00:00I think I finally perfected my cheesy braised beef slider recipe and with March Madness right around the corner, these
00:04are an absolute must-try for your next game day.
00:06Now we're gonna start with this beautifully marbled chuck roast from River Bend Ranch and because they aged this for
00:1021 days, we're keeping the seasoning simple and using some salt, pepper and garlic powder so that delicious beefy flavor
00:15can really shine.
00:16Then after we sear it on all sides, we can take the roast out and cook down a diced onion
00:19for a few minutes before we stir in some tomato paste and grated garlic and then deglaze the pot with
00:23a little beef stock.
00:24Then we can add some Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and your favorite dark soda, followed by a splash of vinegar
00:28and two more cups of beef stock.
00:30And after we toss the roast back in, we're gonna let it braise in the oven at 325 degrees for
00:34about three to four hours.
00:35And that gives us plenty of time to make a batch of caramelized onions that we can use as a
00:38topping on these sliders.
00:39And my favorite thing to add to the onions about halfway through the cook is a little bit of Worcestershire
00:42sauce.
00:43It adds a lot of flavor to the onions without doing too much.
00:45Now after the roast is fork tender, it's time to shred it up and get it ready for the sliders.
00:48And because Riverbend Ranch puts so much care into how they raise their 100% American beef, you can definitely
00:53notice the difference in how flavorful and tender the meat is.
00:55And on top of this amazing braised beef, these sliders are layered with melty provolone cheese, all those caramelized onions
01:00we made, and finished off with more provolone cheese before we cap it off and then brush the top buns
01:04with some garlic butter.
01:05Then all we have to do now is bake this for eight to ten minutes at 325 degrees before we're
01:09all set to dive in.
01:10And the amazing folks over at Riverbend Ranch are letting me hook all of you up with $10 off your
01:13first order.
