00:19he fought with incredible strength and courage right up until the very end,

00:42According to the family's GoFundMe fundraiser, created in December, DeCarlo suffered a sudden
00:48brain bleed in September and underwent emergency surgery. Doctors discovered cancerous masses during
00:54the procedure, and DeCarlo underwent treatment until he was hospitalized from November through
00:59December after another brain bleed. He was later back on track with treatments from his oncology team
01:05after completing acute inpatient therapy.
