00:00I do all of my own fighting in this.
00:03That was possible because, well, A, I was more experienced now at the Casey fighting method that we use,
00:08but mainly due to the suit, because this suit made it much easier to do that fighting,
00:13whereas before, the way that the suit was made was the absolute wrong design for the fighting method that we
00:20had.
00:20So I was having to fight against it all the time, and therefore you got more tired.
00:24It was also much more restrictive in terms of breathing.
00:27The cow was more restrictive. I couldn't breathe very well through it,
00:30and so I would have to kind of do a tag team with my stunt double, whereas that wasn't needed
00:35here.
00:37And I like to do as many stunts as possible myself, but I know where to draw the line,
00:42and my stunt double Buster is fantastic. He's an expert at what he does.
00:46So when it requires anything that looks like there's going to be serious damage,
00:49then absolutely I just say, Buster, come on in.
00:54Well, I believe his motivation is to highlight the hypocrisy of people's standards, you know,
00:59and people's beliefs and how easily he can bring them down and show them to be worthless.
01:08But you're absolutely right in that he has no target.
01:11You know, he has no reward that he's looking for.
01:13He cannot be bored. He's uncompromising.
01:15He is living in the moment, and his moment is the joy of chaos and destruction and nihilism.
01:22Heath did a fantastic job with it.
01:25Like you said, it's unlike any other Joker version we've seen before,
01:28but I believe that our whole Batman franchise is unlike any that we've seen before.
01:34He committed himself to it completely, was immersed in the role utterly.
01:38It was a great thing to witness, to work opposite each other.
01:42I enjoyed working with him immensely, and then when the makeup was off
01:45and he ceased being the Joker, he was great company too.
