kick up
05:49this dollopin now?
05:50Fuck yes,
05:51because I'm ready.
05:54Should I start now?
05:55Are you going to back me too?
05:56Babe,
05:57are you joking?
05:58Do you know who we are?
06:00I just want to know,
06:01Stella,
06:01what is your problem with me?
06:04I'm not calling you out
06:05in front of a whole circle
06:07of people
06:07and making you out
06:08to be the bad person
06:09because I see someone like you.
06:11I'm so deep,
06:12I'm so deep.
06:12I don't think you're deep,
06:13I just think you're fucking dumb.
06:15Anyway,
06:16do you?
06:17I've got another target.
06:19Who's the target?
06:20I'm sorry.
06:21Oh yes.
06:22You know that.
06:23Yes,
06:23we do.
06:26Babe,
06:27can you please
06:27throw that bread roll?
06:30Get it.
06:30Get it,
06:31Alyssa,
06:31I'll back you.
06:31Yeah, do it.
06:32No, do it.
06:33I'm not doing it.
06:33You do it.
06:34I've already fucked her up
06:34too much.
06:35No, do it.
06:35Hey, do it.
06:38So,
06:39Alyssa.
06:42How does it feel now
06:43knowing that this was
06:44so orchestrated
06:45and that it was
06:46so targeted
06:46and that there's people
06:47who just decide
06:49that they think you're fake
06:50or they're going to go you
06:51in your relationship?
06:52Stella,
06:53this is affecting you.
06:54Yeah,
06:55this is...
06:55Stella,
06:56why does that make you
06:57so upset now
06:57watching back?
06:58It's a lot.
06:59No, look,
06:59I don't know.
07:00I don't know.
07:01I just...
07:01It's a lot.
07:01As I said in my,
07:02you know,
07:02backstory,
07:03like,
07:04people think,
07:05like,
07:05you know,
07:05I'm this all tough
07:06and whatever
07:06but,
07:07like,
07:07I'm actually very sensitive
07:08and highly empathetic
07:09and when I actually
07:10watched this whole thing back
07:11and when I saw Alyssa
07:12giving an interview
07:13crying,
07:13I started crying.
07:14Not for myself
07:15but just in general
07:16how people just
07:18treat each other like that.
07:20For me
07:21and for,
07:22like,
07:22obviously everyone
07:23that was at that dinner table,
07:24we'd never even...
07:26We can't even comprehend
07:27what was said
07:28because they're cutting out
07:30a lot of things
07:31that cannot be played
07:32on TV.
07:33The language,
07:34the foulness.
07:35Oh, so it's worse.
07:36So it's 10 times,
07:3820 times worse.
07:39And there was so much irony
07:40that they're like,
07:41hope your mum's proud
07:42and the...
07:43Like,
07:44it's such immature,
07:46unnecessary fighting style.
07:48Do you wish
07:48that they were here
07:49for some accountability?
07:50I personally don't care.
07:51Like,
07:52I...
07:53The apologies came in,
07:54right?
07:55Right after this whole
07:56shebang's finished.
07:57It doesn't matter.
07:58It's not authentic.
07:59It wasn't authentic.
08:00What's the justification?
08:01I'm sorry
08:01but it wasn't authentic.
08:03I got a...
08:04I would actually like
08:05to get my phone
08:05and I've got a receipt.
08:07Let's get it.
08:08We've got your phone.
08:08We can get your phone.
08:09I would like to read out
08:11a message that I received.
08:12Oh, thank you.
08:13A message that I received
08:17probably five weeks
08:18after this had happened
08:19and I got it via Instagram
08:21and Brooke reached out.
08:23I hadn't had, like,
08:24a one-on-one time
08:25with her and her apology
08:26but she took no accountability
08:27in this text message
08:28so I'm going to read it to you.
08:30Cool.
08:31We really do have the tea here,
08:32don't we?
08:32Hey, Alyssa.
08:33How are you going?
08:34I'm sorry it's taken me
08:35a while to reach out.
08:37I've taken a lot of time
08:38to switch off
08:39and think about everything
08:40but I really want to apologise again
08:42for what happened
08:43at the last dinner party
08:44I was at.
08:44I was going through a lot
08:46mentally at the time
08:47and unfortunately
08:48let the experiment
08:49get the better of me.
08:50An executive
08:51actually did come to me
08:52and pushed that I should go
08:53for you and Stella
08:54that night
08:55and keep stirring shit up
08:56and I really regret
08:58not trusting myself
08:59instead of listening
09:00to senior people
09:00and the other people
09:02that knew you prior.
09:04Hang on.
09:06I don't expect you to reply
09:08but I just want you
09:09to know where I'm at.
09:10She took no accountability.
09:11She's blaming the producers,
09:13the executives.
09:14I'm sorry.
09:15The producers aren't like that.
09:17That apology,
09:18we all agree,
09:19is pretty lame.
09:20Pathetic.
09:21Blaming producers.
09:22Are there producers
09:23in the dinner party?
09:24No.
09:25No.
09:25No.
09:26Well, the producers,
09:28like they're there
09:28but they're not at the,
09:30like they're not,
09:31it's just us sitting
09:32around a table.
09:33And for hours.
09:33And the crew is there
09:35filming and whatnot
09:36but the producers
09:36aren't in the room.
09:37Well, look,
09:37naturally we wanted answers
09:38from Gia and Brooke tonight
09:40however Brooke declined.
09:41Gia was set to come in
09:43but unexpectedly
09:44she flew home.
09:45Are you kidding me?
09:46So she didn't come?
09:47Hang on.
09:47She didn't come.
09:48Do you know what this is?
09:49She did come
09:50but she left.
09:51Did you guys hold her
09:52accountable actually?
09:53We, I mean,
09:53we wanted to get the answers
09:54from her.
09:55We haven't had a chance
09:55to speak to her yet.
09:56Wow.
09:57Oh girl.
09:58She still hasn't learnt.
09:59Look,
09:59even though they're not here
10:00we do have to forge ahead
10:01and we have got
10:02some backstage footage
10:03that to be honest
10:04I think it's even worse
10:05than some of the stuff
10:06we still play out
10:07on the actual show
10:07and I do think
10:08and I do think that you guys
10:09have to see it.
10:09Hey, I'll take,
10:10I'll take my tissue guys.
10:12I'm going to strap in you guys.
10:15Get a video.
10:16Get a photo of the cool girls.
10:17Like get a photo.
10:18Get a photo.
10:20Get a photo for the lols.
10:23You like,
10:24do you like the cool girls better
10:25or do you like the NBLs?
10:27I am a cool girl.
10:28Do you like,
10:29do you like us better
10:30than the NBLs?
10:31Who are the,
10:32what's NBL mean?
10:33NBL,
10:34natural born losers.
10:35Oh my God.
10:36Is this just happening?
10:38So mature.
10:40I just said to him,
10:41do you like us better
10:41than the NBLs?
10:43And he goes,
10:43what is that?
10:44I said,
10:44natural born losers.
10:47What do you think?
10:48Yeah, but who are they?
10:50Yes,
10:50the whole other table
10:51is a breach.
10:52It's been a breach.
10:53Wow.
10:54Did you guys know
10:54this term,
10:55the NBLs?
10:56Did you know
10:56that you're being called
10:57natural born losers
10:58behind your backs?
10:59Nah, but it's just stupid.
11:01Like I,
11:01I'm just
11:02Alyssa,
11:04by your own admission
11:05in your intro
11:06and even warned
11:07by your mum,
11:08you're a pain in the arse.
11:09Yeah,
11:10I'll admit that
11:11I'm a pain in the arse.
11:12I'm a good pain in the arse.
11:14Alyssa,
11:15we haven't seen
11:16any of that.
11:17Like I thought
11:17you were going to be
11:18the batshit crazy one.
11:19Yeah, yeah, yeah.
11:19But Stella,
11:20you've got to verify this.
11:21What?
11:22Is there,
11:22is there some,
11:24is she annoying?
11:26Look,
11:26no,
11:26look,
11:27at the end of the day,
11:28give us yours.
11:28There was two looks at one.
11:30Okay,
11:30look,
11:30at the end of the day,
11:31you need help.
11:32I'm joking.
11:33No,
11:34with Alyssa,
11:34you either take it
11:36or leave it.
11:37I think people won't stand
11:38in the middle.
11:39It's either people
11:39going to love her
11:40or people will
11:41probably dislike her.
11:43It's just the way she is.
11:45I'm very,
11:46I'm an empathetic person as well.
11:48I love with my whole heart.
11:49Yeah.
11:50And what you see
11:50is what you get.
11:51I'm,
11:51I'm very dry.
11:52I'm very direct.
11:54I,
11:54but I'm not nasty
11:55and I'm not malicious.
11:55I'm funny.
11:56I'm the funny one.
11:57Do you know what
11:57I want to add in here?
11:58And modest.
11:59Sorry.
12:01It does not matter
12:02if you're annoying.
12:04It doesn't matter.
12:05Nothing warrants
12:06that behaviour
12:06ever.
12:07I don't care what you did.
12:09I don't care what you said.
12:10That is the most
12:11abhorrent,
12:12mean girl,
12:13Regina George behaviour.
12:14This is so mean.
12:15But it is interesting
12:16because Gia and Brooke
12:17didn't seem to think
12:18that it was.
12:20This didn't make
12:21the episode tonight
12:21but you guys need
12:22to strap yourself in.
12:24Have a look at this.
12:26Get fucked Stella.
12:28Literally.
12:29She's full of shit.
12:31I'm sorry
12:32but look at her.
12:32Come on.
12:34She has a huge
12:36victim's mentality
12:37and she's a fucking
12:38pick me.
12:39So that Stella's
12:40like M.O.
12:41That's,
12:41that's all Stella is.
12:42So if there's a way
12:43that she can be the victim
12:43in a situation
12:44she's going to do it.
12:46I know for a fact
12:47everyone will watch
12:48this show
12:49and see that
12:50Alyssa is a fake
12:51fucking bitch
12:52with those rat shit
12:53hair extensions.
12:54If Alyssa and Stella
12:56want to get off
12:56their fucking high holes
12:57for one second
12:59they are not
13:00the ones
13:01in charge of this
13:02whole thing
13:02sitting up,
13:03posing,
13:03talking so perfectly
13:04all the time
13:05because we're on
13:06a pageant.
13:07Guys,
13:07I was actually
13:08a beauty queen.
13:08Her and I are
13:09the realest people here.
13:10I'm so sorry
13:11that they don't know
13:12what it's like
13:12to have real friends
13:13in the world.
13:14So they're trying
13:14to rally people together
13:15to be like
13:16they're mean girls.
13:18Fuck off.
13:18We're not in high school.
13:19We're real bitches.
13:20We're standing on business.
13:22We're saying
13:22what the fuck we think
13:23and we're calling out bullshit.
13:25I don't think
13:25that we're mean girls.
13:26I think we're real bitches
13:27and the fact
13:28that you're not a part of us
13:30speaks for itself.
13:32Oh my God.
13:32That's hectic.
13:34Yeah.
13:34Oh my God.
13:35You're right.
13:36That's so hectic.
13:38The crazy thing is
13:40they're saying things like
13:42they're the girls' girls
13:43and they're not mean girls
13:44and you guys are pick-me girls
13:46which from us
13:47could not be more opposite.
13:49I think it's pretty obvious
13:50from what we've seen
13:51on camera
13:52and off camera
13:53premeditated
13:53I think we can see
13:54where the mean girls
13:55are coming from.
13:56Do you think
13:56that there was any part
13:57of Brooke coming back
13:58where she might have had
14:00even an inkling
14:01of an investment
14:02still in Chris?
14:03No.
14:04She just wanted to
14:05tear down other women.
14:07He knew that too.
14:08That was her goal.
14:09It was to sabotage
14:11everything.
14:12Like she wanted to
14:13eat that table alive.
14:14Hand grenade.
14:15It was like she was possessed.
14:17Five of them.
14:18I said it looked like
14:18an exorcism.
14:19It was like
14:20she clicked.
14:21It was like
14:21the light bulb moment
14:23where she was possessed.
14:24What you experienced tonight
14:25and what everyone saw
14:26it was so hard to watch.
14:28I can only imagine
14:28how hard it was
14:29for you being on that table
14:30and being the receiving end
14:31of all of that.
14:33We all hope
14:33that it's the last
14:34that we see of it
14:35but I'm getting the feeling
14:36from what you said
14:37that that is absolutely
14:37not the case.
14:38More to come.
14:39No, we wait
14:39with faded breath.
14:40Drama aside
14:41we do wish you
14:42so much luck
14:42with your relationships
14:43and can't wait
14:43to have you back here
14:44to talk about it all
14:46as it all unfolds
14:47on the show
14:47but we do hope
14:48that you found
14:48the success
14:49and the love
14:49that you guys came for.
14:50I'm watching soon.
14:52Alright, there is still
14:53so much more to unpack.
14:54Chris is joining us
14:55to tell his side
14:56of the story
14:56and we've got some
14:57pretty shocking
14:57unseen footage
14:58that will hopefully
14:59answer some of your
15:01questions about
15:01Brooke's time
15:02on the show.
15:03Not to mention
15:04the messiah of maths
15:05John Aitken
15:06lifts the lid
15:07on the inner workings
15:08of this mad experiment.
15:10Well, in classic maths fashion
15:13my feed is absolutely
15:14flooded with gossip
15:15at the moment
15:16and let me tell you
15:17some of these comments
15:18are absolutely savage.
15:20So, let's have
15:21a little bit of fun with it.
15:22We have Rachel and Stephen
15:23they're here to play
15:24It's a Match.
15:25Now, we have gathered
15:25all the nasty
15:27little comments
15:27from those teeny tiny
15:28keyboard warriors
15:29and Rachel and Stephen
15:31are going to guess
15:32who they are about.
15:38Alrighty, I'm going to
15:40dive right in
15:40let's get going.
15:44Must be good.
15:46She's giving
15:47Jemay's long lost sister
15:49from Summer Heights
15:50high
15:51but more annoying.
15:53Brooke?
15:53Brooke?
16:00I get it, yeah.
16:02Diva energy.
16:03Yeah, I get it.
16:04I get it.
16:05The close-ups
16:07of blank are tough.
16:08He is a
16:10weathered
16:1034 year old.
16:12Who is that about?
16:13Grayson?
16:14Yeah, I'm going to go
16:15with Grayson.
16:17No.
16:18Danny?
16:19Oh, no way.
16:20What?
16:21No way.
16:23Danny?
16:23That's harsh.
16:26The winner
16:27of blowing
16:28things out
16:28of proportion
16:29goes to
16:33me.
16:34I didn't want
16:35to say it.
16:39You all right, Beth?
16:40Oh, my gosh.
16:41Wait, me?
16:41No.
16:42Oh, man.
16:43I'm going to...
16:44Beth!
16:45All right.
16:46Oh, I just put
16:47my foot in it
16:47for no reason.
16:50You'll be sleeping
16:50on the couch
16:51tonight, babe.
16:53Did blank
16:54say she's
16:55a girl's girl?
16:56I think she
16:57is a bitch,
16:58bitch.
16:58Brooke.
16:59Brooke.
16:59Brooke.
17:00Yeah.
17:00That one is so easy.
17:02It's Brooke.
17:03Does this guy
17:04brush his hair
17:05with a pillow?
17:06Do you?
17:07I don't know.
17:10I want to give away
17:11my secrets.
17:12Great secrets.
17:13Is it Steven?
17:14Yeah, it would be
17:16Uncle Steve-o.
17:17Uncle Steve-o,
17:18yeah.
17:22Oh, my gosh.
17:23Look, they're
17:23definitely the
17:24lighter of the
17:25comments being
17:25left of us,
17:26that's for sure.
17:30Look, lesson
17:32learned, take what
17:33you read with a
17:33grain of salt.
17:34However, news
17:35has been buzzing
17:36for some time of
17:37Brooke being
17:38pregnant and back
17:39with her ex.
17:41Now, she has
17:41confirmed that
17:42earlier this week.
17:43This rumour has
17:44been circulating
17:45for a little while
17:45around Brooke being
17:46pregnant and we
17:47didn't want to
17:48address it until it
17:49had been confirmed
17:49but it has been
17:50made official.
17:51Brooke has come
17:52out just recently
17:53with a women's
17:54magazine saying
17:55that she is
17:55pregnant and
17:56she's also
17:56engaged.
17:57Now, there's
17:58also a lot of
17:58speculation online
17:59that Brooke was
18:00seeing her ex
18:01while she was
18:02also in the
18:03experiment and
18:03the question is,
18:04did Chris know
18:05about it?
18:06There's only one
18:06way to find out.
18:07Let's bring him
18:07out, Chris.
18:17Here he is.
18:19I'm Mia.
18:19How are we
18:20going?
18:20Oh dear.
18:21Wow, we have
18:21the singlet on.
18:23Just wanted to go
18:23me.
18:24This is me.
18:25You look like
18:26you're ready for a
18:26fight though.
18:27Always.
18:28Always need to be
18:28prepared.
18:29Oh God.
18:30Quick one.
18:31You entered that
18:33dinner party tonight
18:34six foot but you
18:35left five foot eight.
18:37How are you feeling?
18:38Yeah, shrunk a little
18:38bit, didn't I?
18:39It was actually
18:40quite interesting
18:42watching that just
18:43before because I
18:44hadn't obviously felt
18:46like that in a while
18:47since the experiment.
18:48So yeah, it was nice
18:49to relive it again,
18:50sort of really put
18:51myself through it
18:52again.
18:52It was funny because
18:53we saw when she
18:54walked in, there was
18:55just a split second
18:56where we saw your
18:57face light up where
18:58you thought she's
18:59back for me.
19:00Yeah, there was
19:00this little bit of
19:01hope.
19:01I didn't know she
19:01was coming back.
19:02She kept that from
19:03me and even before
19:05she left we'd spoken
19:06about what we were
19:07and then seeing her,
19:08yeah, I guess there
19:09would have been
19:09like this little
19:10faint bit of hope.
19:11Chris, when did you
19:12find out that Brooke
19:13was back with her
19:13ex?
19:14Everyone now knows
19:15Brooke's pregnant
19:16and back with her
19:17fiancée or now
19:19fiancée.
19:20I thought she didn't
19:21get back with him
19:21until maybe three,
19:23four weeks after
19:24but she actually
19:24went on a holiday
19:25two weeks once we
19:26left to the Maldives
19:30and she told me
19:32direct that it was
19:33with family and
19:33friends but then in
19:34the article it said
19:35it was with Harry,
19:36her ex.
19:37When did you know
19:38she was going to
19:38the Maldives?
19:39We definitely spoke
19:40about it that last
19:42week before we
19:43left.
19:43That sounds like it
19:45was pretty planned
19:46while she was still
19:47on the experiment
19:48with you.
19:48That's what I mean.
19:49Everyone's been
19:50asking me, it's the
19:51biggest question I
19:52get, do you think
19:52she was with her
19:53ex during the
19:54experiment?
19:54I mean there's
19:55been some speculation
19:56that Brooke went
19:57back to the Gold
19:58Coast a couple of
19:58times during filming
19:59that wasn't approved
20:00by production.
20:01Yeah, no, none of
20:02the times were.
20:02Were you, like what
20:03was the conversation
20:04that was had with you
20:05guys, where did
20:05you think she was
20:06going, what's your
20:07impression of that
20:08now?
20:08I think the first
20:09time were for her
20:10cats.
20:11For her cats.
20:13Like real pet cats.
20:14Yeah, so she had
20:15a friend that was
20:15looking after her
20:16cats and apparently
20:17the friend couldn't
20:18anymore so that was
20:19the first time.
20:21And I think the
20:22second time was
20:23just when she ran
20:24away.
20:25I need to, for
20:26people who don't
20:27know how this works
20:28in terms of the
20:28reality TV world,
20:31on a weekend what
20:32are you supposed to
20:32be doing?
20:33Because it sounds
20:33weird to be like,
20:34what do you mean
20:34she ran away
20:35unapproved?
20:36Like are you
20:36supposed to stay
20:37in your hotel
20:37rooms on a
20:38Friday night?
20:38Like what actually
20:39happens and what
20:40happened when Brooke
20:41left?
20:41Yeah, so on
20:41weekends it's pretty
20:43much your time
20:44alone to get to
20:44know each other
20:45better.
20:45Because obviously
20:46during the week
20:46you're flat out
20:47filming, you're
20:48doing tasks,
20:49challenges, whatever
20:49together.
20:50So I think the
20:51weekends where most
20:52couples, in my
20:52opinion, blossomed and
20:53got actually to get
20:54beneath the surface
20:55and sort of get to
20:56know each other a
20:56lot more.
20:57Yeah.
20:57And so where do
20:58you think she was,
20:59I mean you say she
20:59was running away,
21:00where was she
21:01running to?
21:02So that was for
21:02the cats.
21:03But do you believe
21:04that?
21:04Do you believe that?
21:05As I said I did.
21:07But now, what do
21:08you believe now?
21:08So now I'm thinking
21:10that it might not
21:11have been.
21:11Do you think that
21:12she was in a
21:13relationship while
21:14this was playing
21:14out?
21:15Do you think she
21:15was still in
21:16contact with her
21:17ex?
21:17Yeah, so ask me
21:18yesterday, I'd say
21:19no I didn't.
21:21Now?
21:21Ask me today, I'd
21:22change my opinion,
21:23yeah.
21:24In the article it
21:25does say that Brooke
21:25insists she was
21:27never in touch with
21:27Harry while she was
21:28in the experiment.
21:29But during her time
21:30on the show she
21:31certainly did think
21:32of him.
21:33Now, however, we've
21:33seen some unseen
21:34footage that might
21:35indicate differently.
21:37Have a watch of
21:37this.
21:38The last time I had
21:39sex before our
21:40wedding was?
21:45I don't think I
21:46can answer it.
21:47I honestly don't
21:48Truthfully.
21:48I don't care.
21:49You don't?
21:49No.
21:50Two days before
21:50the wedding.
21:52Jesus Christ.
21:53Well sorry, I didn't
21:54know if I was going
21:54to do a run down
21:55the aisle and not
21:55like you and at
21:56the end of the
21:56day I was single
21:57leading up to it.
21:58So, you know,
21:58anything goes.
21:59Is it someone like
22:00in your life?
22:02Yeah, it is someone
22:03in my life.
22:03But it's like, that's
22:04the thing.
22:04I'm like, it doesn't
22:05really like, it is
22:06what it is.
22:06It's my past.
22:07It's my past.
22:08I'm here for Chris
22:08now.
22:09The last time I had
22:10contact with my ex
22:11was when he wanted
22:12to buy me flowers and
22:13I was like, you do
22:13realise I'm married
22:14now.
22:15But he already knew.
22:16But I think he just
22:17obviously didn't really.
22:20I don't know.
22:21The last time I had
22:22contact with my ex.
22:22Like, that's the thing.
22:23I'm friends with my ex.
22:24Like, I'm not, like, I
22:25don't hate him.
22:26We're friends.
22:26So it's like, if he
22:27texts me, I will
22:27respond.
22:28But it's not like we're
22:29frickin' la-di-da-ring.
22:30Do you have any
22:31concerns about her ex and
22:34the fact that it was so
22:35recent?
22:36I don't have, no.
22:37Because after, like, I
22:38know Brooke pretty well.
22:39I'd like to think after
22:40two weeks.
22:40I know where she's at and
22:42we have these chats all
22:43the time.
22:43If she had feelings for
22:45her ex, she wouldn't be
22:46here giving me the time
22:47of day.
22:48Oh, mate.
22:49Do you feel a bit
22:50sweet?
22:51That is, she played you
22:52like a fool.
22:52This is going back to the
22:53wedding day where I say I
22:54don't care three times.
22:55Oh, no.
22:56How many times do you
22:56not care now?
22:58Yeah, look, maybe looking
22:59at it now, I'm seeing
23:00things a little bit
23:01differently.
23:02Do you feel like you're
23:03still protecting her a
23:04little bit?
23:04Because that's what it
23:04feels like.
23:05Because she's not
23:06protecting you.
23:07Yeah, yeah, no.
23:07Which is, it's a weird
23:09trait to have to sort of
23:12protect those that don't
23:13even really protect you
23:15yourself.
23:16I also think in context
23:18of this, obviously the
23:20behaviour is one thing
23:21around how Brooke
23:22behaved.
23:23She is pregnant and she
23:24is having a baby and this
23:26is going to be a huge
23:28thing for her to process.
23:29I think outside, we can't
23:30speak on behalf of her,
23:31she's obviously not here
23:32to give her two cents
23:33either, but I can only
23:34imagine being pregnant and
23:36having to go through this
23:37at the same time is going
23:38to be a horrible thing
23:39for her to process.
23:40Yeah, but I mean at the
23:40end of the day she's done
23:41it to herself.
23:42You know, she's at a
23:43dinner table just unleashing
23:45on these poor girls.
23:46I mean, to be honest,
23:48you're probably one of
23:48the more controversial
23:49people on this show at
23:50the moment.
23:51There's been a lot of
23:52discussions about your
23:53behaviour.
23:53Do you look back on the
23:54things you say and think
23:55it comes from a sense of
23:56insecurity?
23:57I don't think, see, I
23:58don't think it's insecure.
23:59I just think it's me not
24:01being smart and mature.
24:03Just so you're aware, I
24:04have a fake tan on today.
24:05You can't see all of it.
24:06So do I.
24:07But I do have a fake tan on.
24:09Your comments at the start
24:10were behind closed doors.
24:12But I just want you to
24:13reflect on that for a
24:14second.
24:14Like the fat phobic
24:16comments, do you see how
24:18horrific they are now?
24:19Yeah, definitely.
24:20It's obviously that's how
24:21I've sort of been throughout
24:22my life and never been
24:23called out.
24:24And obviously that's a
24:25terrible thing in itself.
24:26I should be figuring that
24:27out as well along the way.
24:29Do you look back now and
24:32see the way that you
24:33behaved at the start?
24:33Do you feel embarrassed by
24:34that?
24:35Oh, 100%.
24:36Yeah, definitely.
24:36Yeah.
24:37I honestly couldn't even
24:38watch the episodes on TV
24:39because I felt, I did feel
24:40that second embarrassment.
24:41Yeah.
24:42I just wonder if you're
24:43playing us.
24:45Seriously.
24:45In what way, Jules?
24:46I don't think in that
24:48amount of time that he's
24:49changed.
24:49And I'm starting to wonder
24:51if this is just all for
24:55show.
24:55So what's a good amount of
24:57time?
24:57What's a time frame in your
24:58mind?
24:59Well.
24:59Because obviously it's
25:00since October and we're in
25:02February.
25:03But you were on Instagram
25:04last week, you know,
25:05holding up a sign, making
25:07jokes about fat girls still.
25:08It seems like you still
25:09want to...
25:10Well, it wasn't because
25:10it was crossed out.
25:11I know it was crossed out
25:12and then you're saying no
25:12short girls.
25:14Which is running that
25:14narrative that a woman
25:15always wants a six foot
25:16five guy.
25:17Yeah, I understand that.
25:18But you also did say that
25:19in your audition tape.
25:20At the end of the day,
25:21everyone's entitled to
25:22their opinion, which is
25:23what I'm always going to
25:24come across.
25:24Can you see that there's
25:25people sitting at home
25:26just going, this is just
25:27so convenient.
25:29Yeah.
25:29The one thing that I've
25:30definitely haven't done my
25:31whole life is filter thoughts
25:33before they come out my
25:34mouth.
25:35And that's, I'm very
25:36impulsive, I'm very in the
25:37moment.
25:38It's not an excuse, but
25:39that's just how I've been.
25:40Well, I, you know, I'm going
25:42to give you the benefit of the
25:42doubt.
25:43We'll see.
25:43Look, I want to believe that
25:45you could be a changed man,
25:46Chris.
25:46Like, I really do.
25:47And I think everybody
25:48watching at home wants to
25:49believe it too.
25:50But anyway, moving on,
25:51another rumour dominating
25:52the dinner party tonight.
25:54But this one is yet to be
25:55confirmed, did Danny tell
25:58Gia that she was his
26:00type?
26:01It is literally a question
26:02on everyone's lips.
26:03Stay put because Danny is
26:05joining us very soon to
26:06unpack it all.
26:07I actually really can't
26:08wait.
26:10But first, the godfather of
26:12maths joins us, Mr. John
26:13Aiken.
26:14It's time for Aiken's
26:15Insights.
26:16Can I just stop you there?
26:17No, no.
26:18All right.
26:18We've heard enough.
26:21John, welcome.
26:23It's very exciting to be
26:24here to talk more about
26:25maths, of course.
26:26OK, so one couple that
26:27we haven't discussed yet,
26:28which things don't seem to
26:30be too good in their
26:32situation at the moment,
26:33is Rebecca and Steve.
26:34Yes.
26:34What is it with the older
26:36couples in this experiment?
26:37And why is it sometimes
26:38quite tricky to get them to
26:40work?
26:41I mean, I've got to say it's
26:42great to have older couples
26:43because you need diversity.
26:45But one of the challenges
26:46with them is that they can
26:48get stuck in their ways.
26:50And they may not be that
26:51willing to let someone in.
26:53In terms of like Steve,
26:54we've been talking about
26:55the personality change in
26:56Brooke recently, but I think
26:57Steve's also had a bit of a
26:58personality change where he's
27:00being very honest to the men,
27:02but not particularly honest to
27:04Rebecca.
27:04And he seems to be very wordy
27:06and over-explaining when he's
27:07trying to tell her what's going
27:09on with him.
27:11Did you have any idea that this
27:12was going on behind the scenes?
27:13No.
27:14I mean, one of the things that
27:15we never do is we never get to
27:16see the footage during the week.
27:18We just basically sit in on the
27:20dinner parties live and watch
27:22him go down.
27:23And then we do the commitment
27:24ceremonies the following night.
27:26And, you know, frankly, that's
27:27the way I like doing it.
27:29Because when I was working in
27:30private practice, you just
27:31basically deal whatever's in
27:33front of you when they come in.
27:36And so on maths, that's exactly
27:37what we do.
27:38We just call out behaviour that
27:40we see in front of us.
27:41What was the behaviour that Steve
27:43demonstrated that you didn't
27:44approve of?
27:45That's the thing about Steve.
27:47When you watch his behaviour,
27:48when he first met Rebecca, he
27:50was quite high on her.
27:51And we were really excited about
27:53this.
27:54But then you start to see him
27:57have doubts that he then shares
27:58with the boys only and not with
28:01her.
28:02And when I've seen that in past
28:04experiments, that's when you
28:05start to really worry because
28:07he's keeping a lot hidden and at
28:10times also blaming her for
28:12certain things.
28:12It's okay to not be into
28:15someone, isn't it?
28:17Is the crime that he's not
28:19giving it a shot?
28:20Because if you look at a lot of
28:21the guys, there's many that
28:22hold back at different times.
28:24I actually think Danny, more
28:26than anyone, was willing to
28:27actually be comfortable with
28:29being uncomfortable and he got
28:30the rewards.
28:31But do you think that Steve...
28:34I get it.
28:35You don't want to have the
28:35cameras around.
28:36He's got four daughters.
28:37He's a professional creative
28:39director.
28:39He still went on maths.
28:40But when the cameras go off,
28:42definitely he could have made
28:44more of an effort to lean into
28:46something, even if you don't
28:48know how it's going to end.
28:48That's the key.
28:49When you come on this
28:51experiment, you really...
28:52The only thing I want from
28:53them is to be open-minded, to be
28:55curious.
28:56And you already saw early on this
28:58year that a number of them have a
29:00long list of criteria and if they
29:02see something that's slightly not
29:04right, they drop them and they run.
29:07And that's not going to work when
29:10you are under pressure in this
29:11experiment.
29:12It's so important to be curious.
29:14My worry with Steve when he started
29:16talking about red flags is that he's
29:18ruling her out without even giving
29:20her a chance.
29:21And he wasn't the only one either.
29:23One thing that really rubbed me the
29:25wrong way, John, was Steve and
29:26Alessandra and the way that he spoke
29:28to her at the intimacy workshop was
29:31not on.
29:32Ask me a question, I'll give you the
29:33genuine answer.
29:34I don't have an earpiece in my ear.
29:36I'm not waiting for someone to tell
29:37me what to say.
29:38I'm not waiting for anybody to tell
29:39me what to say.
29:40Honestly, the lack of respect that
29:41you're showing me as somebody who's
29:43here to help guide you is appalling.
29:46We were outraged because if someone's
29:48coming at the experts like that and
29:51kind of being disrespectful at times,
29:53then you know, okay, what is their
29:56buy-in to this experiment?
29:58John, I know you can't spoil anything
29:59for us, but I think it's safe to say
30:01that you absolutely have your work cut
30:03out for you at this Sunday's
30:04commitment ceremony and not even with
30:05the couples.
30:06The whole group is just a bit of
30:07chaos, isn't it?
30:08But on a more serious note, it's a bit
30:11of an end of an era here.
30:13We just saw Mel Shillings announce
30:14that she's not returning to the show
30:16after a decade together.
30:18Yeah, no, very moving for me to hear
30:22that because you sit next to someone
30:24for 10 years and we debrief and we
30:26kind of try and keep these couples,
30:29you know, on track, you know, and I've
30:31learnt so much from Mel and with Mel.
30:34I'm very grateful to have that decade
30:37with her and she's a key part of why
30:39this show is so successful.
30:42Yeah, absolutely.
30:42Well, John, thanks for coming tonight
30:44and I'm secretly hoping for an infamous
30:46expert smackdown and if this clip is
30:49anything to go by, we might just have one.
30:52In all my years working on Married at
30:54First Sight, I have never experienced
30:58a woman be so vicious toward other
31:00women.
31:04Get me out of here.
31:05I'm leaving.
31:06Get me my phone now.
31:09Well, tonight a bomb was dropped that
31:11obliterated what was left of the dinner
31:13party.
31:14Danny is about to join us to face that
31:16accusation head on.
31:17But first, I want to hear what you
31:19girls think.
31:19OK, do you think he did it or he
31:21didn't do it?
31:21What, did he or didn't he?
31:22I don't think he did.
31:24I don't either.
31:25And it's not because I'm a sucker, OK?
31:27I think it is pretty obvious that
31:31Danny is Gia's type and that I think
31:33Gia wanted or orchestrated this to
31:35happen.
31:36Maybe she set him up.
31:37Maybe she was like, you know, am I
31:38your type?
31:39And then the polite thing to say is
31:40like, yeah, you're my type.
31:41I don't know.
31:42I just don't believe it.
31:43But you're saying he still said it,
31:45but it was like a set up.
31:46I don't think he said it.
31:46I think he would be a very good real
31:49estate agent.
31:50But he, I don't know.
31:52Today, I'm just not buying what he's
31:55selling.
31:55Well, I reckon it hasn't come out of
31:56nowhere.
31:57So let's have a little look at everything
31:59that led up to this exact moment.
32:04Careful!
32:05I need a drink.
32:06This is my husband, Danny.
32:07This is Gia.
32:08How are you?
32:09Gia, nice to meet you.
32:10Nice to meet you.
32:11Curious to see if her and her man are
32:13getting along.
32:17Because her man was definitely looking at
32:18me.
32:19I feel like I'm probably more his vibe and
32:22that's why he was looking me up and down.
32:26I'd better look out.
32:27No, you don't need to worry.
32:29We have such a good time together.
32:31I'm like, I adore him.
32:33I just don't know if he's all to me.
32:35I think Gia would be his kind of girl.
32:42Danny's second because I just think
32:44he's attractive.
32:45He looks similar to people I've dated.
32:47Danny's type is not big, unfortunately,
32:49for her.
32:51I think he's just thinking it's a root,
32:52to be fucking honest.
32:58Can I just say something?
32:59There's something that I know that you've
33:00said on the weekend.
33:02That is a fucking mic talk moment,
33:03but I'm not going to bring it up because
33:04I'm not going to ruin you.
33:06What is it?
33:22Be honest, Danny, there was nothing that I ever said to you.
33:26Why would I make that up?
33:28Everyone was there.
33:30Who heard it?
33:32No, not everyone was there.
33:34Watch your mouth, girl.
33:35I'm not watching you.
33:36Watch your mouth.
33:36I'm being honest.
33:37Don't lie about me.
33:38But you said that.
33:39Don't just lie about me.
33:41You just made it for bullshit.
33:42She did make it up.
33:44Be accountable.
33:45No.
33:45Oi.
33:47No.
33:50Oh, my God.
33:51Wow, I need it.
33:51It's so intense.
33:53Pour some ice water on me.
33:54I think he's guilty.
33:55I just don't think Gia and Brooke are that subtle.
33:58I think if they wanted to destroy that relationship,
34:00they would have said,
34:02Bec, Danny said you're a dud root.
34:04I don't think it would have been as subtle as you're my type
34:06because that had devastating effect,
34:08but they're not that clever.
34:09Look, I've got a lot of questions for Danny.
34:11I don't think that he offered an explanation.
34:13I think he got very defensive.
34:15That's what we've seen.
34:16So let's bring him out to get to the bottom of it.
34:26Danny.
34:27Danny.
34:28How are we?
34:28Danny, Danny.
34:29Danny, I like the fit.
34:30Thanks very much.
34:31I thought you said you either have a good education or a good suit.
34:37Over-educated or over-dressed.
34:38Yeah.
34:39That's what I said.
34:40So where are we at now?
34:40But you've got to swap it up every now and again, haven't you?
34:43Danny, I've got to say...
34:46Fucking hell.
34:47It's not looking too good for you.
34:50You weren't saying too much at the dinner party,
34:51so the floor is yours.
34:54Did you or did you not say it?
34:56Absolutely not.
34:57Look, watching it back, I cringed because I was like,
35:00I didn't deny it properly.
35:02But imagine if someone had just lied about you.
35:04I was a rabbit in the headlights.
35:05Yeah.
35:06I was like, for one, why is this woman lying about me?
35:09Not one point during that day did I ever spend time alone
35:12with Gia or Brooke.
35:14Not one point during that day did I have an alone conversation with them.
35:19Where was this said, though?
35:20Like, what was this Saturday thing?
35:22Icebergs in Bondi.
35:23So what were you guys doing?
35:25Beck was in a group chat with the girls.
35:27Obviously, I don't speak to none of the girls have their numbers.
35:30And Beck was just like,
35:31should we go for drinks with Gia and the gang?
35:34Gia was pressing to get us there, which I also find interesting.
35:37Why did she want to get us there so badly?
35:39Why would she make it up, though?
35:42I just don't understand why she would make it up.
35:44That's a good question.
35:44And that's been going through my head, like,
35:46to get it back, I think, is your biggest thing
35:49because Beck has voiced it on the episodes.
35:52By the way, I want to make it ridiculously clear.
35:55I dealt with it horrendously.
35:56I couldn't have dealt with it worse.
35:58Yeah, what do you mean by that?
35:59Just, I got frustrated at Beck.
36:01You gaslit her.
36:02Yeah.
36:03But it's not frustrated.
36:04It was, like, blatant.
36:06Well, I don't think it gaslit.
36:07It gaslighted if you're lying, it's gaslighting 100%.
36:11No, Beck was upset, clearly upset,
36:13by something that two women had said to her at a dinner party.
36:16100%, yeah.
36:17Instead of consoling her and, I guess,
36:20really understanding what it was that she was going through,
36:22you were annoyed at her that she believed it.
36:24That was your first reaction.
36:25And so that, I think, was the gaslighting.
36:27It was, I need a ride or die.
36:29That's what it was.
36:29No, 100%.
36:30I agree with you with that.
36:31Why should you believe me?
36:33You don't know me.
36:34You've seen me on TV for a few hours, whatever.
36:37Same with Gia.
36:38Obviously, she's less credible than me.
36:40Her real name's not even Gia.
36:41It's Cassandra.
36:42We're talking about a woman who's...
36:43Oh, I get that jab in there.
36:45We're talking about a woman who's changed her name 12 times.
36:47Yeah.
36:47You know what I mean?
36:48But anyway, except from that,
36:50why should you believe either of us?
36:52Talk is cheap.
36:53I'll tell you what's not cheap.
36:55Lie detectors, they detect lies at 99.9%.
36:58I'll do a deal with you now.
37:00Get a lie detector in here.
37:01Get me in here.
37:02Get Gia in here.
37:03Not only that,
37:04I'll stick 100 grand of my money on it.
37:06You can bet on it as well if you don't believe me.
37:08Because that's cool, right?
37:10And the winner, give the money to charity.
37:12Danny, I am...
37:13How much do you want to bet?
37:14How much do you want to bet?
37:15I'm going to say how much do you want to bet.
37:17Danny, listen.
37:18I'm telling you now.
37:19Danny, on the night...
37:20Which would be nice, yeah?
37:21Was there any conversations that surrounded being attracted to someone,
37:25anything that could have been misconstrued or taken from that?
37:28No.
37:29No, there was nothing of that sort said.
37:32Like, watching the show,
37:34for me, I found it really interesting in the build-up.
37:36Gia's, like, put me second on the photo rank and task
37:39and said Danny's, like, with his height and his beard and his tats.
37:43I haven't mentioned Gia.
37:45She's at the back of my mind.
37:46Like, for me, watching it, she's been having digs at, like, saying Danny's not loyal
37:51and Danny's not into Beck and Danny this, Danny that.
37:54She talks more about me than she does Scott.
37:56If she was your...
37:57She's obsessed.
37:58If she was your...
37:58Relax, Gia.
38:00Or Cassandra.
38:00I want to call her Cassandra because I'm a gentleman
38:02and I want to say her correct name.
38:04Stop it.
38:05So Cassandra needs to relax.
38:06So do you think Gia just plucked this out of thin air?
38:09This, what she said, it's completely...
38:11I don't know.
38:11Do you know what?
38:12That's right on my brains for months.
38:13I genuinely don't know whether she...
38:15Because did you notice on the clip as well,
38:17when Brooke was saying it,
38:19Gia was going,
38:20no, no, don't say it, don't say it.
38:22So what I think it was was
38:24Gia made a drunk comment to Brooke saying,
38:27oh, Danny said I was his type.
38:29Like, that's all I can make of it.
38:31And then it's got legs.
38:33Could you have forgotten?
38:35Absolutely not, mate.
38:36Why not?
38:36No, because I had, like, four beers.
38:38I'm English, mate.
38:38I could drink three bottles of whiskey
38:40and not forget what I said.
38:42I can't argue with that.
38:43Like, no.
38:43Look, unfortunately,
38:44Gia can't be here with us tonight,
38:45so we can't hear her side of the story.
38:47We've only got your side of the story.
38:49But I do want to settle the questions
38:51about your type, Danny.
38:53And we've got a little casting clip
38:54from an early interview with John
38:56that no one has ever seen before.
38:58Let's have a look.
38:58Well, this is you back in the beginning, Danny.
39:00Let's have a look.
39:01Your ideal partner would be what?
39:04What sort of look,
39:04what sort of personality traits
39:06would you really be drawn to, Ben?
39:08Just someone who's real,
39:09someone who's got good energy,
39:11a good soul and a personality.
39:13I'll sort of do, like,
39:14more of a natural girl.
39:16I know I'll survive
39:17because I'm covered in tattoos.
39:18Oh, I didn't say face,
39:19but I actually like pink skin girls.
39:20Any final physical icks at all?
39:24Too much make-up
39:25or if they've had their lips blown up,
39:27massive.
39:30How do you feel watching that back now?
39:32When was that filmed?
39:33Well, like,
39:35it feels, like, good,
39:36but whatever.
39:38Like, I've told the truth the whole time.
39:40I've told the truth the whole time.
39:42You know what I mean?
39:42Danny, I'll be validating.
39:43I don't think anything that you've said
39:46isn't credible.
39:47I still...
39:47By the way...
39:48Hang on.
39:49Oh, my God.
39:50But I'm passionate about this.
39:51Throw it at me.
39:53Boys!
39:54Boys!
39:55But one thing I'd say is this, right?
39:56Not the pillows.
39:57Let's not insult my intelligence, right?
39:59I'm not a smart man
40:00if we're talking book smart.
40:02I am not smart.
40:03But if we're talking street smart...
40:04Yeah.
40:05I run the...
40:06I wrote the fucking book on it.
40:07I'm the headmaster, right?
40:09Colin McGregor, we did the end.
40:10And you think I'd be dumb enough
40:12to go up to Gia
40:13and say that?
40:15I actually think
40:17everything that you say
40:18is compelling and authentic.
40:19I still do not believe,
40:21A,
40:22that they would have come up
40:23with something so intricate,
40:24and B,
40:25that they would have just made it up
40:27and dropped it like that.
40:28That does not sit well with me.
40:30It's too surgical.
40:31I respect her in that sense.
40:33She's a tricky one.
40:35She's a tricky individual.
40:36Very manipulative,
40:37very intelligent.
40:38The way she's done it,
40:39surgical.
40:40I do want to say, though,
40:42it's very hard to have this conversation,
40:44which is one-sided,
40:45when Gia is not here
40:46to explain her reasoning
40:47or her side.
40:48Bring her out!
40:49No, and we wish we had her here.
40:51We gave her the opportunity,
40:52but she jumped on a plane
40:54and...
40:54Kirtailed out of here.
40:56What impact did this have
40:56on you and Bec?
40:57Like, she's obviously...
40:58We've left this,
40:59and she's devastated now.
41:00It had a profound impact
41:01on me and Bec
41:02because, like,
41:05Bec always did, like,
41:07have, like, insecurities
41:08on whether I was fully into her or not,
41:11and we struggled with that at the start.
41:13We were working our asses off
41:14to gain that momentum,
41:15and we was gaining the momentum,
41:17and then it was like
41:18we just got shot at the knees.
41:20I'm not perfect, you know?
41:22With a full night's sleep...
41:24No, I didn't mean...
41:24Jules!
41:25You're far from perfect.
41:26You are.
41:27Fuck me.
41:27But, like,
41:28with a full night's sleep
41:29and a full belly,
41:31I'm damn near close.
41:32So, you know what you mean.
41:34Right, uh...
41:35Well, it doesn't feel like
41:36we're going to resolve this tonight,
41:37especially without Gia.
41:39There's clearly two sides,
41:40Team Gia and Team Danny.
41:42What do you think at home?
41:43Head to maths,
41:44Instagram,
41:44and cast your vote.
41:45Did he or didn't he?
41:48I don't remember
41:49Danny saying that to Gia.
41:51So, who do I believe right now?
41:53I believe Danny.
41:54Danny was sitting beside Gia
41:56when it was said
41:57and Danny did say
41:59that on the outside,
42:00Gia would be her type.
42:01It'd just be so foolish
42:02for him to say that to her,
42:03to Gia.
42:04So, yeah,
42:05to be honest,
42:06I give Danny the benefit of the doubt.
42:10Why would Gia make it up?
42:13I don't think that's Danny's character.
42:15So, that's why I think,
42:18I don't think he would have said it.
42:20Oh, my God.
42:22We're going to need
42:22more than an hour slot
42:23if we want to get through everything.
42:25But, unfortunately,
42:26that's all we have time for.
42:28We actually need a show
42:29to unpack this show.
42:30The After the Afters.
42:30After the Afters.
42:32Well, if tonight's dinner party
42:33is anything to go by,
42:34then we'd better buckle on up
42:35because it's going to be
42:36one hell of a ride.
42:37And don't forget to tune in
42:39to Nine and Nine Now
42:40from Sunday to Wednesday.
42:41And join us on Stand Again
42:43next week after the dinner party
42:45because we'll be back, baby,
42:46with all the drama,
42:47the dirt,
42:47and the moments, of course,
42:48that they couldn't fit on air.
42:50That's our favourite part.
42:50Bring it on.
42:51Something tells me
42:52it's only going to get spicier.
42:53See you next week.
42:54Bye.
42:54I'll see you guys.
42:56Bye.
42:57Bye.
42:57Bye.
42:58Bye.
42:59Bye.
42:59Bye.
43:00Bye.
43:00Bye.
43:01Bye.
