00:00So in this video tutorial, I'm going to show you how you can connect your blogger website
00:05with a custom domain.
00:06It doesn't matter whether your domain is hosted on hosting Godaddy, Namecheap or any other
00:12service provider.
00:13The method is same for all the service providers and all kinds of domains whether you have
00:20a .com domain or a .net or .xyz domain, it doesn't matter.
00:25You can follow this method for all kinds of domains and at any kind of platform.
00:30So you can see I have this blog on blogger.
00:35If I click on view blog, you can see this is the current URL of this website.
00:45It is a free blogger URL and now I am going to replace it with my hosting domain.
00:53So I will open my hosting account and I will go towards the domains and on the domain portfolio,
01:02I will choose the domain on which I want to link that website.
01:09So I will click on manage over here and this one Tutor4Tutorials.click.
01:18I will go towards the DNS name servers and at here I will delete the existing ones.
01:27Make sure to delete all of them and if you think you have made a mistake while doing this,
01:33you can undo it any time by clicking on reset DNS.
01:40Then it will reset to default and now I will delete all of them again.
01:54So here there is nothing left here.
01:57So now to connect it with my blogger website, I will return back to that blogger dashboard
02:04and over here I will go to the settings section and now I will scroll down and click on custom
02:13domain.
02:14Here I will type that domain, so here this one Tutor4Tutorials.click.
02:24I will copy it, return back here and paste it and I will type www right in front of it
02:35and
02:35click on save.
02:38Now I will have to add these name servers.
02:43So this is the CNAME and name is www and on the destination I will have to place this.
02:51So I will copy this, ghs.google.com.
03:02Now I will have to choose the CNAME and on the target I will paste that and for the name
03:11I will type this www and then I will click on add record and this record will be added successfully.
03:23Now I will have to add another one and this time I will copy this, add another CNAME and paste
03:37this at the name and this one at the destination or the target and then add record.
03:56There is no need to change the TTL.
04:00Now you can go towards this one for the details answer question section if you still face any
04:10issues but now I will click on support page link because I will have to add few more DNS
04:19servers.
04:21So scroll down and over here we will have to add these four as well.
04:27So this time I will have to add A record.
04:31There is no need to change the name but we will have to paste these ones at the target section.
04:40So I will copy this one and return back here.
04:45Make sure you choose A record and not the seed name this time.
04:51So A is already here, there is no need to change the name and paste that target over here and
05:01click on add record and this one also created successfully.
05:08Now copy the second one and paste it over here and click on add record.
05:18There is no issue if you see this pop-up.
05:22Just click on confirm and this one also added here.
05:29You can see there is a slight difference of 32 and 34.
05:33These are not similar.
05:35It is a little different.
05:39Now I will copy the third one, return here and paste it over here and click on add record
05:46and confirm this one as well and do the same with the fourth one.
05:54And paste it over here and click on add record and confirm it.
06:03We have added all the DNS name servers which were required.
06:08Now return back to the blogger and save it.
06:13Make sure you have paste everything correctly otherwise you will face error.
06:19Once pasted click on save and your setting updated.
06:28Now enable redirect domain and also enable https and https redirect.
06:40Make sure all of them are enabled and if I open the blog right now you will see this site
06:50can't be reached.
06:51Because after pasting it you will have to wait at least 2 hours.
06:55Give it 2 hours and then check it right after and your domain will be live.
07:00So I will pause this video over here and I will check it right after the 2 hours.
07:07And we will see if our website if our this url is linked to our website or not.
07:15So I am gonna pause it and resume it once its live.
07:22So after few minutes if I refresh the page again.
07:27You can see our website is now linked to that url and it is live here.
07:35And I am gonna also show you from that blogger dashboard if I click on view blog.
07:41So our blog is now live at that url.
07:46So in this way you can connect your blogger website with a custom domain.
07:50Whether its on hostinger or code id or namecheap.
07:55So hope this video helps you to learn something new.
07:58If so make sure to like this, subscribe to this channel and share this video with your friends.
