00:03:51Oh, what looks the same?
00:03:53Oh, these two containers of milk
00:03:55Yeah, Gabby
00:03:55How can the Excellent Eyes Club see which one is sour if they look the same?
00:04:01Well, you really can't tell if something is sour just by looking at it
00:04:05You can't?
00:04:06Oh, no
00:04:07The Excellent Eyes Club has failed you, Oscar
00:04:10No, no

00:04:20Our what senses?
00:04:23Senses
00:04:23Senses
00:04:23We all have five senses
00:04:25Seeing with our eyes is one
00:04:27And smelling with our nose is another
00:04:30Mm-hmm
00:04:30So, Oscar
00:04:32Why don't you just smell the milk yourself?
00:04:35Hmph
00:04:35Because, Miss Nosy
00:04:37My nose is all stuffed up from grouch allergies
00:04:41I can't smell anything
00:04:42But, we can Oscarito
00:04:45It's as plain as the nose on my face
00:04:47The Excellent Eyes Club will smell for you
00:04:50Well, if you insist
00:04:52Come on and smell, clubbers
00:04:54Yeah
00:04:54Yeah, yeah.
00:04:55Ready, ready, ready, ready.
00:04:55OK, good, good.
00:04:59Smells like milk to your mouth.
00:05:01Yeah, I'll eat it over there.
00:05:03Yeah, milk, milk.
00:05:04Let's smell the other one.
00:05:07Oh!
00:05:08Oh!
00:05:09Oh!
00:05:09Oh!
00:05:09It smells terrible.
00:05:10Oh!
00:05:11Oh!
00:05:12Looks like they found your sour milk, Oscar.
00:05:15Oh, good, because I'm thirsty.
00:05:19Oscar, that was the sour milk!
00:05:21Oh, no!
00:05:22Oh!
00:05:24What, would you think a grouch would drink fresh milk?
00:05:28Haha, now scram already.
00:05:31Looks like you guys have excellent noses, too.
00:05:34Yeah, we do.
00:05:35We're the Excellent Eyes and Nose Club.
00:05:37We have two eyes.
00:05:39We have one nose.
00:05:41To smell a flower.
00:05:43To smell the flower.
00:05:44We're the Excellent Eyes and Nose Club.
00:05:50Let's use our eyes and noses some more.
00:05:53Yes!
00:05:54Yes!
00:05:55You've got your eyes and noses, right?
00:05:58Come on!
00:05:59No.
00:06:01My porridge!
00:06:02What have I done?
00:06:04What did Baby Bear do?
00:06:05Uh, I may have sprinkled salt in my porridge instead of sugar.
00:06:11Salt with woo in it!
00:06:13Oh, then don't worry, Baby Bear!
00:06:16We're the Excellent Eyes and Nose Club!
00:06:20Hey, that's great!
00:06:22But, uh, how can you help me with your eyes and nose?
00:06:25Just stand back and watch us work, Baby Bear!
00:06:28Yeah, everybody use your eyes to see if Baby Bear put salt or sugar in his porridge.
00:06:34Okay?
00:06:35Okay.
00:06:37Well, it looks like porridge.
00:06:39Yeah, with little white ducks on top.
00:06:42Yeah, you see, that's the problem.
00:06:44The salt and the sugar are both white, so they look the same!
00:06:48Oh, no!
00:06:49If salt and sugar look the same, then we can't use our excellent eyes!
00:06:54But we're not just the Excellent Eyes Club anymore, Tally!
00:06:58Yeah, yeah, yeah!
00:06:58We're the Excellent Nose Club, too!
00:07:00Meow!
00:07:00That's right!
00:07:01Let's try to smell those white dots!
00:07:05Meow!
00:07:09I smell porridge.
00:07:11Yeah, you see, that's the other problem.
00:07:13You can't smell the difference between salt and sugar!
00:07:15Oh, no!
00:07:17The Excellent Eyes and Nose Club has failed you, Baby Bear!
00:07:20I'm so sorry!
00:07:23What are you sorry about?
00:07:25Well, Alan?
00:07:25Yeah?
00:07:26I think I might have put salt in my porridge!
00:07:29It ruined it!
00:07:30And the Excellent Eyes and Nose Club tried to see and smell the difference!
00:07:35But it didn't work!
00:07:36Oh, all right, well, relax, everybody.
00:07:38It's okay, it's okay.
00:07:39Hey, you know what?
00:07:40You just need to use another one of your five senses.
00:07:43Well, where's Elmo heard that word before?
00:07:45Didn't Gabby say seeing and smelling our senses?
00:07:48That's right!
00:07:49And another one of our senses is tasting with your tongue.
00:07:52You mean this?
00:07:55Exactly, exactly.
00:07:57Now, you can just taste the porridge and tell whether it's salty or sweet.
00:08:01Oh, cool.
00:08:03Well, Elmo will do it.
00:08:05Yeah, Elmo likes the taste of salt.
00:08:07Great!
00:08:17Hey, it doesn't taste salty.
00:08:19Just a little bit sweet.
00:08:21So the white dots are not salt, they're sugar!
00:08:26Oh, yes!
00:08:27Well, thank you, everybody!
00:08:29That was some excellent tasting, Elmo.
00:08:31I don't, Alan.
00:08:32You're welcome.
00:08:34Yes!
00:08:35Yes!
00:08:36We're not just the Excellent Eyes and Nose Club anymore.
00:08:39We are the Excellent Eyes, Nose, and Tongue Club!
00:08:42Yes!
00:08:43We have two eyes.
00:08:45We have one nose.
00:08:47We have a tongue.
00:08:48To taste some salt.
00:08:50Or a chocolate milk.
00:08:52We're the Excellent Eyes, Nose, and Tongue Club!
00:08:58Oh, come on!
00:08:59We've got more helping to do!
00:09:01Oh, yes!
00:09:02Oh, yeah!
00:09:05Don't forget to bring your eyes, nose, and tongue!
00:09:11Radar, where are you?
00:09:13Did you fall back there?
00:09:15I can't see you.
00:09:16Oh, no.
00:09:18Help!
00:09:20Help!
00:09:21Help!
00:09:21Help us here, Big Brad!
00:09:24We're the Excellent Eyes, Nose, and Tongue Club!
00:09:29Wow.
00:09:31Sounds like an excellent club.
00:09:33Oh, it is.
00:09:34Now, what's the problem, Big Bird?
00:09:36Well, I think that my teddy bear radar fell behind the chest.
00:09:40OK, everybody, use your eyes to look behind the chest.
00:09:47You see it?
00:09:48Elmo can't see back there.
00:09:50Me neither.
00:09:50Our excellent eyes can't help us.
00:09:53What about our noses?
00:09:56Yeah.
00:09:56Let's try and smell that teddy bear.
00:09:59I don't think you can smell a teddy bear.
00:10:03So our excellent noses can't help either.
00:10:06Wait!
00:10:07How about our tongues?
00:10:11Elmo doesn't think Elmo's tongue is long enough to taste back there.
00:10:15Oh, no.
00:10:16If we can't use our excellent eyes, noses, or tongues, we can't help Big Bird.
00:10:22We failed!
00:10:24Hey, hey.
00:10:26What's going on out here?
00:10:27Oh, hi, Gordon.
00:10:29I'm afraid radar might have fallen behind that chest.
00:10:32And the excellent eyes, nose, and tongue club cannot help by seeing, smelling, and tasting.
00:10:39Oh, well, how about trying another one of your five senses?
00:10:46There's another sense?
00:10:48Yeah.
00:10:49Seeing, smelling, and tasting are three of our senses.
00:10:52A fourth sense is touching.
00:10:54You can use your fingers to feel behind the chest.
00:10:57Hey, we have fingers!
00:11:00Yeah, yeah.
00:11:01Let's feel for that teddy bear.
00:11:03I can just reach back there.
00:11:07All right.
00:11:08I feel something.
00:11:09I feel something hard.
00:11:10Oh, well, that can't be radar.
00:11:13He's a soft teddy bear.
00:11:16Ah, it's a helmet.
00:11:18I wondered where that was.
00:11:20Okay.
00:11:21All right.
00:11:22Oh, here's something else.
00:11:23What is it?
00:11:25It feels sticky.
00:11:26Oh, radar isn't sticky.
00:11:31But tape is.
00:11:34Yeah.
00:11:35Ew.
00:11:36Ew.
00:11:37Ew.
00:11:37Hold on.
00:11:38Hold on.
00:11:39There's something else back here.
00:11:40I feel something soft.
00:11:42Soft?
00:11:43What?
00:11:44Radar feels soft.
00:11:47What's this?
00:11:48Oh, it's you, radar.
00:11:51Oh, radar.
00:11:52Ha, ha, ha, ha.
00:11:53Ha, ha, ha.
00:11:54Oh, thank you.
00:11:55Excellent Eyes, Nose, and Tongue Club.
00:11:58Hm?
00:11:58And all fingers, too.
00:12:00We have two eyes.
00:12:03We have one nose.
00:12:04We have a tongue.
00:12:06We have ten fingers to feel our hair.
00:12:09We're a teddy bear.
00:12:11We're the excellent Eyes, Nose, Tongue, and Fingers Club.
00:12:18Ha, ha, ha, ha.
00:12:20You're a sensational club.

00:12:24Ha, ha, ha, ha.
00:12:26Don't forget your eyes, nose, and fingers.
00:12:28And tongue.
00:12:30Ha, ha, ha, ha.
00:12:32Sheep.
00:12:35Sheep.
00:12:37Oh, I've lost my sheep.
00:12:39Ha, ha, ha, ha.
00:12:40Did we hear you say you lost your sheep?
00:12:43Mm-mm.
00:12:43And I don't know where to find them.
00:12:46Oh, I'm Little Bo Peep.
00:12:48Who are you?
00:12:50Ha, ha, ha, ha.
00:12:51We're the excellent Eyes, Nose, Tongue, and Fingers Club.
00:12:57Ha, ha, ha.
00:12:58Our Eyes, Nose, Tongue, and Fingers are here to help you, Little Bo Peep.
00:13:02Yeah, love a little Bo Peep's sheep, everybody.
00:13:05Come on, come on.
00:13:05Sheepy.
00:13:06Sheepy.
00:13:07Sheepy.
00:13:07Sheepy.
00:13:08Sheepy.
00:13:08Sheepy.
00:13:09Sheepy.
00:13:11It looks like this is not a job for our eyes.
00:13:15Let's use our gnosis.
00:13:16Gnosis.
00:13:18Uh, uh, excuse me.
00:13:19Uh, what do sheep smell like?
00:13:21Yeah.
00:13:22Not very pleasant.
00:13:23Oh.
00:13:24If you smelled them, you'd know it.
00:13:27Oh.
00:13:27It's okay, clubbers.
00:13:29How about using our tongues?
00:13:31Telly, telly, telly.
00:13:32Elmo doesn't think our tongues will help us find sheep.
00:13:36You don't want to taste them, anyway.
00:13:38Wool is pretty fuzzy.
00:13:40Wait.
00:13:41What about our fingers?
00:13:43Hey, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:13:44Let's feel around for the sheep.
00:13:46Maybe they're behind somewhere.
00:13:48Bebee.
00:13:50Sheepy.
00:13:51Come on, you.
00:14:00Um, no.
00:14:03Elmo doesn't feel sheep anywhere.
00:14:07Oh, no.
00:14:09We tried our eyes, our nose, tongue, and fingers.
00:14:13Our club failed Little Bo Peet.
00:14:15Whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:14:16Wait a minute, Telly.
00:14:17Didn't Gabby, Alan, and Gordon say we have five senses?
00:14:21Oh.
00:14:21Yeah, seeing, smelling, tasting, and feeling.
00:14:24But that's only four.
00:14:26You're right.
00:14:26But if our club is only using four senses.
00:14:30And there's five.
00:14:31There's still one sense left.
00:14:33What is it?
00:14:34Well, we have eyes for seeing.
00:14:38Nose for smelling.
00:14:40A tongue for tasting.
00:14:43Fingers for feeling.
00:14:45What?
00:14:45Well, what's left?
00:14:46Hello.
00:14:49Our ears.
00:14:51We hear with our ears.
00:14:53That's the fifth sense.
00:14:55Yeah, yeah, come on.
00:14:55Let's listen for the sheep.
00:14:57Yeah, sounds good to me.
00:15:00Oh.
00:15:00Our ears spreads.
00:15:02Oh.
00:15:02Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:15:03Keep listening.
00:15:04Okay, okay.
00:15:06Oh, Elmo knows what that is.
00:15:08It's a car.
00:15:09Oh, yeah.
00:15:11Oh, oh, oh, oh.
00:15:12Did you hear that?
00:15:13Yeah, yeah.
00:15:14It sounds like...
00:15:16Yes, yes, my sheep.
00:15:18Oh, but they sound so far away.
00:15:22Well, let's follow the sound, everybody.
00:15:24Come on, come on, come on.
00:15:25It's coming from that way.
00:15:27Oh, yeah.
00:15:27Yes.
00:15:28It's getting louder.
00:15:29Come on.
00:15:30Okay.
00:15:30Oh.
00:15:31Shee-mon.
00:15:38Now, it sounds like the bong is coming from over here, near the garden.
00:15:42Where?
00:15:43Where?
00:15:44Oh, oh, look!
00:15:45The sheep!
00:15:45The sheep!
00:15:46We found them!
00:15:47We found them!
00:15:48Yay!
00:15:51Thank you, excellent eyes, nose, tongue, and fingers club.
00:15:55Come on, sheep.
00:15:57Let's go.
00:15:58Yes.
00:15:59Oh, yes.
00:16:00You better wag your tails behind you.
00:16:03Well, it looks like we're the excellent eyes, nose, tongue, fingers, and ears club now.
00:16:08How about this?
00:16:09Our name is getting a little too long.
00:16:11Hmm.
00:16:12How about being the all our census club?
00:16:15That makes sense.
00:16:16We have two eyes.
00:16:19We have two eyes.
00:16:20We have one nose.
00:16:20We have a tongue.
00:16:22We have ten fingers.
00:16:24We have two ears.
00:16:25You'll hear some sheep or a card they'll be.
00:16:29We'll be all our census club.
00:16:33Oh, oh.
00:16:34Don't forget excellent.
00:16:36Yeah.
00:16:36The excellent on our senses club.
00:16:44Sheet!
00:16:44Let's go!
00:16:46Oh!
00:16:46Let's keep talking.
00:16:49Hi.
00:16:50I'm Maria.
00:16:50And I'm here to tell you all about the word senses.
00:16:53Now, the senses are what we use to experience everything around us.
00:16:57And there are five of them.
00:16:58Sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste.
00:17:02And I'm going to use all of my senses right now.
00:17:06Hey, can you scram and go use your senses somewhere else?
00:17:11Sorry, Oscar.
00:17:12I can't.
00:17:13Today's word is senses, so I have to show everyone the five senses.
00:17:17Oh, yeah?
00:17:18Well, if you're going to use your senses around here,
00:17:21you have to use them on some grouchy stuff.
00:17:24Great idea.
00:17:25Thanks, Oscar.
00:17:26Don't mention it.
00:17:28Heh, heh, heh.
00:17:29Now, here.
00:17:31Feast your eyes on this.
00:17:33Okay.
00:17:34I'm using my sense of sight, and I see that this painting is messy.
00:17:39And awful, right?
00:17:42Actually, I kind of like it.
00:17:44It totally reminds me of a great abstract artist, and it really pleases my senses.
00:17:48Well, forget this, then.
00:17:50Let's move on to your sense of hearing.
00:17:55How does this sound?
00:17:58Nice.
00:17:58What?
00:17:59What?
00:18:00It sounds just like my kitty cat sounds when she wants me to pet her tummy.
00:18:04I love my kitty.
00:18:05Okay.
00:18:06Forget hearing.
00:18:07Use your senses and smell this.
00:18:11Mmm.
00:18:13Mmm.
00:18:14What do you mean, mmm?
00:18:15These are rotten eggs.
00:18:18Ew.
00:18:18These smell terrible.
00:18:20Not to me.
00:18:22You see, I always put rotten eggs in the soil when I'm gardening, and they always help me
00:18:25to grow beautiful flowers, so I love the smell of rotten eggs.
00:18:29Fine.
00:18:29Forget the eggs.
00:18:31Use your senses and feel this.
00:18:37Mmm.
00:18:38Soothing.
00:18:38Soothing?
00:18:39But this is yucky, muddy muck.
00:18:42And it feels great.
00:18:43It reminds me of that stuff they use on me when I go to the spa.
00:18:46Ugh.
00:18:47Okay.
00:18:48Okay.
00:18:48Forget that.
00:18:49What about this?
00:18:53Ew.
00:18:54Is that a chocolate mint sardine sundae?
00:18:57Yes.
00:18:58Care to use your senses and taste it?
00:19:02Yuck, no.
00:19:03Didn't think so.
00:19:05Not without a pickle.
00:19:06What?
00:19:09There.
00:19:10Now it should taste yummy.
00:19:12Oh.
00:19:13That's it.
00:19:14I've had it.
00:19:18Mmm.
00:19:19Senses.
00:19:23Oh, hi.
00:19:24Abby's Flying Fairy School is coming soon.
00:19:27But right now, I am making my own ball.
00:19:31Now watch this bad boy bounce.
00:19:34Hi-yah!
00:19:35Huh?
00:19:36Ugh.
00:19:37This didn't bounce at all.
00:19:38Now it's kind of flat.
00:19:41Huh.
00:19:41I wonder why my ball won't bounce.
00:19:44Hi-hihi.
00:19:44Vamos averiguarlo.
00:19:46Great idea, ovejita.
00:19:48Let's find out.
00:19:50Yeah, yeah.
00:19:52Want to know what it's all about?
00:19:54Ask a question and let's find out.
00:19:56Hey, American Museum of Natural History Science and Nature Program.
00:20:01What makes a ball bouncy?
00:20:03Let's find out.
00:20:05Oh boy!
00:20:06Why won't this ball bounce?
00:20:08I think that's because this clay ball is not elastic.
00:20:11But I know there are types of balls that are elastic and they will bounce.
00:20:15Yeah, I've seen bouncy balls but I couldn't make one.
00:20:17Right.
00:20:17Should we see some different types of balls?
00:20:19I have a basketball.
00:20:21What's in here?
00:20:22Air.
00:20:22Air.
00:20:24Did it bounce?
00:20:25Yeah.
00:20:25How about this ball?
00:20:28Good bounce.
00:20:29It's taking its shape again after you push it in?
00:20:31Which one is the bounciest?
00:20:33We're going to use all the balls that I showed you and we're going to see which ball bounces
00:20:36the highest.
00:20:37Oh boy!
00:20:38We're going to do an experiment to find out which ball goes the highest.
00:20:42But right now, check this out.
00:20:45Okay, Slimy.
00:20:47It's time for your daily squirm.
00:20:49And now, Oscar the Grouch will tell us the letter of the day.
00:20:54What?
00:20:55No, I won't.
00:20:57That would be helping and grouches don't do that sort of thing.
00:21:01S.
00:21:02S.
00:21:04That's right.
00:21:05The letter of the day is the letter S.
00:21:08And now, Oscar will tell us the words that begin with the letter S.
00:21:13Forget it.
00:21:14I wasn't helping you.
00:21:16That was Slimy.
00:21:17Very good, Oscar.
00:21:18Slimy begins with the letter S.
00:21:22But I was just saying his name.
00:21:24And saying.
00:21:25Saying begins with the letter S, too.
00:21:28Ugh.
00:21:29Saying.
00:21:32Slimy.
00:21:33Yay.
00:21:34Now stop that.
00:21:36Stop.
00:21:37Stop.
00:21:37Another great S word.
00:21:39But, but I, I, ugh.
00:21:41Why don't you just scram?
00:21:43Scram.
00:21:44Scram is an S word, too.
00:21:46I don't need to stop.
00:21:59It's a bit of a word.
00:22:00It's a bit of a word.
00:22:01It's a bit of a word.
00:22:04It's a bit of a word.
00:22:06This is a word.
00:22:08It's a word.
00:22:16Sandwich is a word that starts with S. Sandwich.
00:22:20Can you say sandwich?
00:22:22S-S-S-S-S-S-S-Sandwich.
00:22:25Now sing with Cookie Monster.
00:22:29Ha ha!
00:22:30S-S-S-S-S-S-Sandwich.
00:22:33S-S-S-S-S-S-S-Sandwich.
00:22:37Sandwich is a word that starts with S. Sandwich.
00:22:41Can you say sandwich?
00:22:43S-S-S-S-S-Sandwich.
00:22:45S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S

00:23:04-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S
00:23:06to the Flying Fairy School.
00:23:08Grab your wine, bring your wings.
00:23:11We will learn magic things.
00:23:14Let's go, hurry to the Flying Fairy School.
00:23:17How to make us grow.
00:23:20And how to make us shrink.
00:23:23Whoa!
00:23:24How to solve a problem with a single twinkle twinkle.
00:23:27This school is really magic, and magic is really cool.
00:23:31Let's go in, let's begin at Flying Fairy School.
00:23:44Hello, students.
00:23:46Welcome to Flying Fairy School.
00:23:49Today, we are going to use all of our senses to explore water
00:23:54right here at the water table.
00:23:56Now let's dive in.
00:24:03Ooh, the water feels cold.
00:24:06Ooh, and it smells salty.
00:24:10Ooh.
00:24:14Ooh, and something tells me it doesn't taste very good.
00:24:19Ooh.
00:24:20Aren't you going to use your senses to explore the water block?
00:24:23No.
00:24:24I'm going to use my senses to explore my sludge balls.
00:24:28They feel squishy.
00:24:31Smells stinky.
00:24:32That tastes like feet.
00:24:34But look at all you can see under the water.
00:24:39Ooh, I see a sea star.
00:24:42I see a sea urchin.
00:24:46I can see a sea saw.
00:24:49Big deal.
00:24:50Can any of that stuff glow like this?
00:24:54Or make burpy sounds like this?
00:24:59Uh, perhaps not, Vlog.
00:25:01But you can see the whole ocean in the Flying Fairy School water table.
00:25:06All right, all right.
00:25:08I'll take one peek.
00:25:09Come on, sludge balls.
00:25:11Let's have a look.
00:25:14Oh, dear.
00:25:15I don't know what you're talking about.
00:25:17I can't see a thing.
00:25:19That's because your sludge balls fell in the water and now it's all yucky.
00:25:26Oh, the poor fishies.
00:25:28We have to get those sludge balls out.
00:25:30How many are there?
00:25:32Six.
00:25:32It's my whole sludgy collection.
00:25:35Come on.
00:25:36Wait.
00:25:36We're fairies.
00:25:38We can't breathe underwater.
00:25:39Well, you're right, Gonnigan.
00:25:40We better change ourselves into fish.
00:25:43We're going to change into fish?
00:25:45Oh, that sounds wonderful, Gonnigan.
00:25:48Uh, Gonnigan?
00:25:50Where's Gonnigan?
00:25:51He's Gonnigan.
00:25:53Wave your wands with me or your finger and say,
00:25:57I wish, I wish, I whispered this.
00:26:01I wish, I wish, I whispered this.
00:26:06Weehee!
00:26:18Good luck, my little school of fish.
00:26:23I'd like to find those sludge balls, but I can't see a thing.
00:26:29Maybe we have to use our other senses.
00:26:32What other senses?
00:26:33I'm totally senseless.
00:26:35The five senses block sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste.
00:26:39Oh, right.
00:26:40I have those.
00:26:41But which sense do I use to find sludge balls?
00:26:45Let's twinkle think.
00:26:47Twinkle think.
00:26:49Twinkle think.
00:26:51Well, your sludge balls make sounds, don't they?
00:26:54Yeah.
00:26:55Like this.
00:26:56If the sludge balls make burpee sounds, what sense can we use to find them?
00:27:03Hearing!
00:27:04Yes.
00:27:05Let's use our ears and listen for the sludge balls burpee sounds.
00:27:12Do you hear that?
00:27:14That was a chomping sound and a burping sound.
00:27:18Is it the sludge balls?
00:27:23Nope.
00:27:24That's just a fish with indigestion.
00:27:28Listen!
00:27:29It sounds like the beautiful burps are my sludge balls.
00:27:33Come on!
00:27:36Oh, that octopus is juggling three sludge balls.
00:27:41We need your help.
00:27:42Point your wand or your finger and say sludge balls away!
00:27:47Sludge balls away!
00:27:51That's one, two, three.
00:27:57You found three sludge balls!
00:28:02Come on!
00:28:03We have to find three more!
00:28:06Whoa!
00:28:07Whoa!
00:28:10Now we're being juggled by an octopus!
00:28:12Whoa!
00:28:13Never mind that!
00:28:15Just listen for those burpee sludge balls!
00:28:18Whoa!
00:28:19I can't hear a thing over this octopus's crazy suckers music!
00:28:24Whoa!
00:28:24Maybe we need to use one of our other senses!
00:28:27Whoa!
00:28:28Those sludge balls did stink pretty badly!
00:28:31Let's twinkle think!
00:28:33If something stinks, what scent should we use?
00:28:36Twinkle think!
00:28:38Twinkle think!
00:28:41Smell!
00:28:42Well, come on!
00:28:43Let's use our noses and try to smell those sludge balls!
00:28:49Oh, I smell something!
00:28:51But it's not a stinky smell, it's a sweet smell!
00:28:55Ooh!
00:28:56Those are water lilies!
00:28:58We better keep smelling!
00:29:04Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh!
00:29:07Pee you!
00:29:11My nose would know that stink anywhere!
00:29:14It's...
00:29:15Sludge balls!
00:29:17Wahoo!
00:29:18Wave your wand and say sludge balls away!
00:29:22Sludge balls away!
00:29:24Sludge balls away!
00:29:25Whoa!
00:29:27That's four...
00:29:29Five...
00:29:29Five all together!
00:29:31That means there's one sludge ball left!
00:29:34I can say clearly now the sludge is gone!
00:29:39Not completely gone, but at least we can use our eyes to see the last sludge ball!
00:29:44Hey, yeah!
00:29:45We can just look for the sludge ball's strange glow!
00:29:50Ooh, check it out!
00:29:53Come back here, sludge ball!
00:29:59Ah!
00:30:00That's no sludge ball!
00:30:01That's an electric eel!
00:30:03Yeah!
00:30:04It's gonna give us a shock!
00:30:06Swim away!
00:30:07Swim away!
00:30:15Oh, no!
00:30:22We gotta help Donegan and distract that eel!
00:30:25Come on, Blob!
00:30:30Over here!
00:30:39Hey!
00:30:40The eel's glow goes on and off every time we clap our tails!
00:30:44Really?
00:30:45Let me test that out!
00:30:47Clap on!
00:30:49Clap off!
00:30:53It works!
00:30:55Yeah!
00:30:56Yay!
00:31:01All right!
00:31:02The eel is gone now!
00:31:03Come on!
00:31:04Use your eyes and look for something else that glows!
00:31:09Did you see something?
00:31:10That's my last glowing sludge ball!
00:31:16Woo-hoo!
00:31:17Use your wand and say sludge ball away!
00:31:20Sludge ball away!
00:31:24Sludge ball away!
00:31:24Oof!
00:31:25Yowza!
00:31:27That's six!
00:31:28That's all of the sludge balls!
00:31:31And the water is clean!
00:31:33Great job, students!
00:31:40Thanks, Mrs. Sparklenose!
00:31:42Uh, Mrs. Sparklenose?
00:31:45Down here!
00:31:47My senses tell me I could use a shower!
00:31:51Hi-haw!
00:31:56Burn Ernie's great adventures are coming soon!
00:31:59But right now, we're gonna start our experiment to see which ball bounces the highest!
00:32:04Hey, Sophia, what kind of ball are you gonna bounce?
00:32:06A ping pong ball!
00:32:08Ooh!
00:32:08A ping pong ball!
00:32:09How do you think it's gonna bounce?
00:32:10Not so high!
00:32:12Why do you think it's going to bounce not so high?
00:32:14Because it's hard and it's small.
00:32:17Okay, it's hard and it's small.
00:32:19Okay, Sophia, let's give it a bounce.
00:32:23Ooh, the ping pong ball went between the blue and the purple.
00:32:27Bring out the next ball.
00:32:30Daniela, what kind of ball do you have?
00:32:31I have a baseball.
00:32:33How high do you think that baseball will bounce?
00:32:34I think it's going to drop low.
00:32:36Let's see you bounce it.
00:32:38Those.
00:32:41The baseball bounced to the green.
00:32:43We're going to test more balls in a few minutes.
00:32:46But right now, check this out.
00:32:54Ah, Countess, my little sucker-tot.
00:32:57It is now time for us to reveal the number of the day.
00:33:03Ah, yes.
00:33:04You will count, my schnitzel, until I shout.
00:33:09Stop!
00:33:13Oh, be still, my heart.
00:33:18And that will be the number of the day.
00:33:21Hit it, Mike.
00:33:24Number of the day, number of the day, number of the day, of the day, of the day.
00:33:31Hey, hey, hey!
00:33:34Is it one?
00:33:35Is it one?
00:33:36Is it two?
00:33:36Is it three?
00:33:37Is it three?
00:33:38Is it four?
00:33:38Is it five?
00:33:39Is it six?
00:33:40Is it seven?
00:33:42It will be great if it's eight and divine.
00:33:45If it's nine, if it's nine, or ten, or even eleven.
00:33:51Stop!
00:33:56Yes, eleven is the number of the day.
00:34:13One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven.
00:34:18Eleven, eleven, don't you be so sad.
00:34:20Being odd's not bad.
00:34:23One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven.
00:34:27Eleven, don't you be so blue.
00:34:29Here's my old to you.
00:34:31He looks so even, but he's odd.
00:34:34Skinny like a fishing rod.
00:34:36One less than twelve, four more than seven.
00:34:39He's my new best friend, eleven.
00:34:41He is straight just like a pencil.
00:34:43Standing tall and in a row.
00:34:46You can count him on ten fingers.
00:34:48You'll just have to add one toe.
00:34:50One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven.
00:34:55Eleven, don't you be so sad.
00:34:57Being odd's not bad.
00:34:59One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven.
00:35:04Eleven, don't you be so blue.
00:35:07Here's my old to you.
00:35:11Hey guys, tell them what's coming up next!
00:35:14Fern and Ernie's Great Adventures!
00:35:17Oh boy!
00:35:22Every night when I lie in bed,
00:35:24I see pictures dancing in my head.
00:35:27Picture sleep.
00:35:28Buddy Bird.
00:35:28What?
00:35:29Buckle up and we'll fly away.
00:35:31Whoa!
00:35:31Yeah!
00:35:32We're adventuring.
00:35:34Every time the bed starts tapping.
00:35:38Something special's gonna happen.
00:35:40This is kinda catchy.
00:35:41My favorite kind of traveling.
00:35:45Yeah!
00:35:45We're adventuring.
00:35:47Come along with Bert and Ernie.
00:35:50We're gonna take a little journey.
00:35:54Bert and Ernie's Great Adventures!
00:36:00Whoa!
00:36:03Gee, Bert, isn't it great to be here in the Australian Outback?
00:36:06Oh yeah, but I could do with a little less bumpiness.
00:36:10Oh look, let's set up camp by that billabong under the shade of the coolabot tree.
00:36:20I am so excited, Rubber Ducky.
00:36:23Australia is the only place in the world where a cute furry critter called the duckbill platypus lives.
00:36:28And any minute now, we should see one.
00:36:31Look, he has a beak and webbed feet like you, and swims like you, and even lays eggs like a
00:36:37ducky.
00:36:37I think he's your distant cousin.
00:36:40Ernie, will you come help me set up this tent?
00:36:43In a minute, Bert.
00:36:45Rubber Ducky and I wanna go check out that billabong for platypuses.
00:36:48But Ernie!
00:36:51I guess I'll just have to figure it out myself.
00:36:55Let's see here.
00:36:56Ah!
00:36:56I think this pole goes inside.
00:36:59Hey!
00:37:03Ernie!
00:37:04I think I need you!
00:37:08Ernie!
00:37:09Ernie!
00:37:10Don't worry, Rubber Ducky.
00:37:11We'll find a platypus.
00:37:13Ernie!
00:37:15Gee Bird, haven't you set the tent up yet?
00:37:17Ah!
00:37:18I've been trying!
00:37:20Why, it's simple.
00:37:21Look, all you need is to put this pole up in here.
00:37:25Oh!
00:37:26Hey you!
00:37:26Watch it!
00:37:27What was that?
00:37:30A kangaroo!
00:37:31And I think it's hungry.
00:37:33Very hungry.
00:37:35Look at his tummy rumble.
00:37:37Uh, I don't think that's his tummy, Ernie.
00:37:44Aw, it's a joey.
00:37:46That's a baby kangaroo.
00:37:47Aw, and look how the mama carries him in a pouch.
00:37:51Say hi to the joey, Rubber Ducky.
00:37:56Hmm, I wonder what kangaroos eat.
00:38:03You like oatmeal?
00:38:06Well, how about some peanut butter?
00:38:08It's delicious with a banana.
00:38:12Sorry.
00:38:12Guess there's nothing for you here then.
00:38:17Oh well.
00:38:18Let's go find that platypus, Rubber Ducky.
00:38:20Rubber Ducky?
00:38:22What are you doing in there?
00:38:24Uh-oh.
00:38:25His mama left him behind?
00:38:27Sure looks that way.
00:38:29But where's Rubber Ducky?
00:38:31Something tells me he's in mama's pouch and she doesn't know she left her baby here.
00:38:37Oh no!
00:38:38Rubber Ducky!
00:38:39Follow that kangaroo.
00:38:41Rubber Ducky!
00:38:45There's no spare tire!
00:38:48What are we going to do?
00:38:49Uh-huh!
00:38:51There's a pogo stick!
00:38:52Annie, how's a pogo stick going to help us?
00:38:56It's the best way to chase a kangaroo bird.
00:38:58Hop aboard!
00:39:04No!
00:39:05Oh!
00:39:06Oh!
00:39:07Oh!
00:39:08Oh!
00:39:10Huh?
00:39:11Ah!
00:39:11How do you stop this thing, Annie?
00:39:13Beats me!
00:39:14Hold on, bird!
00:39:15Ah!
00:39:21Oh no!
00:39:22Rubber Ducky!
00:39:23How will I get him back now?
00:39:25Annie, look!
00:39:28We don't have a boat, a raft, or even a bathing suit.
00:39:31Annie!
00:39:33Rubber Ducky, you're back!
00:39:34Oh, I was so worried!
00:39:36Oof!
00:39:37A platypus!
00:39:38I've been trying to tell you, Ernie!
00:39:40See, Rubber Ducky?
00:39:41I knew we'd find one!
00:39:43Quick, Bert, take a picture!
00:39:45Wait!
00:39:46I want to be in that picture with the platypus, too!
00:39:49Ew!
00:39:49I'll take the picture!
00:39:52Smile for Mama!
00:39:54Cheese!
00:39:56Ah!
00:40:08Good night, Bert!
00:40:10Good night, Ernie!
00:40:12Good night, Ernie!
00:40:16Uh-oh!
00:40:19Elmo's coming soon!
00:40:21But right now, we're gonna test some more balls!
00:40:23Oh, Kai!
00:40:24What kind of ball do you have?
00:40:25A hockey sack?
00:40:27A hockey sack?
00:40:27Oh, what's it feel like?
00:40:28It feels like a bunch of yarn.
00:40:30How do you think that's gonna bounce?
00:40:31I don't think it's gonna bounce at all.
00:40:33Give it a try!
00:40:37The hockey sack didn't bounce at all!
00:40:39What ball do you have, Henry?
00:40:40A basketball?
00:40:41How do you think that's gonna bounce?
00:40:43High?
00:40:44High?
00:40:44Let's give it a try, Henry!
00:40:46Bounce that ball!
00:40:49The basketball bounced all the way up to the yellow!
00:40:52Huh!
00:40:52Next ball!
00:40:53Oh, Arnold, what kind of ball do you have?
00:40:55Ooh, rubber?
00:40:56Let's see how high it bounces!
00:40:59Ooh!
00:41:00Wow!
00:41:01The rubber ball bounced the highest!
00:41:04I guess what a ball's made of changes how high it bounces!
00:41:07Keep watching, cause Elmo's belting in soon!
00:41:15If you're happy and you know it's off your hands!
00:41:19If you're happy and you know it's off your hands!
00:41:23If you're happy and you know it's off your hands!
00:41:25If you're happy and you know it's off your hands!
00:41:26If you're happy and you know it's off your hands!
00:41:30If you're happy and you know it's off your hands!
00:41:31If you're happy and you know it's off your hands!
00:41:35If you're happy and you know it's off your hands!
00:41:38If you're happy and you know it, then your face will surely show it.
00:41:42If you're happy and you know it, nod your head.
00:41:46And everyone give yourselves a big round of applause.
00:41:51If you're happy and you know it, nod your head.
00:41:55Hey, Elijah and Jet Li, tell them what's coming up next.
00:41:59Elmo!
00:42:01Yeah!
00:42:04Yeah!
00:42:05La, la, la, la, la, la, la, Elmo's World!
00:42:09La, la, la, la, la, la, Elmo's World!
00:42:15Elmo loves his goldfish, his crayon, too!
00:42:19Ooh!
00:42:20Yeah!
00:42:28That's Elmo's World!
00:42:32Hi!
00:42:34Welcome to Elmo's World!
00:42:36Ha, ha, ha, ha!
00:42:37Ooh!
00:42:38Elmo's so happy to see you!
00:42:39Ooh!
00:42:40And so is Dorothy!
00:42:41Say hello, Dorothy!
00:42:44Oh!
00:42:45Guess what Elmo's thinking about today!
00:42:48Ah!
00:42:52Ah!
00:42:54Skin covered all over with beautiful skin.
00:42:58Ah, did you guess yet?
00:43:02Skin covered all over from ankles to chin.
00:43:07Yes, that's it.
00:43:09Elmo's thinking about skin.
00:43:11You know, skin.
00:43:13Skin is ever so lovely.
00:43:16No matter the color you're in, let's hear it for skin.
00:43:19Let's hear it for skin.
00:43:21Oh, that looks like fun. Wait for Elmo.
00:44:01Yeah. Oh, see? Elmo has skin. It's right under his fur. Yeah.
00:44:09Oh, and sometimes Elmo's skin itches. Oh, dear. Better.
00:44:19What's that, Dorothy? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Dorothy wants to know, what do you do when the skin on your
00:44:25back itches?
00:44:26Oh, good question, Dorothy. Let's ask Mr. Noodle. Mr. Noodle.
00:44:31Oh, hey, Shade. A little help, please. Thank you, Shade. Oh, there you are, Mr. Noodle.
00:44:40Hey, Mr. Noodle. Slap Elmo some skin.
00:44:49Oh, hey, hey. Guess what, Mr. Noodle? Dorothy has a question for you.
00:44:56Yeah, you. What do you do when the skin on your back itches, Mr. Noodle?
00:45:03Yeah, what do you do? No, that's your head. On your back. Your back, you know.
00:45:10Mr. Noodle has to itch his back on his back. Yeah, back there.
00:45:15Mr. Noodle can't reach his back. You can't reach your back on his back. Be careful, Mr. Noodle.
00:45:21Now he's dizzy. See, now he's itchy or dizzy. Don't give up. He needs something.
00:45:30Maybe there's something you can use to scratch your back, Mr. Noodle.
00:45:34He's on the floor. He's scratching his back on the floor. Look at him go. I don't think he's working.
00:45:42You need help. Get somebody to help you. Elmo can help you.
00:45:48Yeah, Elmo will scratch Mr. Noodle's back. Okay, yeah. Turn around. Okay. How's that? Right there?
00:45:56That's it. Right between the shoulder blades? Right there.
00:46:00Aw. Yay, Mr. Noodle. Elmo helped Mr. Noodle. Elmo helped Mr. Noodle and Elmo scratched his back.
00:46:09Oh, huh? Okay. He's scratching Elmo's back. Mr. Noodle.
00:46:18Wait. Now what? Mr. Noodle.
00:46:22Oh, poor itchy, itchy Mr. Noodle.
00:46:26What's that, Dorothy? Oh, okay. Dorothy wants to ask someone else.
00:46:31What do you do when the skin on your back itches?
00:46:37Dorothy, when my back itches, I scratch with this. A back scratcher.
00:46:45When the skin on my back itches, I like to rub it against a tree, Dorothy, like this.
00:46:55That feels good. Dorothy, when any eyeballs have itchy backs, we take turns scratching each other's back.
00:47:03You scratch my back, and I scratch yours.
00:47:08Thanks, everybody. Oh, and thank you, too, Dorothy. Now, Elmo will ask a baby.
00:47:14Do-do-do-do. Oh, hello, baby. Ha-ha-ha.
00:47:18Baby, what do you do when the skin on your back itches?
00:47:25Ha-ha-ha-ha. Oh, thank you, baby. Kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss, kiss.
00:47:30Ha-ha-ha-ha. Oh, that baby was so cute.
00:47:39Ha-ha-ha-ha. And now, Elmo has a question for oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, you. Yeah, you.
00:47:47How many goose bumps are on this chilly hippo's skin? Let's count them and find out.
00:47:54One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine.
00:48:05Nine. Nine goose bumps.
00:48:07Ha-ha-ha-ha. Oh, oh, and one, one chilly goose.
00:48:11Ha-ha-ha. Oh, that tickles Elmo's skin. Ha-ha-ha.
00:48:14Boy, you silly chilly goose. Ha-ha-ha-ha.
00:48:18Bye, goose. Bye, hippo.
00:48:21Hmm. That makes Elmo wonder. What else tickles your skin? Let's find out.
00:48:26Oh, drawer. Ha-ha-ha. Open that drawer, please.
00:48:30Ha-ha-ha. Oh.
00:48:32Maybe Elmo can tickle drawer to open.
00:48:35Ha-ha-ha. Is drawer ticklish?
00:48:38Ha-ha-ha. Tickle, tickle, tickle, tickle, tickle.
00:48:40Ha-ha-ha. Ha-ha-ha.
00:48:45Ha-ha-ha. Can a cupcake tickle your skin?
00:48:48No.
00:48:50But it can make your skin messy.
00:48:53Yum, yum. Ha-ha-ha.
00:48:55Ha-ha-ha. Can a ladybug tickle your skin?
00:48:58Yes. It tickles when it crawls on your skin.
00:49:01That's right. Can a feather tickle your skin?
00:49:06Yes. Feathers tickle your skin.
00:49:09Unless you're a bird.
00:49:11My skin is covered with feathers, and they don't tickle me at all.
00:49:16They just need to be fluff now and then.
00:49:19Fluff. Fluff. Fluff. Fluff. Fluff. Fluff. Fluff. Fluff.
00:49:24That's more. And now...
00:49:27Elmo has mail.
00:49:28Oh, Elmo has email. Yay.
00:49:30Oh, computer, come back here.
00:49:32Elmo has mail.
00:49:33Computer, stop.
00:49:34Elmo has mail.
00:49:35Elmo has mail.
00:49:36Elmo has mail.
00:49:37Elmo has mail.
00:49:43It's Elmo's friend, Ernie.
00:49:47Hi there, Elmo.
00:49:48Hey, Elmo.
00:49:49Did you know that your skin helps you feel things?
00:49:52Well, that's why I'm wearing this blindfold.
00:49:54You see, I'm going to feel something with the skin on my hands,
00:49:57and then I'm going to guess what that is without even looking.
00:50:00Now, watch this.
00:50:03Um...
00:50:04Um...
00:50:04Let me see.
00:50:06Oh, wait a second.
00:50:07Wait a second.
00:50:07There's something now.
00:50:08Gee, I wonder what this could be.
00:50:10Ernie...
00:50:10No, no, no.
00:50:11Don't tell me, Bird.
00:50:11Don't tell me.
00:50:13This feels kind of soft and fluffy-like, and it's sticking straight up like a shaggy rug.
00:50:20No, Ernie.
00:50:21You're touching...
00:50:21No, no, no.
00:50:22Don't tell me, Bird.
00:50:23Don't tell me.
00:50:23I want to guess this.
00:50:24Now, let's see.
00:50:25Moving down...
00:50:26Oh, wait, wait, wait.
00:50:27There's more.
00:50:27There's so much more.
00:50:29Look at this.
00:50:29And this kind of feels roundish, and it's sort of squishy-like, and it's like a bath sponge.
00:50:36Yes, yes.
00:50:37I don't believe this.
00:50:38Let's see.
00:50:39Moving on down.
00:50:41Oh, wait.
00:50:41This is interesting.
00:50:42Look at this.
00:50:44And this part's kind of smooth, and it feels sort of thin, and...
00:50:49Wow, it's floppy.
00:50:51It's floppy like a garden hose.
00:50:53Gee, that's interesting.
00:50:55Wait a second.
00:50:56Hmm.
00:50:57Let me see here.
00:50:58Now, wait a minute.
00:50:59This right here is sort of fluffy and shaggy like a rug.
00:51:02And this is sort of squishy, sort of squishy like a bath sponge.
00:51:06And it's kind of floppy like a garden hose.
00:51:08I know what this is.
00:51:09This is Bird.
00:51:10It's you, Bird.
00:51:11Is it?
00:51:11Bird?
00:51:12Yes, it's me, Ernie.
00:51:13Who do you think it is?
00:51:15Oh, I knew it, Bird.
00:51:16I could tell because I could tell by feeling with my skin.
00:51:19Isn't that amazing, Bird?
00:51:20Isn't that amazing?
00:51:21Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:51:21Great.
00:51:22Whatever.
00:51:22Whatever.
00:51:23Yes.
00:51:23I'm gonna go read in the bathroom.
00:51:25Well, but...
00:51:28Well, uh...
00:51:29So long, Elmo.
00:51:31Hey, Bert.
00:51:32I didn't even know you wore a rug.
00:51:34Bert?
00:51:35Oh, Bert.
00:51:38Thanks, computer.
00:51:40Boy.
00:51:41Elmo loves finding out about skin.
00:51:43Elmo's friend, Elaine, learned all about skin in school.
00:51:47And she told Elmo all about it.
00:51:50One day at school, my teacher, Mrs. Michelson, asked our class what we could learn by looking
00:51:58at our skin.
00:52:02So we started to investigate.
00:52:05We could see that everybody's skin looked different.
00:52:08There was dark skin, light skin, and all different shades in between.
00:52:18My skin was dark, and Cassie had light skin with rosy cheeks.
00:52:26Then we looked at our skin through a magnifying glass.
00:52:32It makes things look bigger.
00:52:34We could see all sorts of things we never noticed before.
00:52:40There was hair growing out of our skin.
00:52:43And the front of our arms had more hair than the back of our arms.
00:52:48But the palms of our hands didn't have any hair at all.
00:52:53But they had lots of lines.
00:52:56So did the tips of our fingers.
00:52:59Some parts of our skin were smooth, like our cheeks.
00:53:04Some parts were real wrinkly, like our knuckles and elbows.
00:53:13Then we ran some water on our arms to see what our skin looked like when it was wet.
00:53:20The water didn't soak in.
00:53:22It just rolled right off.
00:53:24We could see how our skin protects our bodies.
00:53:31So even though everybody's skin looked different out close, our skin wasn't really very different at all.
00:53:42Wow!
00:53:43Elaine learned a lot about skin.
00:53:45But Elmo still wants to find out more, don't you?
00:53:49How can we find out even more?
00:53:53Boy, Elmo almost jumped out of his skin TV.
00:53:57Good idea.
00:53:58We can watch the All About Skin channel on TV.
00:54:03Now, turn yourself on TV.
00:54:05What?
00:54:07Welcome to the All About Skin channel.
00:54:10When it comes to skin, we've got you covered.
00:54:14And now the story of the girl who loved her skin.
00:54:19Once upon a time, there was a girl who loved her skin.
00:54:24I love my skin.
00:54:26Mwah, mwah, mwah, mwah, mwah.
00:54:27She loved it so much that she took very good care of it.
00:54:32When her skin got dirty, she washed it.
00:54:34Scrub-a-dub-dub.
00:54:36When her skin was out in the sun, she put sunscreen on to protect it.
00:54:40Rub-a-rub-rub.
00:54:42Huh?
00:54:45When her skin was cold, it got goosebumps.
00:54:48So she put on more clothes to warm her skin.
00:54:51Ah.
00:54:52And when her skin got hot, it sweated to help cool her off.
00:54:57Whew.
00:54:58Ah.
00:55:01When she went roller skating, she protected her skin with special padding.
00:55:06But one day, she fell down and hurt her skin anyway.
00:55:11Oh, no.
00:55:11I got a boo-boo on my skin.
00:55:14Mwah.
00:55:16The girl's mother loved her skin, too, and knew just what to do.
00:55:21She washed the boo-boo, put ointment on it, and covered it up with a bandage to keep it clean.
00:55:28Thanks, Mom.
00:55:29My skin feels better already.
00:55:31And every day, the girl's skin felt better and better.
00:55:36Until one day, the boo-boo was gone.
00:55:39Her skin had healed itself.
00:55:42Wow.
00:55:44Now I really, really love my skin.
00:55:46And from then on, the girl who loved her skin.
00:55:49Really, really loved.
00:55:51The girl who really, really loved her skin took really, really good care of it.
00:55:57Especially when roller skating.
00:56:00Hey, you gotta love the skin you're in.
00:56:06I'm okay.
00:56:07And so is my skin.
00:56:10The end.
00:56:15Coming up next on the All About Skin channel, that's Skincredible followed by Skinny the Boo and Rumble Stilt Skin.
00:56:22Hi.
00:56:23Hi.
00:56:24Thanks, Stevie.
00:56:25Wow.
00:56:26Skin is amazing.
00:56:28But Elmo still wants to learn even more about skin.
00:56:32Don't you?
00:56:33How can we find out even more?
00:56:35Why don't you look in a book?
00:56:37Hey, yeah.
00:56:38Can book help Elmo find out more about skin?
00:56:42Sure.
00:56:42I'll give you the skinny on skin.
00:56:45My title is, Even Animals Have Skin.
00:56:49Whoa.
00:56:49They do?
00:56:50Sure.
00:56:52Oh.
00:56:53Oh, look.
00:56:54There's a puppy and a kitten.
00:56:57Aw.
00:56:58Like my title says, Even Animals Have Skin.
00:57:02Sometimes you can't see the skin because it's covered by fur.
00:57:06Oh.
00:57:06Like Elmo.
00:57:08Or by feathers.
00:57:09Oh.
00:57:10Pretty.
00:57:14Hey.
00:57:15Come back here.
00:57:16I just lost my pictures.
00:57:18Well, not that one.
00:57:19Is that a snake?
00:57:21Yeah.
00:57:22As snakes grow, they shed their skin and have new skin underneath.
00:57:29Oh, cool.
00:57:30Whoa.
00:57:31No.
00:57:32Not you, too.
00:57:33I don't believe this.
00:57:34Oh.
00:57:35What's that?
00:57:36A chameleon.
00:57:38Chameleons have skin that can change color.
00:57:41Aw.
00:57:41Get out of town.
00:57:42Don't give him any ideas.
00:57:47Oh, look.
00:57:49Dorothy's imagining Elmo as a chameleon.
00:57:52Sometimes a chameleon's skin changes color when its feelings change.
00:57:57Oh, boy.
00:57:58No one's around to play with.
00:58:00Elmo chameleon is feeling a little sad and blue.
00:58:09Surprise!
00:58:11Wow.
00:58:12Elmo chameleon is polka dotted with surprise.
00:58:15Yeah.
00:58:17Oh, oh.
00:58:19Oh, boy.
00:58:20Those leaves tickle.
00:58:22Now Elmo chameleon is tickled pink.
00:58:29Oh, thank you, Dorothy.
00:58:31And thank you, too, Book.
00:58:32Don't mention it.
00:58:34Oh, ho, ho, ho, ho.

00:58:42Oh, boy.
00:58:44Elmo loves skin.
00:58:45And so does Dorothy.
00:58:46That's why Dorothy wants us to sing the skin song.
00:58:50Oh, boy.
00:58:51The skin song.
00:58:52May I join in?
00:58:54Sure.
00:58:55You can sing, too, if you want.

00:59:39Bye-bye.
00:59:41Do you know Rainbow Connection?
00:59:48I know, I know.
00:59:50It's time for your bedtime story, Slimy.
00:59:53Now, let's see.
00:59:54The Adventures of Trash Gordon, Chapter 538.
01:00:00When we last left our hero, Trash Gordon,
01:00:03he was on the planet Scram,
01:00:05surrounded by a group of grouches.
01:00:07They were all yelling at him to scram.
01:00:10Our hero was in a tight spot,
01:00:12but he knew just what to do.
01:00:20Chocolate-covered sardine.
01:00:26Trash tricked them.
01:00:28They couldn't wait to find someone else to trick.
01:00:33Trash smiled at your old smile and said,
01:00:38Sesame Street has been brought to you today
01:00:40by the letter S
01:00:42and by the number 19.
01:00:50Tartt-fell.
01:00:52Uh-uh, uh-uh, little fella.
01:00:54That's enough excitement for one day.
01:00:56Now, opt to sleep.
01:00:58We'll have another chapter tomorrow.
01:01:04Rotten dreams.
01:01:12Hey, you didn't see me, Tucker, man.
