00:00Let's go to the International Women's Day Youth Forum.
00:10Let's go.
01:08Kailangan nila ngayon na mas malakas na suporta coming from the private government, like the local government unit of Quezon
01:16City,
01:16at lahat ng mga grupo, tulad ng United Nations, to really ensure that all the things they fight for are
01:23backed up and supported.
01:25At para mabigyan sila ng platforms like this to be able to coordinate and build strong relationships with fellow advocates.
01:31It's very important to have this dialogue to see if what we are all doing, institutions, civil society, private sector,
01:40the communication sector,
01:42if we are all doing enough. Don't wait for any permission to lead. You know, take leadership where it is.
01:49And I think it's a very powerful message for everybody, especially at community level, where sometimes the social norms, the
01:58environment make it harder for them to take a leadership role.
02:02So don't wait for permission. Take the leadership because we all need it.
02:20I am from the Payatas Youth for Peace, an org for Peacebuilding and Security.
02:26And right now, I feel very enlightened and at the same time, I feel very empowered as a woman.
