The Jetsons & WWE: Robo-WrestleMania! is about WWE Superstar Big Show (Paul Wight) gets frozen in a snowstorm in 2016 and is discovered 100 years later by George Jetson while drilling into the Earth's surface. Upon thawing, Big Show realizes that in the future, humans no longer wrestle—robots do. He seizes control of the "wrestle-bots" and takes over Orbit City. To stop him, the Jetsons use Elroy's time machine to go back to 2016 and recruit a tag team of WWE legends: Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Alicia Fox, Sheamus, and The Usos.

The first new Jetsons production in over 27 years since Jetsons: The Movie (1990), 55 years after the original 1960s series and also the first Jetsons film without the original creators William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, who both died respectively in 2001 and 2006, and the first Jetsons production to feature none of the original voice talents from the series, though Jeff Bergman returns from the 1990 film.
