01:00I thought, great, that's us.
01:03I only wanted them to do one song in the film.
01:05They saw the footage and they said we'll do five songs.
01:08We found plenty of things in the plot to jump off on, you know, and to write songs.
01:15Prinses of the Universe, which is about the people, not about us,
01:19it's about the people in the film, who are immortal.
01:23We shot that video using bits of the film,
01:25but we sort of integrated the two by using Chris Lambert.
01:30And so he's in the film, then he suddenly strolls and he's on stage with us.
01:45The main plot is this kind of violent tale of immortals fighting each other to the death.
01:49There's a kind of subplot, which is a tragic love story,
01:52and it comes about because the hero cannot die,
01:55so he falls in love with this girl in the highlands,
01:57and she gradually grows old and dies in his arms,
01:59and he has to say goodbye to her, and he has to go on.
02:01And that really came across to me very strongly,
02:03and I related it to my own life, I suppose, and everybody's life.
02:08I thought, you know, love always does come to an end at some time, you know.
02:12And so I had this song immediately in my head,
02:14which is called Who Wants to Live Forever.
02:16Who wants to live forever?
02:23Who wants to live forever?
02:42Who wants to live forever?
02:44Grazie a tutti
