00:00When I was filming all these silly dating shows, you're kind of in the sun all the time and you're
00:04exposed to the sun and I think it kind of just sped up my process of my skin cancer coming
00:10out.
00:10I thought I had like a weird fungus on my shoulder and I kept putting fungal cream on it, which
00:15it's
00:16not fungus, it's skin cancer. So fungal cream didn't do anything, it just was like weird. So I went to
00:21the dermatologist and she right away was like that's skin cancer. She cut it out and then we've
00:26done two more as the months kind of progressed. My advice to you is put sunscreen on but most
00:31importantly go get checked and get checked every six months because you never know what will
00:35pop up because I had one and then immediately two popped up after that and she said maybe
00:39I'll get another one. It's just because growing up in Australia that's how it is. I think the
00:43biggest thing that I do is just kind of be mindful of how much time I spend outside but
00:47also being in those healthy habits of bodyguard and sunscreen.
