00:19I felt like it was, there was a new way of exploring her or seeing her because of the
00:26relationship with her sister Ravenna. I think that relationship for me, there was
00:33something about watching her interact with her younger sister which I thought
00:38was really complex because I do think that there's a real love there and to
00:42see Ravenna actually love something is interesting because we didn't see that
00:47ever in the first movie and we think of her as just loveless and to see her with
00:52this younger sister who's very pure you know when we meet her and that Ravenna
00:57is affected by her and that she's in love with her and that she then manipulates
01:05that and kind of you know destroys that is so brutal to watch and I think it's
01:11because of the Freya character that we get to see her differently.
01:31You know I feel like my career you know I feel like monster was probably the
01:37the extreme version of that where it was so it went so against what people
01:43perceived me as you know and I think that throughout my career not out of a
01:50need or a focused mindset behind only focusing on the perception of the
01:58physical and how you know for me it's really about how do I enter into the flesh
02:04of this character so that I can tell the story the best that I possibly can I
02:08think people have a perception of me as being this like another great
02:14transformation and most of the times it's like just me without makeup you know so
02:21of course I shaved my head in Mad Max and I think that was very different and I
02:27think people got a different perception obviously monster is very isolated like
02:31that but you know I think that who I am on the red carpet and who I am and kind
02:38of this other world is also very much not reality you know and so the perception
02:45sometimes is some it's one that's very foggy I sometimes worry that people I
02:51don't you know sometimes don't think people really get to know you which is as
02:56an actor great thing you know because you want that mystery and that mystique and
