Motorists line up for gas at a station in Las Piñas City, on March 9, 2026, a few hours before a massive price increase will be in effect on fuel products brought about by the US-Israeli war against Iran. Data from the Department of Energy (DOE) indicate that the price per liter of gasoline is expected to increase from P7 to P13, diesel from P17.50 to P24.25, and kerosene from P32.00 to P38.50.
