00:24enrolled, consolidating its position as one of the main drivers of medical training in the
00:29continent, with free access and a popular orientation. This way, the primary government reaffirms
00:35health as a fundamental right of the nation.

00:53the good health of citizens. And in the context of Doctors' Day, we also wanted to sign the
01:02Venezuelan Red Cross law. It is an achievement for our country to have this law that recognizes
01:10the virtues of an organization such as the Venezuelan Red Cross, as it is integrated into our country's
01:16risk management system. Being an independent, neutral organization, it also becomes an auxiliary body of
