00:1328, according to CNBC. At a press conference on Monday, Trump said the U.S. is making strong
00:20progress toward its military objective in the Iran war, but did not explain the end goal and
00:25instead highlighted battlefield successes. Speaking nine days after launching the war,
00:30Trump said U.S. forces destroyed more than 50 Iranian naval ships and decimated Iran's
00:35air force and air defenses. He said Iran has no leadership and warned the U.S. could strike
00:40more targets, including electricity infrastructure. Trump said his prediction of a quick end to the
00:46war and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's statement that it is just beginning could both be true.
